In order to develop a pediatric liquid preparation with sustained release properties, dextromethorphan hydrobromide (DEXT) was complexed with strong cation exchange resin (CG 120) and the-complex was coated with Eudragit RS using a phase separation method by non-solvent addition. The effect of pH, ionic strength of the release medium and drug/resin ratio on the release rate of DEXT was studied. The release rate of free drug from the uncoated complex, and coated complexes with 9.5 and 18.5% Eudragit RS in artificial gastric juice were measured. The release rate from the uncoated complex was faster with higher pH, higher ionic strength of the release medium and higher drug/resin ratio. The release rate from the coated complex could be controlled by the amount of coating material, and the surface after release did not rupture into.

Rare earth alloys and compounds are the raw materials for the manufacture of advanced materials. Although domestic monazite ores have been found, there are some difficulties in recovering rare earth from these ores. Rare earth ores are found in few countries and these countries put an embargo on the export of rare earth ores for the protection of their industry. We gathered some information on the hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical processes to recover rare earths from bastnasite, monazite, and xenotime which consist of 95% of the total rare earth ores. Since rare earth with the purity more than 6N is needed for use in advanced materials, some separation methods such as fractional crystallization, precipitation, ion exchange, and solvent extraction were introduced.

대화 모델은 대표적으로 검색 모델 또는 생성 모델을 기반으로 구현된다. 최근에는 두 모델의 장점은 융합하고 단점은 보완하기 위해 검색 기법과 생성 기법을 결합하는 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 생성 모델이 검색된 응답을 전혀 반영하지 않고 응답을 생성하여 검색 모델을 간과하는 문제 또는 검색된 응답을 그대로 복사해 생성하여 검색 모델에 과의존하는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제들을 완화하며 검색 모델과 생성 모델을 모두 조화롭게 활용할 수 있는 대화 모델을 제안한다. 생성 모델이 검색 모델을 간과하는 문제를 완화하기 위해 학습 시 골드 응답을 검색된 응답과 함께 사용한다. 또한, 검색 모델에 과의존하는 문제를 완화하기 위해 검색된 응답들의 내용어 일부를 마스킹하고 순서를 무작위로 섞어 노이징한다. 검색된 응답은 대화 컨텍스트와의 관련성이 높은 것만을 선별하여 생성에 활용한다. 정량 평가 및 정성 평가를 통해 제안한 방법의 성능 향상 효과를 확인하였다.

This study examines the impact of the internet addiction of the internet environment (expect, approach, anonym) in adolescents with the structural equation modeling(AMOS 6.0). A few major findings are reported : First, the internet environment for example expect, anonym in adolescents affected the internet addiction; Second, the internet environment for example expect, anonym in adolescents which are analysis on the centrol effects to the impact of the relation of personal factors and family factors affected to differ the internet addiction.

더욱 사람같은 대화 모델을 실현하기 위해, 페르소나 메모리를 활용하여 응답을 생성하는 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 다수의 기존 연구들에서는 메모리로부터 관련된 페르소나를 찾기 위해 별도의 검색 모델을 이용한다. 그러나 이는 전체 시스템에 속도 저하를 일으키고 시스템을 무겁게 만드는 문제가 있다. 또한, 기존 연구들은 페르소나를 잘 반영해 응답하는 능력에만 초점을 두는데, 그 전에 페르소나 참조의 필요성 여부를 판별하는 능력이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서, 우리의 제안 모델은 검색 모델을 활용하지 않고 생성 모델의 내부적인 연산을 통해 페르소나 메모리의 참조가 필요한지를 판별한다. 참조가 필요하다고 판단한 경우에는 관련된 페르소나를 반영하여 응답하며, 그렇지 않은 경우에는 대화 컨텍스트에 집중하여 응답을 생성한다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안 모델이 장기적인 대화에서 효과적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

The effects of anti-stress rose (Rosa mutiflora) fruit extract yoghurts (RFEY-1.0, RFEY-3.0, RFEY-5.0 containing with 1.0, 3.0 and 5.0% of rose fruit extract) were tested for the anti-stress effects. ICR male mice (20$\pm$2 g) were fed with basic experimental diets and given free access to water containing these ingredients for 18 days. Psychological stress and sociopsychological stress exposed by foot-shock for 1 hour (10 sec duration at intervals of 120 sec) every day for 3 days. RFEY-1.0, RFEY-3.0, RFEY-5.0 groups in the sociopsychological stress resulted in a significant decrease of 11.7%, 16.0% and 24.7% in plasma corticosterone (CS) secretion compared with psychological stress (control group). Noradrenaline (NA) secretions in the brain were significantly increased 15.6%, 25.0% and 40.8%, respectively, in RFEY-1.0, RFEY-3.0, RFEY-5.0 groups compared with control group. MHPG -SO$_4$ (3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-phenylethyleneglycol sulfate) levels in the brain resulted in a marked decreases of 17.0%, 25.3% and 28.4%, respectively, in RFEY-1.0, RFEY-3.0, RFEY-5.0 groups compared with control group. NA/MHPG-SO$_4$ ratios in the brain of RFEY-1.0, RFEY-3.0, RFEY-5.0 groups resulted in a significantly increase of 39.5%, 67.3% and 96.3%, respectively, compared with control group. These results suggest that rose fruit extract yoghurt may be tried to apply for human consumption such as sociopsychological stress.

