In this study, we analyzed whether 2015 revised elementary school mathematics curriculum 's standards statements reflect the direction of 2015 revised curriculum. For the objectivity of analysis, 128 achievement standards statements were analyzed based on content - centered statements, activity - centered statements, and performance - centered statements by Seo Young - jin 's (2013). As a result of the analysis, it can be seen that the 2015 revision elementary mathematics curriculum achievement standards statements do not contain enough information to expand the mathematical competence of students. To complement this, the achievement standards statements should include more elements than 'content + function', and other criteria should be developed to clearly communicate the meaning of the achievement standards statements. And it is necessary to supplement the expression of 'function' in the achievement standards in order to improve the expression of the elementary school mathematics curriculum achievement standards statements.

공진청은 최근 전기용품의 기술기준을 일부 개정했다. 이번에 개정된 전기용품의 기술기준은 우리나라가 국제전기인증위원회(IECEE)에 정회원으로 가입됨에 따라 국제간 상호인증을 대비해 기술기준에 국제안전규격을 반영하기 위해서이다. 개정내용을 보면 시험항목에 소형 단상 변압기류의 잡음세기, 충전식인 것을 충전성능시험, 기계적 강도시험, 전동기 내장제품의 시동특성 등을 추가했으며 시험기준에 있어서는 합성수지 성형품의 내열성능시험과 절연저항 시험기준을 강화했다. 또 전기적인 안정성과 무관한 시험항목은 국제규격에도 없기 때문에 삭제했는데, 형광등기구는 열률을, 전기스탠드는 차광$\cdot$조도시험 열률을, 휴대전등은 집광시험 등을 조정했다. 이밖에도 재료에 있어 폴리염화비페닐 사용을 금지시켰다. 품목별 개정세부 내용은 다음과 같다. 시험항목에 추가된 품목 및 기준이 상향조정된 기술기준은 기난 9월 15일부터 적용되고 있다.

EPR제도의 안정적 운영을 위한 '재활용의무이행에 관한 업무처리 지침' 일부 개정(환경부 예규 432호, 2011.3.11., '환경사랑' 59호 9쪽 참조)에 따른 한국환경공단의 재활용실적 인정기준의 실무 적용 방안이 확정되었다. 이에 따라 협회 참여 재활용사업자들이 불이익을 당하는 일이 없도록 확정된 주요 내용을 다시 한 번 정리해 소개한다.

본 내용은 1973년 10월 ‘스웨덴’에서 있었던 ‘주택산업의 개발전망’이라는 심포지움중, 스웨덴 주택연구소 기술과장으로 있는 ‘Borelius Anno'여사의 발표내용으로서 주택기준 작성에 고려하여야 할 사항을 항목별로 기술하고, 그에 따른 자료를 예시하고 있다. 물론 본기준과 자료가 우리나라 실정에는 맞지 않으나 접근방법과 평면계획, 공간구성등은 좋은 연구자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

The content of software education for elementary school students in the 2015 revisions to the national curriculum are not sufficient because class time dedicated to software education has been limited to 17 hours in fifth and sixth grades. In this study, I developed the algorithm and programming model for Korea. I analyzed domestic and international software education curricula as well as training platforms, such as Code.org, Blockly Games, and Entry. The suggested algorithm and programming framework is known as the Rainbow system, which is divided into 7 steps, 14 criteria, and 3 content areas--understanding the algorithm, the actual programming, and evaluation of the program. Using the Rainbow system, once students have completed a level they can be promoted to the next stage, regardless of their grade.

국내법의 국립공원계획 관련 내용들을 국제기준과 비교 분석해 본 결과 자연공원법에서 국립공원의 정의, 계획, 관리 및 이용에 관한 일부 내용들이 국제기준에 부합되지 않는 것으로 재확인되었고, 공원관리와 이용의 토대를 제공하는 각 공원계획들을 국제기준을 척도로 분석해 본 결과 현재 국제기준을 충족시키는 공원계획은 없었으며, 개선해야 할 문제점들이 확인되었다. 이러한 문제점들을 극복하고 한국의 국립공원을 국제기준에 부합되는 국립공원으로 계획하고 관리하여 국제적으로 인정받는데 기여하기 위해서는 국제기준에 준하여 자연공원법이 개정되고 국립공원계획이 변경되는 것이 바람직하다. 이를 위하여 본고에서는 국립공원계획의 근간이 되는 용도지구계획의 단계별 변경모델안을 표 6과 같이 새로 제안하였고, 제안한 모델을 한라산 국립공원에 사례 적용하여 그 실현 가능성을 확인하였다. 한국의 국립공원들도 국제기준으로 평가.분류하여 그 문제점들을 분석하고, 본고에서 제안한 모델안을 공원별 특성과 현황에 맞게 단계별로 적용하여 공원계획을 변경하며, 장기실행계획 및 관리안을 수립하여 실천한다면 한국에서도 국제적으로 인정받는 국립공원이 탄생하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

건축법이 올 정기국회에서 개정될 예정이다. 이를 위해 건설교통부는 지난 7월 10일 입법예고 하고 법제처 및 관계부처 협의를 진행중인 것으로 알려졌다. 입법예고 내용중 상업지역 공동주택에 대한 일조기준 폐지 및 건축물의 일조기준을 남쪽기준으로 변경, 허가기준 고시, 피난 및 내화 등의 건축기준을 설계기준으로 고시, 사전승인대상(21층이상 10㎡이상)을 시도에서 직접 허가가능토록 하는 등 절차와 기준에 대한 대폭적인 변경이 예상되고 있다. 그러나 무엇보다도 일반인의 관심을 끌었던 것은 일간신문에서 중점보도한 "용도변경이 자유로워져 건축물을 마음대로 사용할 수 있다"와 "건축인허가시 건축사확인으로 허가 가능한 대상이 확대된다"는 것이었다. 따라서 용도변경제도와 허가제도의 개정 내용과 이를 시행시 발생하는 문제점과 함께 개선방안, 선결되어야 할 문제와 관련, 병행해서 개정되어야 할 과제 등을 살펴보고 바람직한 제도개선 방향에 대해서도 제안해 본다.

This is a study on the propulsion criteria for airworthiness certification of the military aircraft. This treatise described the introduction of the airworthiness certification system, the features and difference between the military and commercial aircraft, the introduction of the standard airworthiness certification, the important technical criteria, and the several application instances of the criteria.
