본협회는 작년(1963) 제2회 도서관대회의 학교도서관부회를 부산에서 개최한바 있다. 타도보다 비교적 앞섰다는 부산과 경남지방의 학교도서관의 실태를 보고자 G마이 전국에서 학교도서관관계자를 부산에 집결토록한 또 하나의 이유이다. 이지방의 학교도서관이 오늘 남보다 다소 앞설수 있게된 그표면에는 우연이 아닌 교육의 의지가 근간이 되었다. ‘근대적인 개념의 학교도서관’의 기치를 들었든 두분의 교장이 계심을 세상은 안다. 이 두분은 추월영(부산고교장) 선생과 박경원(경남고교장) 선생이다. 본협회 이종문사무국 이 지난 7월초 부산출장시 두 교장선생임을 모시고 지난 날의 회포와 아울러 당시의 실정에 관한 앙케이트의 답변이다. 참고가 되리라 믿어 게재한다.

한 통계에 따르면 우리 나라 사람 10명 중 4$\~$5명은 평생 단 한번도 기부금을 내 본 적이 없다고 한다. 탈무드 우화처럼 남을 먼저 배려하는 마음은 바로 나를 돕는 길이자 더불어 잘 사는 아름다운 세상 만들기의 지름길이다. 돈만이 이웃돕기의 수단은 아니다. 시간과 사랑을 쏟는 봉사활동도 중요하다. 더불어 사는 삶의 지혜가 오롯이 녹아있는 나눔과 베품의 미학을 깨달아야 할 것이다.

Finding traces of the numerous contexts that exist in our culture surrounding an old-narrative and leading to it's textualization provides a chance to read the story anew. The 'Pieun(避隱)' section of 'Samgukyusa' contains the stories of people who hide from the world and avoid it, as well as the different types of stories by the compiler, the Buddihist monk, Ilyeon. In other words, the compiler has textualized the story. This study aims to attentively analyze the specific story in the 'Pieun' section and read the insights of the compiler on whether to move into the world or hide from the world. Through this analysis, it is apparent that the episode of 'Pieun' does not only illustrate the characters who wish to escape or hide from the world, but it also enables readers to grasp the intention of Ilyeon who deliberately includes the banquet story which is contrary to the meaning of the title. In the 'Pieun', he emphasizes that the behavior of revealing and hiding oneself to and from the world has significant religious and cultural meanings for an individual. The writer, without distinguishing people who move into the world or hide from it, used the Buddhist Dialectictics method to present a different interpretation.

실리콘밸리는 보이지 않는 인적 네트워크(Human Network)로 움직인다. 실리콘밸리내 핵심정보와 세상 돌아가는 진짜 이야기는 인종별, 대학출신별, 출신기업별 소그룹 네트워크를 통해서만 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 실리콘밸리라고 하는 창조적 공간과의 연결고리 강화를 통해 미래기회를 선점하기 위한 수단으로서 $\ulcorner$한국계 벤처 네트워크$\lrcorner$ 를 촉진하는 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 중국, 인도, 이스라엘 등 각 민족별 네트워크가 본국과 실리콘밸리간에 어떠한 협력관계를 보이고 있는가를 조사.분석한 후, 여러가지 가설을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 민족별 역사적 이민과정 및 배경에 따라 네트워크의 특성이 달라진다. 둘째, 본국의 산업발전 정도에 따라 본국과 실리콘밸리내 네트워크간의 관계가 달라진다. 셋째, 본국의 정책적 의지가 얼마나 강하냐에 따라 네트워크 활동의 강도도 달라진다. 넷째, 연구모형 인자간의 흐름방향에 따라 본국과 실리콘밸리 간의 역할 관계가 다르게 나타난다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 각 민족별 네트워크의 특성을 비교 분석한 후, 한국계 벤처 네트워크의 모델도 함께 제시하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 관찰 및 분석을 바탕으로, 한국계 Global Network 발전방안에 대한 정책적인 제안을 제시하였다.

This study looked into the inner experience of foster mothers who adopted children under 3 months old and found out they were disabled while they were rearing with Van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological approach. In-depth interviews were used with six foster mothers who live in Seoul, Gwangju, Gyeongsangnam-do, and Jeollabuk-do. The study resulted in a hermeneutic writing with titled "Love of Mothers Who Want to Make Their Children's Dreams Come True" with six essential themes as follows: 'being at a loss wrapped in a dense fog,' 'venting off the frustration,' 'gratitude amid painfulness,' 'bold confrontation with prejudices,' 'disabled children's return to the center of their moms' life,' and 'expectation for their future life.' As they are disabled, foster mothers want to rear their children with more care and attention to make their children's dreams come true. Seen above, this could be interpreted as mothers' love to a life. For foster mothers, the disability of their adopted children is not a burden but an expectation for a new world. They help the children live by themselves. It shows that every child can have his own home.

