Many public libraries in Korea have a library service charter setting out the standard of service users can expect. It will help drive and sustain a process of continuous improvement in library service quality and help poster good relations with users, most of whom will appreciate library efforts to take account of their views. In this background. the purposes of the study are (1) to study a theoretical review of the library service charter, (2) to explore an analytical evaluation of charter's contents. through a library service charter of 'B' public library in located Gyeonggido. Analytical results generally. 'B' Public library's charter fulfills the charter's principles and criteria, but service practice standards are insufficient for appropriateness and realization.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of 'housing' unit in middle school Technology-Home Economics textbooks according to the 2015 revision curriculum based on the targets of SDGs. All contents of the ten textbooks of five publishers, such as texts, photographs/figures/tables, activity tasks, and supplementary materials were analyzed in terms of SDGs targets. The number of 'housing' contents among 4 small housing units of Technology-Home Economics book 1 & 2 varied from 64 to 97 by publishers. Beside SDGs4.7, which contains inclusive and general ESDGs, 24 targets of 10 SDGs were found to be related to the contents of 'housing' and were grouped into 15 target categories. The number of SDGs target categories related to housing contents of each small unit and total of all units differed by publishers. Each of 4 small 'housing' units from all the five publishers was related to 6~10 target categories. The contents of five book 1's were related to smaller number of target categories than those of five book 2's. They corresponded to 9 and 12 target categories, consecutively. Only SDGs' target11.1 (appropriate and safe housing and basic services) was related to all the four small units of 'housing' contents among all the five publishers. covering 43.8% of the housing contents. In conclusion, the contents of the 'housing' unit were related to broad range of SDGs targets. Further study could relate goals of teaching-learning plan to various global targets of SDGs according to the contents of 'housing' in order to accomplish ESDGs.

In order to nurture creative talent in the 21st century knowledge-based society in elementary education software is carried from the year 2018. The educational content and achievement standards to conduct a software education had been made in the 2015. In this study, the recognition of educational software for elementary school teachers 199 people is investigated. Findings are as follows. Elementary education is the first software required, and is lacking in 17 hours. Second, the idea of a common training software education, teaching and learning methods, evaluation methods, how to develop information materials. Third, lower cognitive development and educational materials for the teaching methods appropriate for understanding, achievement standards for achievement standards. Therefore, should allow teacher training teaching materials development, assessment methods, teaching methods suitable for the achievement standards available to all teachers throughout the school know.

The Integrated Center for Early Childhood Education and Care established 595 centers in 2013 that are integrated kindergarten and nursery centers. The Japanese government revised the law for the Center for Early Childhood Education and Care in 2012 and published the standards for equipment, management, and curriculum for early childhood education and care in April 2014. Presently the standards for equipment and management for integrated centers for early childhood education and care is based on a higher level than kindergarten and nursery centers. Therefore, the quality of education and care that the kindergarten and nursery centers are currently providing can be expected to continue. However childhood education and care curriculum is excessively emphasized education. Because infants and toddlers of 0-5years are spending most of the day in integrated centers for early childhood education and care, the contents related to childcare should be strengthened.

The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation tools for young children's mathematical ability based on the content standards of NCTM and to verify the suitability of the tools. The tools consist of 5 sub-tests with 90 items, including number and operation, algebra, geometry, measurement, data analysis and probability. The tool analysis was examined with 300 three-to five-years-old children and 31 math education professionals. The results of this research are as follows : First, in order of age the passing rate increased. The gap between high and low score group reveals a statistically meaningful difference. Second, the internal consistency reliability coefficient, Cronbach ${\alpha}$, is .96. Test-retest reliability is around .90. The concurrent validity correlation between this tools and Choi Hye-Jin's test(2003) is .85. The analysis of the content validity was proved appropriately by math education professionals.

'건축실무에서의 전문성 국제기준권고안에 관한 협정' 즉, 건축사자격의 국가간 상호인정에 관한 국제표준안(세부내용은 본지 9903, 9904월호 참조)이 지난달 중국 베이징에서 개최된 국제건축사연맹(UIA) 대회 및 총회에서 정식 채택됐다. 특히 이번 UIA총회에서 주요 의제로 다루어진 '국제기준권고안' 가운데 '건축사의 기본요건'에 관한 부분은 지난 1985년 유럽공동체(EC, 현 유럽연합 EU)에서 채택된 내용을 토대로한 PPC(Professional Practice Committee)의 보고서 내용 그대로 채택됐고, 이러한 기본요건을 갖추는데 필요한 건축교육으로서, 최소 5년이상의 인가된 대학의 인증된 전일제 건축프로그램을 이수할 것을 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라도 교육기관의 교육과정에 대한 개편이 필요하게 된 것은 물론 지금껏 생소했던 교육인증프로그램 등을 서둘러 마련하지 않으면 안되게 되었다. UIA베이징대회를 다녀온 본협회 국제위원들의 참가보고를 통해 이번 제21차 총회의 주요 의결내용과 전반적인 대회 분위기 등을 살펴본다.

The aims of this study are to review the changes and trends of information literacy standards in higher education in the U.S. and the U.K.; to examine British SCONUL's two information literacy standards which were announced in 1999 and in 2011 respectively; and to compare and analyze the two information literacy standards (i.e., Core Model and Research Lens) which were released by SCONUL in 2011. By employing the research methods of literature review and content analysis, this study tries to find the implications that may be used as a basic data when the country's relevant institutions plan to consider the information literacy standards in higher education in the near future.

As the 2022 revised mathematics curriculum emphasizing competency cultivation was announced, the researcher analyzed the connection between competency, content system, and achievement standards in elementary school mathematics curriculum. The results of the analysis of the link between the competency of the curriculum revision research report, its sub-elements, the 'process and skills' of the curriculum content system, and the achievement standard verb are as follows. First, most of the five curriculum competencies (problem solving, reasoning, communication, connection, and information processing) of the mathematics department are implemented as "process-skills" of the content system, which is further specified and presented as an achievement-based verb. Second, the five competencies were not implemented with the same weight in all areas, and the appropriate process-skills were differentiated and presented according to the content of knowledge-understanding by area/grade group. Third, verbs of the achievement standards were more rich than before in the 2022 revised elementary school mathematics curriculum. Fourth, 'understanding' throughout the entire area was still presented as the highest proportion. Through the research results, the researcher discussed clearly establishing the meaning of problem-solving capabilities in the future and developing and presenting "understanding" as a more specific process or skills.

Establish standards and review procedures for on-site implementation of the emergency response plan required to establish by substances requiring preparation for accidents. Investigated for the examination content and standards for Process Safety Management (PSM) and Safety Management System (SMS). Safety Management System operator's comments and problems to be expected in the review process. Standards for on-site implementation and review of a person's ability to do the job does not require a high level of expertise. However, it has been created mainly to determine whether appropriate items to be included in the report and the contents presented.
