Study on Evaluation of Internal Hair Porosity using Optical Microscopy and Improvement of Hair Luster through Internal Hair Density (광학 현미경을 이용한 모발 내부 다공성 평가 및 모발 내부 밀도 증가를 통한 윤기 증가 연구)

  • In this study, the porous structure inside the hair were observed using an optical microscope without damaging the hair, and the porosity inside the hair was quantitatively expressed using the results. Experiments were conducted on the effect of the decrease in density inside the hair on the bending and tensile properties of the hair, and experiments on endogenous and extrinsic factors were conducted to find out the causes of the decrease in density inside the hair. As for the endogenous factor, the porosity of gray hair, one of the representative symptoms of aging, was compared with normal hair. As for extrinsic factors, it was observed that the internal density of hair decreased by surfactant and heat, which are factors that can cause hair damage in daily life. In addition, we confirmed whether it is possible to increase the internal density and luster of the hair by using an amino acids and material that can prevent hair lipid predisposition.

  • 주택 매매에 있어서 가격에 대한 예측은 매우 중요하지만, 실거래 발생 전까지는 정확한 가격을 알 수 없다. 그렇기에 주택가격을 예측하는 많은 연구가 진행되어왔다. 주택가격을 결정하는 영향요인은 크게 주택의 내부요인과 주택의 외부 요인으로 구분되는데, 내부적인 요인 (공급면적, 전용면적, 층, 방 개수 등)에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되었다. 하지만 외부적인 요인 (위치 요인, 금융요인 등)에 대한 연구는 미비하였다. 본 연구는 주택 매수자 관점에서 가격 예측 시 외부적인 요인 역시 중요하다고 판단하여 외부요인을 적용하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 다양한 외부요인 중 주택의 위치 정보를 활용하여, 해당 정보 기반으로 도출 가능한 데이터를 추가한다. 또한 이용량에 따른 지하철역 데이터를 추가하여 관련된 여러 영향요인들을 분석 및 적용 후 머신러닝 기반 예측 모델을 생성한다. 생성된 모델들에 주택매매 실거래 데이터를 적용하여 예측 정확도를 비교 후 높은 정확성을 보이는 모델 결과에 주요하게 영향을 끼치는 요인에 관하여 기술한다.

공간대여 서비스와 소비자의 일치성에 관한 연구

  • 공간서비스 그룹을 구성하는 업체들이 공간이라는 서비스를 제공하면서 사용자의 이용목적과 생애주기에 맞춘 용도로 그 사업모델을 구축하고 있다. 이와 같이 공간대여 서비스는 효율적이고 생산적인 학습효과를 제공하며, 스터디 센터와 스마트 워크에 초점을 많은 업체들이 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 공간대여 서비스와 소비자의 일치성에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공간대여 서비스에 대한 개념을 분석하여 공간에 대한 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스 내의 시설이 시설 만족도에 미치는 영향과 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 시설만족도와 고객만족이 이용공간에 대한 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 공간대여 서비스의 구성요소인 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스내의 시설과 시설 만족도와의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 접근성과 서비스내의 시설은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 내부환경요인은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Internal Marketing Approach to Internal Satisfaction and Cognitive Organization Performance : The Case of Korean Water Resources Corporation (내부마케팅이 직무만족과 인지적 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 한국수자원공사를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of implementing internal marketing on the internal satisfaction and on the cognitive organization performance in the K-water by using the logistic regression analysis. The results of test are as follows. First, three internal marketing factors such as reward system, education and training, and internal communication have a significant influence on employee's job satisfaction of the K-water. Second, two internal marketing factors such as education and training, and internal communication have a significant influence on organization performance of the K-water. In conclusion, internal marketing enhances job satisfaction and organization performance, and satisfied employees provide good customer service, thus resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and improved organization performance.

  • This study analyzed the moderating role of the suitability factors of corporate strategies and information system strategies targeting small and medium sized transportation companies in Korea. The analytical result has found that the suitable factors of corporate strategies and information system strategies play the moderating role in the ERP introduction factors and internal performance. In other words, the suitability factors of corporate strategies and information system strategies were analyzed to play the moderating role in support of CEOs, education/training, users' IT capabilities, standardization/formulation of business, infrastructure of information technologies, and internal performance. The result of this study based on the above analytical results has found that introduction performance will be maximized when ERP packages are introduced in the small and medium-sized transportation companies and corporate strategies properly harmonize with the introduction strategies of ERP packages in the companies.

