The impacts of internal marketing in the security firms have not been studied much. This study analyzes the impact of internal marketing on job satisfaction, job commitment, customer orientation, and job performance for the security firm's branches using multiple mediation model which differs from simple mediation model. The data were collected from 263 employees of securities firm's branches in Seoul, Busan and other Korean metropolitan cities. The research hypothesis was validated by the tools of SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results are as follows. First, among the internal marketing factors, delegation of authority, reward systems and education training had a significant effect on job satisfaction. And internal communications were shown to have a significant effect on job commitment and customer orientation. Second, job satisfaction have a significant direct impact on the job commitment, customer orientation. And customer orientation have direct impact on the job performance. Also, delegation of authority and reward systems were found to have a significant indirect effect on the job performance in mediation of job satisfaction and customer orientation. These results imply that internal marketing factors affect job performance mainly through the mediation of job satisfaction, job orientation and that specially delegation of authority and reward system affect on the performance much, which are different from other industry cases.

Propellant filling and holding test was carried out using liquid oxygen as a working fluid. The feeding line system has a filter at propellant tank outlet. Vaporization of liquid oxygen during holding after completion of filling and effect of vaporization to recirculation performance in this system was observed. Filling rate and pressure of tank ullage had the effect on state of liquid oxygen in feeding line. There was no geysering in feeding line during holding because of the position of filter.

복합재는 강도가 높고 가볍기 때문에 최근 로켓의 연소관으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 그런데 이 복합재 로켓 연소관은 제조 후 대기 환경에 장기적으로 노출되어 있기 때문에 금속 연소관과는 달리 온도 또는 습도 등의 환경에 대한 영향을 고려해야 한다. 더구나 연소관은 내부에 추진제가 충전되어 있으므로 추진제의 기계적 특성이 습도에 민감함을 생각할 때 강도뿐만 아니라 습기의 투과도 또한 매우 중요한 고려 요소가 된다. 그러나 온/습도 변화에 따른 복합재 자체의 재료 특성 변화에 대한 연구는 많이 보고되었으나 습기의 투과 정도에 관한 연구는 자료가 미흡한 실정이다. 한편, 포화 함수율은 복합재에 따라서 차이가 있으나 T300/5208의 경우 문헌을 참조하면 20-$50^{\circ}C$에서 복합재 무게의 약 1.5% 정도이며 포화에 걸리는 시간은 약 100일 정도로 나타나 있다.본 연구에서는 수분이 복합재를 통하여 투과되는 정도를 고찰하기 위하여 $20^{\circ}C$,95%RH의 온/습도를 유지하는 수조를 제작하였고, 이 수조내에 보관한 복합재 연소관의 실린더 벽면으로 투과되는 습기를 측정하기 위하여 연소관 내에 습도 센서를 투입하여 상대습도를 직접 측정하였다. 복합재 연소관이 로켓에 사용될 때는 연소관 외부에 페인트로 피막 처리하고 연소관 내부에도 추진제와의 사이에 라이너가 접착되어 있어서 수분 침투 및 온도 등의 외부 환경조건에 견디기에 더 양호한 조건이나 본 연구에서는 복합재 자체의 특성을 고찰하기 위하여 섬유를 에폭시에 함침시켜 winding한 상태 그대로의 복합재 연소관 시료를 사용하였다. 습기의 투과는 내부에 라이너/인슐레이션이 피복되거나 또는 추진제가 충전된 경우 많은 감소효과를 보였다. 순수 복합재 연소관의 경우 수조에 넣고 평형에 도달한 후로부터 약 8개월의 습기 투과 상태를 볼대 벽면을 통하여 들어가는 water vapor flux는 $20^{\circ}C$,95%RH 에서 평균적으로 9.3163$\times$$10^{-8}$g/$m^2$sec로 나타났다. 이때 습기가 투과되는 연소관이 국지점을 평판으로 가정하고 Fick's law를 이용하여 구한 습기에 대한 복합재의 확산계수는 D=2.5$\times$$10^{-6}$$mm^2$sec였으며, 이는 다른 graphite/epixy 복합재의 확산계수와 유사한 값을 나타내고 있다. 또한 추진제가 충전된 연소관을 절단하여 밀폐한 후 95%RH 습도 조건에 보관함으로써 연소관 내부의 추진제 기계적 특성에 미치는 침투된 습기의 영향도 함께 고찰하였다. 추진제에 따라 차이는 있겠으나 추진제가 충전된 연소관은 순수 복합재 연소관에 비해 습기의 투과 정도가 작으며, 본 연소관에 충전된 RDX/AP계 추진제의 경우 추진제의 습기투과에 의한 추진제 물성 변화는 미미한 것으로 나타났다.

