The dominant perspective on institutional change of the GRI is the environment-dependence. GRI's institutions are, however, prone to change due to the endogenous factors. Therefore, we need a dynamic alternative model to analyze the interaction between the exogenous and endogenous factors around the GRI's institutions. In this paper, authors examined the changes in GRI's funding system. The results were verified in the layering which is a one of the dynamic institutional change forms. Owing to the interaction between the exogenous and endogenous factors, institutional reform's layers of the institution funding expansion have been continuously accumulated in order to modify the Project-Based System(PBS). Eventually expansion layers of the institution funding have grown more quickly than the Project-Based System(PBS), as a result, GRI's funding system has been changing centered on the Block funding.

The purpose of using Gas Generator Oxidizer On/Off Valve(GOV) is to control opening and closing of oxidizer mass flow. This paper describes analytical results of flow and structural properties for four different GOV models, using commercial software such as Fluent(Ver. 6.3.26) and NASTRAN(2005 r.2), PATRAN(2005 r.2). Analytical results show that GOVs could generate 2.3~3.8 kg/s of oxidizer mass flow rate and come up with 1.09~1.42 of safety factor.

To screen potato clones with high resistance to hollow heart (HH) and internal brown spot (IBS), field conditions were set up to induce high frequencies of physiological disorders in 'Atlantic' potato through various treatments of mulching, periodic shadings, and plant growth regulators such as trinexapac-ethyl (Tr-E) and dicloprop-triethanol mine (DTA). IBS occurrence was as high as 67.5% in the field plot mulched with transparent film and shaded for 10 days beginning at 80 days after planting. The highest level of HH was 22.9% in the plot mulched with transparent film and shaded for 10 days beginning at 60 days after planting. Very high level of IBS (66.3%) also occurred in the plot treated with 1500 mg/L of Tr-E 40 days after planting, while HH occurred by 21.3% in the plot treated with 1000 mg/L of DTA 70 days after planting. In the plots which were treated with 1,500 mg/L of Tr-E after 40 days of planting and 1000 mg/L of DTA after 70 days of planting, 'Superior' (moderately highly resistant) and 'Atlantic' (very susceptible) could be clearly distinguished to be resistant and susceptible. High occurrence condition set up in this study could be applied for the potato breeding program to screen potato clones with high resistance to HH and IBS.

발사체 추진기관은 추진제 및 각종 고압가스류를 엔진으로 공급하는 기능, 지상에서 추진제를 발사체로 충전/배출하는 기능, 저온 산화제를 냉각하기 위한 순환 기능, 추진제 탱크를 가압하는 기능, 지상에서 온보드 밸브를 구동하는 기능, 내부 공간 및 라인 퍼지 기능 등을 수행한다. 이와 같은 기능을 수행하기 위해 발사체에는 타 시스템과는 별도로 추진기관 원격제어 시스템을 구성한다. 제어 시스템은 크게 온보드 시퀀스 및 추진제 탱크 압력 제어, 추진제 및 고압가스 충전/배출 제어, 발사체 기능 확인, 내부 기밀 확인 및 발사 직전까지의 상태 모니터링을 위해 구성한 지상측정시스템(GMS), 비행 중 추진기관 상태를 모니터링하기 위한 텔레메트리시스템(TMS)으로 분류한다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 발사체 추진기관 운용 및 제어 개념을 제어 기능, 시스템 구성, 작동 원리의 단계로 사례와 함께 제시하였다.

Along with trends of other countries, the Ministry of Information and Communication in Korea decided to operate an Information System Audit Institution for raising qualify of computer network facilitated in state organ and public institution, and to construct effective construction of information system. The aim of the audit institution is applying it to public information business, establishing an information system audit qualification system, and upbringing Private audit organs. The Ministry of Information and Communication realized that although the demand of information system area audit is explosively expanding, the National Computerization Agency cannot satisfies the demand and realize to have audit control for the information of national business as well. The Ministry of Information and Communication plan to enforce the audit on public information business by correlate with information business. The ministry enforce that the supervisory company has major roll to audit and national import business decided by the Information Promotion Committee is subject to have audit control. Therefore, in this paper, the contents of internal audit among internal/external audit will be presented.

