A Concept Analysis of Prisoner Corrrection (수형자 교정에 대한 개념분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide data for the development of a nursing intervention program by analyzing the concept of prisoner correction. From April 1st, 2016, to July 30th, the research literature on all domestic and international prisoner correction from 2011 to 2015 were searched using PubMed and NDSL RISS. 37 documents were analyzed according to conceptual analysis method procedures by Walker and Avant. In order to promote a positive attitude toward life through internal reflection of prisoner correction, individual characteristics for improvements in problem solving abilities, social adaptation abilities, re-socialization and the protection of the people and society to inmates displaying anti-social and moral behaviors that violated the law. The purpose of this study was to establish a desirable direction for prisoner correction, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of a nursing intervention program.

  • The reason why creativity becomes the important subject in 21th century is that it does an important role which solves many problems surrounding our whole life in this internationalization, globalization, knowledge-information age. But scholars who formerly researched the creativity-field explain the necessity of creativity with the internal and fundamental reasons. That is, scholars say that creative activities produce originative products and originality itself. And it is the root of which will be able to discover meaning of life and it -creativity - is successive activities that is demanded when individual life want to obtain important value by expressing one's inner world to the outside using creative resource. Recently, with the trends of present age and the educational needs, research about creativity is actively carried out and it draws out the results that creativity can be developed and enhanced through education and training. So, now many researches have focused on how to develop the creativity. Investigating those researches, we found that the recent issues of researches on creativity were changing and now they focused on creative instruction methods and behavioral factors. Especially, they were selected as the subject related to the creative education - creative instructional method and program, atmosphere in classroom, and factors of teacher. It means that the past researches which were a little bit conceptive have been changing to material ones which will be able to enhance creativity and its effect. So, in this research, we have developed the program for CPS(Creativity Problem Solving) and verified its effect.

  • 산학협력은 대학과 기업이 사회 환경의 변화에 대비하고 상호간의 이익을 공유하기 위해 구성되고 있으나 대부분은 단기성 또는 일회성이 그치는 경우가 다반사다. 그 이유는 연구 결과 또는 연구여건, 내용 등 여러 문제가 있겠지만, 대부분이 산학협력에 대해 참여주체별 추진과정에서 나타난 심리적 갈등 및 불만족이 주요인 중 하나이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 오래전부터 우리의 내면에 잠재되어있는 전통의식과 공동체적 협동방식에서산학협력의 문제점 발생요인에 대한 원인 및 해결방안을 파악하여 산학협력의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

복합재 연소관 적용에 따른 추진제 구조안정성 연구

  • 추진기관 적용에 따른 복합재연소관의 일반적 사항들을 논하였다. 추진기관의 효율에 주요인자인 경량화에 있어서 복합재 연소관의 무게가 철금속 연소관에 비해 약 50%의 감소효과가 있으며 단가의 측면에서도 부가가치가 있는 것으로 평가된다. 그러나 추진기관 체계적(추진제 공정 및 구조안정성) 관점에서 추진제 내면변형율(Inner Bore Strain)의 증가, 제작공차, 공정의 재현성, EPDM의 접착기밀성 및 외부습도 유입 문제 등의 앞으로 해결되어야 할 사항들이 제시되었다.

A study on the enhancement of emotion recognition through facial expression detection in user's tendency (사용자의 성향 기반의 얼굴 표정을 통한 감정 인식률 향상을 위한 연구)

  • Despite the huge potential of the practical application of emotion recognition technologies, the enhancement of the technologies still remains a challenge mainly due to the difficulty of recognizing emotion. Although not perfect, human emotions can be recognized through human images and sounds. Emotion recognition technologies have been researched by extensive studies that include image-based recognition studies, sound-based studies, and both image and sound-based studies. Studies on emotion recognition through facial expression detection are especially effective as emotions are primarily expressed in human face. However, differences in user environment and their familiarity with the technologies may cause significant disparities and errors. In order to enhance the accuracy of real-time emotion recognition, it is crucial to note a mechanism of understanding and analyzing users' personality traits that contribute to the improvement of emotion recognition. This study focuses on analyzing users' personality traits and its application in the emotion recognition system to reduce errors in emotion recognition through facial expression detection and improve the accuracy of the results. In particular, the study offers a practical solution to users with subtle facial expressions or low degree of emotion expression by providing an enhanced emotion recognition function.