This research empirically analyzes the effect of internal marketing in public libraries on the quality of work life of public library librarians. To this end, a 59-day survey of incumbent librarians working at public libraries in Seoul was conducted on Naver Form from July 25, 2020, and 120 respondents were conducted using IBM SPSS 25, a statistical program, to conduct factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Research has shown that internal marketing of public libraries has a positive effect on the quality of librarians' work life. As a way to improve internal marketing in public libraries, it was suggested to prepare a systematic and sustainable internal marketing system, recognize experiences and compensate highly educated librarians, improve the compensation system of librarians, and promote an internal marketing system centered on supporting management and delegation.

환선굴은 이른바 복합형이면서도 토출형의 석회동굴이다. 동굴내 지형의 기복이 다양하고 동굴 내부에 수많은 대소의 폭포와 여울이 걸려 있는 동굴유가 풍부한 동굴이며 동굴의 2차생성물은 이 동굴의 지표면을 이루고 있는 지층이 빈약하므로 2차생성물의 성장이 활발하지 못한 동굴이다. 동굴 천정의 지층 구조로 보아 제 Ⅰ지구에서는 비교적 이차생성물이 발달되고 있으나 그밖의 동굴 내부지역에서는 발달이 미약하다.(중략)

This study aim to investigate the internal flow characteristics by recess length of swirl coaxial injector for gas generator has propellant of Kerosene-LOx. Recess length is a very important element, have influence in spray stability and LOx post damage. The influence of recess length was analyzed by visualizing internal flow and measuring liquid film thickness and manifold pressures. Also, each spray characteristic by recess length was investigated in internal or external injector.

배출권거래제도의 비용절감효과를 분석함에 있어 요소간 대체가능성 등 외부환경 변화에 대한 기업의 적응도를 반영하지 않은 공학적 추정치는 그 신뢰성에 한계가 있다. 또한 경제학적 분석방식을 시도한 연구의 대부분이 외부거래만을 대상으로 해온 반면에 거래실적의 다수를 차지하고 있는 내부거래에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 Gollop and Roberts (1985)의 경제학적 추정모형을 이용하여 미국 석탄발전소를 대상으로 $SO_2$ 배출권에 대한 내부거래의 비용절감정도를 측정한 후 효과의 크기 변에서 외부거래와의 차이를 규명하고자 한다.

기계 시스템에서 사용되고 있는 밀봉 장치는 에너지나 환경오염 등에 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있는 기계요소로 고속, 고압력, 진공, 고온 및 저온 등의 가혹한 조건에서 사용되고 있는 정밀기계가 많아지면서 그 중요성이 크게 증대되고 있다. 구름 베어링의 상대접촉 운동면에서 윤활과 시일에 관련된 설계조건은 대단히 중요하다. 베어링용 시일은 먼지, 분진, 수분, 모래입자와 같은 이물질이 베어링 내부로 침입하는 것을 차단하여 윤활제의 기능이 저하되는 것을 방지하여야 하고, 또한 베어링 내부의 윤활제가 외부로 유출되지 않고 베어링 내부에 균일하게 분포되어 회전 접촉부에서 윤활이 잘 이루어질 수 있도록 보조해주는 역할을 수행하는 중요한 요소이다.

This study was conducted from December 26, 2018 to January 4, 2019 in order to analyze the effects of hospital internal marketing on job performance and loyalty based on nurses' perception. The participants were 250 nurses at general hospitals located in Gyeonggi-do. The results of this study are as follows: First, internal marketing in hospitals had a statistically significant effect on organizational and future vision, education and training systems, communication, organizational attributes, and job performance (F=29.118, p<.001). The training system, organizational and future vision, compensation and welfare system, and work management environment were found to have a statistically significant effect (F=38.671, p <.001) on loyalty, and the effect of job performance on loyalty was statistically significant (F=87.324, p<.001). Second, the relationship between hospital internal marketing based on nurses' perception and loyalty was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on stage 1 job performance (p<.001) and a statistically significant positive effect on stage 2 loyalty (+) (P <.001). The third-level internal marketing regression coefficient was significant, and job performance was also significant (P <.001). Based on these results, there is a need for hospital management to strengthen internal marketing in order to increase performance level and loyalty among nurses.