플라스틱 전자 소자(plastic electronics) 기술은 저가격의 프린팅 공정이 가능한 플라스틱 소재를 이용하여 초경량 초박형의 깨지지 않는 전자 소자를 제작하는 기술로서, 차세대 유비쿼터스 IT 기기 구현에 적합한 차세대 반도체(post-Si 반도체) 기술로 MIT 공대 선정 10대 유망 기술 및 IDC의 10년 내 세상을 바꿀 9가지 신기술로 선정될 정도로 IT 융합부품 기술 분야의 차세대 유망 기술로 크게 각광 받고 있다. 현재는 플라스틱 전자 소자는 Si 기반 전자 소자의 보완적인 기능에 머무르고 있으나, 플라스틱 소재/소자/공정의 개발이 진행됨에 따라 응용 분야가 점차 확대되고 있다. 본 기고문에서는 대표적인 플라스틱 전자 소자인 유기 박막 트랜지스터(OTFT)의 주요 응용 분야로 플렉시블 디스플레이, 플라스틱 센서, 그리고 플라스틱 RFID 기술을 중심으로 기술 개발 연구 동향 및 시장 전망에 대해 기술하였다.

소프트웨어는 일상의 삶을 더 편리하게 해 주는 도구 이상으로 우리의 생활 깊숙이 침투하였으며, 소프트웨어로 인해 산업의 구조가 바뀌고 세상이 바뀌어 가고 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어의 중요성을 인식하고 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 초등학교에서부터 소프트웨어를 이해하고 제작하는 교육이 실행될 예정이다. 하지만, 소프트웨어라는 것은 추상적인 개념으로 아동의 경험과 연결시켜 소프트웨어 교육이 이루어지기는 어려웠던 것이 사실이다. 존 듀이는 일상적인 삶의 경험 영역 내에 들어 있던 것들로부터 교육을 도출해 낼 수 있다고 하였고, 이는 아동의 입장을 신중히 고려한 방식이다. 따라서, 소프트웨어 교육 또한 아동의 일상경험에서 출발한다면 보다 효과적인 교육이 이루어 질 수 있으리라고 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 존 듀이의 철학적 관점에서 소프트웨어 교육에 시사하는 바를 대해 논의해 보고자 한다.

This study was conducted with the network-related viewpoint to see the aspect of interaction among innovation factors of this country's national innovation system in information and communication sector. For this, the relations in which institutions have conducted a joint study of national R&D projects supported by the government were analyzed by the method of Social Network Analysis. As a result of the analysis, the network of national innovation system in information and communication sector of this country turned out to be "small world network." Based on the result, it was found out that innovation subjects in the sector of this country closely exchange knowledge and information. In addition, among innovation subjects in the network, the proportion of research institutions was relatively high and the proportion of enterprises was relatively low, which confirmed that the activity for technical innovation has been made under the lead of the government. Further study is required to find out what effect the network structure of national innovation system has on the success of innovation.

A human being makes a constant effort to find out what he really is. We try to do a great deal in self-culture to know his own self-nature with miscellaneous ways as Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism. When we are faced with a difficult problem in life, We utilize own knowledge and wisdom to solve them. Thus there are many result of answer what self-confidence is throughout the devoting oneself to the study of man's life which is expressed poetry and prose. We can see the aspect of liberty life in their poetry and prose which is escaping from their restraints as they are willing to find out their own self-nature and want to attain a state of perfect self-nature in every day life. And they are anxious to be born again in spiritual value and to be a man in liberty with removing the narrow-mindedness, the stupidity, the anger and the absolute ego in their mind. That's what we are want to achieve man's purpose understanding of the human being's life. Here, I have a good such example who is Tao yuan ming. It is not easy to give up fame and wealth for maintaining his doctrines. So We have a high regard for this wisdom between entering into politics and withdrawing from his office. It needs a self-conquest and more courage than entering into politics. Retiring from his office, he returns to the place where is native place everything lives and let live without moral pressure in daily life. Because there is real liberty life and immutable truths.

최근 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 더불어 교육 문화는 사용자들로 하여금 새로운 세상을 열어주게 되었다. 21세기 교육이 평생교육사회라는 분야로 집중화되면서 끊임없는 자기 개발로 빠르게 변화하는 지식기반 사회에서 자신의 경쟁력을 키워가고 있다. 원격교육은 바로 이러한 평생교육을 달성 할 수 있는 매우 효과적인 방식으로 언제나 어디서나 누구나 양질의 교육을 받을 수 있는 열린 교육문화로서 본 연구에서는 학습자의 철저한 관리를 통한 학습능력의 향상을 중점으로 별도의 인터넷 접속과정 없이 편리하고 개인성이 보장된 원격 교육 시스템을 구현하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 논문은 MS의 미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 이용한 동영상 강의 시청 및 조절 과정, My_SQL을 이용한 동영상 강의에 대한 서브노트 문서 제공 및 질의 응답이 이루어지는 토론형 시스템 설계, 사용자의 강의 진도 체크와 출결사항 및 수강과목을 편리하게 관리할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 또한 시스템의 처리 과정에서 사용자 수강 관리에 연구의 초점을 두었으며 시스템 내에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 학습자 관리를 중점으로 구성되어 있다.