By using data envelopment analysis(DEA) this research measures the efficiency of Korea's five seaports and their Malmquist productivity from 1997 to 2006. Under the assumption of CRS(constant returns to scale) and VRS(various returns to scale), seaports' rankings of efficiency are measured. Busan port is confirmed as a best-performed port in the various measurements. Important finding facts are as follows. 1)Busan, lncheon and Ulsan seaports are efficient ports under the assumption of CRS and VRS. 2)Gwangyang port shows 4.3% lower efficiency level compared with efficient ports. 3)Pohang port shows 27.3% lower efficiency level compared with efficient ports. 4)Average total factor productivity of Korea's five ports has been lower at the rate of 3.1% during the period from 1997 to 2006. Main policy implications are 1)Busan port is more efficient than Gwangyang port, which reflects the difference of economic activities between two regional econmies. 2)During the period 1997-2006, Korea's five largest ports has experienced lower efficiency levels in the first half period because of the 1997 Korean Financial Crisis, but higher efficiency levels in the second half period because of economic recovery. In future research the more and better data will be expected to improve the understanding of Korean seaports' efficiency characteristics.

The Schizosaccharomyces pombe structural gene encoding bacterioferritin comigratory protein (BCP) was previously cloned using the shuttle vector pRS316 to generate the BCP-overexpressing plasmid pBCP10. The present work aimed to evaluate the thermoresistant properties of BCP against high temperature stress using the plasmid pBCP10. When the S. pombe cells were grown to the early exponential phase and shifted from $30^{\circ}C$ to $37^{\circ}C$ or $42^{\circ}C$, the S. pombe cells harboring pBCP10 grew significantly more at both $37^{\circ}C$ and $42^{\circ}C$ than the vector control cells. After 6 h of the shifting to higher incubation temperatures, they contained the lower reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitrite content, an index of nitric oxide (NO), than the vector control cells. After the temperature shifts, total glutathione (GSH) content and total superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities were much higher in the S. pombe cells harboring pBCP10 than in the corresponding vector control cells. Taken together, the S. pombe BCP plays a thermoresistant role which might be based upon its ability both to down-regulate ROS and NO levels and to up-regulate antioxidant components, such as total GSH and SOD, and subsequently to maintain thermal stability.

The device with tantalum silicide heater were bonded by Ag paste and Au SBB(Stud Bump Bonding) onto the Au coated substrate. The shear test after Au ABB and the thermal performance under current stressing were measured. The optimum condition of Au SBB was determined by fractured surface after die shear test and $350^{\circ}C$ for substrate, $250^{\circ}C$ for die during flip chip bonding with bonding load of about 300 g/bump. With applying 5W through heater on the device, the maximum temperature with Ag paste bonding was about $50^{\circ}C$. That with Au SBB on Au coated Si substrate showed $64^{\circ}C$. The difference of maximum temperatures is only $14^{\circ}C$, even though the difference of contact area between Ag paste bonding and Au SBB is by about 300 times and the simulation showed that the contact resistance might be one of the reasons.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of virtual reality bowling on emotional changes using EEG (Electroencephalogram). Sixteen bowling players who have at least three years of experiences in bowling participated in this study. Their aged ranged from 26 to 35 years old with a mean age of 29.6 years. The frontal lobes (Fp2-Fp1, F4-F3, F8-F7) of each player were measured while subjects were performing five games of bowling. And after performing every frame, their emotion was measured immediately with Visual Analogue Scale. The data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance to test differences in the alpha value of each region of the frontal lobes. The dependent variable is the alpha power of the cerebral asymmetry. The results showed that players who scored a strike showed higher VAS values than those who missed the spares or cleared the spares; those who cleared spares showed higher VAS values than those who missed spares In addition, with respect to frontal R-L asymmetry score, the alpha-wave of the left frontal lobe was activated when scoring a strike and clearing spares and the alpha-wave of the right frontal lobe was activated when missing spares. In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrated that success or achievement in competition gives rise to positive emotions and vice versa. This study neurophysiologically proved that performance outcomes during a competition directly influence players' emotion and brain waves.