Effects of Internal Marketing Factors of Agricultural Enterprises on Corporate Performance : Focusing on Moderating Effect of SNS Utilization (농업경영체의 내부마케팅요인이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : SNS 활용의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the effect of internal marketing factors of agricultural enterprises on corporate performance by using SNS as a moderating variable for agricultural enterprises workers. Internal marketing factors were divided into education and training, communication and compensation system, and corporate performance was set as a sub-variable of financial performance and non-financial performance. 349 questionnaires collected from agricultural enterprises workers were used for empirical analysis. The results of the analysis using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 showed that first, communication and compensation systems had a significant effect on financial performance and education and training did not have a significant effect on financial performance. Second, communication has a significant effect on non-financial performance, and education and training has a negative effect on non-financial performance., and compensation system had no significant effect on non-financial performance. Third, SNS utilization significantly moderated the relationship between internal marketing factors and financial performance. Fourth, SNS utilization significantly moderated the relationship between internal marketing factors and non-financial aptitude. This study has significance that internal marketing factors that affect general companies are different due to the characteristics of agricultural management organizations, and that internal marketing factors that affect the performance of agricultural management organizations have been discovered. In particular, it was found that communication must be dealt with importantly to expand the performance of agricultural management. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to study the mediating model formed by the discovery of mediators and to study the moderated mediating analysis through the conditional process model in which the mediators are introduced.

  • In recent years, the quality and safety requirements in the shipping industries have been more stringent than the previous requirements. It is essential to effective quality management system which can cope with a change in shipping business environment and improve shipping service performance to get competitiveness in the international shipping market. This study on the focus of the Korean shipping company which provides shipping transportation service examined following issues. First, how each of the key factors of ISO 9001 quality management affects service performance, internal customer satisfaction and customer orientation. Second, how the internal customer satisfaction affects service performance and customer orientation. Third, customer orientation affects service performance.

  • The best business strategy leading to innovation and productivity can be achieved by carefully analyzing internal and external environments of a company. Many companies often require, but difficult to find a tool to determine their own internal/external environmental factors including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats(SWOT). SWOT is one analytical base model that is utilized in this research to design semi-automated environmental analysis process. This study investigates on SWOT generation system that is built on existing analysis database created by experts in each field. Companies can search and choose their best expressing environmental elements that are stored in the database. This semi-automated SWOT tool is expected to contribute that companies can recognize their internal capabilities more accurately, and help consider external environment changes around them.

Determinants of Debt Ratio in Public Institutions

  • This study investigated the determinants of debt ratio in public institutions. For this purpose, we analyzed the impact of external and internal factors on debt ratio. In this paper, external factors included government grants and deficits compensation, and internal factors included inefficient management. The results of this study are as follows. First, we find that there is a significant positive relation between government grants and debt ratio. This result means that the higher government grants, the higher debt ratio. Second, we also find that there is a significant positive relation between deficits compensation and debt ratio. This implies that the institutions subject to deficits compensation have higher debt ratio. Third, we can not find a significant relation between welfare benefit and debt ratio. This finding implies that inefficient management is not a factor on debt ratio of public institutions. The results documented in this paper provide important policy implications for investigating the determinants of debt ration in public institutions.

  • 자기공명영상 (MRI)기법은 최근에 그의 이용 분야가 식품공학 및 농학 분야까지 확대되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 MRI의 기본 원리를 알아보고 어떤 요인들이 자기공명영상의 명암을 결정하는지 알아 보았다. MRI를 이용하여 비파괴적인 방법으로 농축산물의 내부 구조 영상을 얻고 이로부터 토마토의 내부 공동, 감자의 공동병, 사과와 파파야의 멍, 버찌씨의 유무, 망고와 감자의 벌레에 의한 손상, 망고와 마늘의 내부 결함, 키위의 성숙도에 따른 변화, 그리고 소고기의 내부 구조 둥을 판별할 수 있음을 알아 보았으며 농축산물의 품질을 결정짓는 이러한 내부 요인들이 어떻게 자기공명영상을 형성하는지 알아 보았다. 대상 시료에 따라 적당한 자기공명영상 인자(TR과 TE)를 선택하여야 한다. 또한 특정 인자를 강조하기 위해서는 최적의 자기공명영상 인자를 선택하여야 한다.