본 연구는 고등교육기관의 평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 1주기 기관평가인증제가 대학 균형성과표(BSC) 4가지 관점의 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증할 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 고등교육기관의 1주기 평가인증제에 대한 내용을 살펴보고, 대학 조직의 균형성과표(BSC) 및 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 대한 선행연구에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 독립변수인 기관평가인증제 즉, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심의 정도, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성, 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도가 대학 균형성과표(BSC)의 고객관점, 내부프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 4가지 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석 검증하였다. 기존의 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 관한 선행 연구들은 주로 평가인증제 체제 자체의 성과와 각 평가요소에 있어서 대학의 변화에 초점을 두고 성과를 분석함으로써 정작 기관평가인증제가 평가인증의 평가대상인 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향에 대한 분석은 제대로 이루어지지 못하였다. 이러한 점에서 기관평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향을 분석한 결과 첫째, 기관평가인증제중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 고객 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 고객 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 내부프로세스 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 내부프로세스 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도와 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 학습과 성장 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성은 학습과 성장 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 재무 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 재무 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기관평가인증의 평가준비와 자체평가 과정을 통해 실질적인 교육체계 혁신이나 내부프로세스 효율성 향상으로 인해 교육의 질이 개선되어 학생의 만족도와 선호도가 높아지며, 아울러 안정적 재원확보와 재원의 효율적 관리를 가져오는 것으로 해석된다. 그리고 기관평가인증제도에 대한 인식과 관심은 인증 획득이라는 목표를 설정하게 하고, 기관평가인증의 자체평가를 통해 인증평가에서 요구하는 기준 이상을 충족하도록 학습과 혁신이 이루어지는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 학령인구의 급감 등 급변하는 대학의 대내외 환경에서 생존을 넘어 지속가능한 발전을 도모하기 위해 평가인증제를 다양한 대학의 경영성과로 연계할 경영전략 수립에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

현재, 메탈의 내부식성 코팅막 제조에 사용되고 있는 크로메이트 기반 코팅제는 유독성 물질에 대한 환경 규제에 따라 조만간 사용이 금지 될 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 유독성 금속 내부식성 코팅제를 대체할 새로운 환경 친화적인 코팅 재료로서 A1OOH 나노졸이 분산된 ZrOCl$_2$ㆍ8$H_2O$-GPS(3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane)하이브리드 졸을 제조하고 이의 내 부식성 특성에 대하여 조사하였다. AlOOH 졸이 첨가된 유/무기 하이브리드 졸은 염화 알루미늄을 염기로 침전 시킨 수산화 알루미늄 침전물에ZrOCl$_2$ㆍ8$H_2O$를 10 ~ 20 wt% 첨가하고 열처리한 후 여기에 GPS를 AlOOH에 대하여 4 ~ 6몰 배 첨가하여 제조하였다. 제조된 하이브리드 형 졸은 가시관 투광성이 우수하며 시간에 따른 범도 변화가 거의 없었다. 이 코팅 졸을 아연 도금 강판에 딥 코팅법으로 코팅한 후, 상온~20$0^{\circ}C$에서 열처리하여 염수 시험법으로 하이브리드 졸의 조성 및 열처리 조건에 따른 코팅막의 내부식성 특성을 조사하였다. 또한, 코팅막의 두께를 전자 현미경으로 관찰하였고, 코팅막 경도는 연필 경도계로 조사하였다.

본 논문에서는 서로 다른 크기의 클러스터에 대해서 효과적으로 데이터를 분류할 수 있는 내부클러스터를 이용한 개선된 FCM 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 내부클러스터는 평균내부거리 안쪽에 속하는 데이터 집합으로 클러스터의 크기와 밀도에 비례한다. 그러므로 이를 이용한 개선된 FCM 알고리즘은 기존의 FCM 알고리즘이 클러스터 크기가 다를 경우 퍼지분할과 중심탐색을 제대로 하지 못하는 문제점을 개선한 수 있다. 실험을 통하여 개선된 FCM 알고리즘이 분류 엔트로피에 의해 기존의 FCM 알고리즘 보다 더 좋은 결과를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects of internal marketings including education and training, internal communication, reward system, and welfare to job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the taxi company in Kangwon province. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, reward system and welfare are having the positive effect to job satisfaction, but education & training and internal communication are having negative effect on job satisfaction. Secondly, the result of the analysis on the effect of internal marketing to organizational commitment has shown that education & training, reward system, and welfare are have the positive effect on organizational commitment. Unfortunately, the internal communication has shown the negative effect on organizational commitment. Thirdly, the result of the analysis has shown that job satisfaction has the positive effect on the organizational commitment. Lastly, on the result of the hypotheses verification, the internal marketing has an effect to job satisfaction and organizational commitment partly and job satisfaction has a positive effect to organizational commitment. Therefore, through continuous effort of internal marketing activities make a positive effect on taxi driver's job satisfaction and organizational commitment and help to maximize the effectiveness of the organization.

This study examines the effects of internal control system and Analysis of characteristics and Earning management in Vulnerable Cooperation. During research period 2005${\sim}$2007, Purpose of this study is to examines whether financial characteristics has exist or not. Second, Earning management also. As a result of analysis are as follows, First T-test and logistic regression has found explanatory with stastical significance about CURRENT, RNPS, and DEPT. Second, DA of Vulnerable Cooperation is significantly higher than Normal cooperation.