A Basic Study on Scale Development of Problem Behaviors for Young Children (유아 문제행동 척도 개발을 위한 기초 연구)

  • This study is intended to draw a scale for problem behaviors of young children. To achieve this, an empirical survey was carried out on experts from three groups of daycare center teachers, kindergarten teachers and early childhood education-majored professors. A total of 209 items were measured by the scale for young children's problem behaviors from the 1970s to now. The results showed that 96 of a total 209 items in 5 categories related to the scale for young children's problem behaviors were adopted as major items. Using these 96 major items in 5 categories, 17 out of 40 items in a peer relationship category, 13 out of 41 items in a development category, 20 out of 50 items in a fundamental habit category, 22 out of 38 items in a morality category, and 24 out of 40 items in an emotion category were adopted. Most items were adopted in the emotion category, whereas most items were rejected in the development category. Therefore, it is judged that their problem behaviors are caused mainly by anxiety, shrinking, unexpected behaviors, dependence on parents or teachers, and slow behaviors due to the latent negative emotions of young children at the developing stage.

The Aesthetics of Death of Works of Comtemporary Art (현대 예술 작품에 나타난 죽음의 미학)

  • In order to deeply understand the significance of death aesthetics in contemporary art, this research first summarizes the development process of death aesthetics in art works with popular perspectives, and then classifies and discusses death aesthetics in modern art works. The results of this study are as follows: First, the aesthetic expressions of death are divided into two types: death reproducibility and death symbolism. Death reproducibility includes reproducibility of real objects and reproducibility of imaginary objects. The symbolism of death can be divided into external and internal manifestations. Secondly, in contemporary art, the reproducibility of death through the description of death scenes has increased the various problems and philosophical significance caused by death. Third, in contemporary art, the symbolism meaning of death is not just something directly related to death, it also shows the various psychological states brought about by death. Subsequent research will promote the artists' visual expression of the aesthetics of death in artworks, and the profound changes in meaning that result from it.

The three Ontological Characteristics of the Person with Emmanuel Mounier (엠마누엘 무니에의 '인격(personne)'의 세 가지 존재론적인 특성)

  • The thought of Emmanuel Mounier addresses the most important problems in human life. In this research we try to analyze the three ontological characteristics of 'Person'. First the person has an indefinable character and is not substitutable since he is the true self which is the inner and spiritual being constituting the self-consciousness of an individual. The person has his individuality precisely because he is an individual and his being sovereign in having his own world. Next, the person's individuality has an ontological solitude from his own perspective. Nevertheless, having essentially an existential openness since it receives the elements that compose his own world by relationship and communication between men, and being connected unremittedly, the person is paradoxical. Finally, the person appears as a dynamic thing that continues to create the new self-consciousness. And this dynamism of the person wants to proclaim its self identity while at the same time, aim for a "personification of society" based on the love of humanity. Because of this we can say that the thought of Emmanuel Mounier on the person may be a new type of "humanism" that can give light to the misery of modern society.

  • 새로운 세기의 수학 교육은 직관과 조작 활동에 바탕을 둔 경험에서 수학적 형식, 관계, 개념, 원리 및 법칙 등을 이해하도록 지도되어야 한다. 즉 학생들의 내면 세계에서 적절한 경험을 통하여 시각적 ${\cdot}$ 직관적으로 수학적 개념을 재구성할 수 있도록 상황과 대상을 제공해야 한다. 이를 위하여 컴퓨터 응용 프로그램을 활용한 자기주도적 수학 개념 형성에 적합한 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 모델을 구안하여 보았다. 이는 수학의 필요성과 실용성 인식 및 자기주도적 문제해결력 향상을 위한 상호작용적 매체의 활용이 요구된다. 본 연구는 구성주의적 수학 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 이론을 근간으로 대수 ${\cdot}$ 해석 ${\cdot}$ 기하 및 스프레트시트의 상호 연계를 통하여 수학 지식을 재구성할 수 있도록 학습수행지를 제작하여 교사와 학생의 다원적 상호 학습 기회를 제공하는 데 주안점을 두고자 한다.

The Mediating Effects of Social Support on the Relation between Emotional Labor and Organizational Commitment of Franchise Food Service Industry Employees (프랜차이즈 외식업체 종사자의 감정노동과 조직몰입 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과 분석)

  • This empirical study examined the relationships among emotional labor, social support, and organizational commitment of franchise food service industry employees, and analyzed the mediating effects of social support from the fellow and director on the relationship between emotional labor and organizational commitment. A total of 268 employees in the franchise food service industry, such as fast food, chicken, and coffee in Seoul, were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis using the SPSS Program. The results of verifying the research hypotheses could be summarized as follows. First, the surface emotional labor of franchise food service industry employees had negative effects on the organizational commitment. Deep emotional labor had significant positive effects on the organizational commitment, and fellow and director support had significant positive effects on the organizational commitment. Second, the social support from the fellow and director had partially mediating effects on the relationship between emotional labor and organizational commitment. This suggests that emotional labor and social support play essential roles in enhancing the organizational commitment of franchise food service industry employees.
