Objectives : Delirium of hospitalized patients is common and it is significantly associated with increased mortality rate. Misdiagnosis rates of delirium are reported in a range of 36.7 to 63% in clinical setting. We aimed to identify the clinical features and symptomatic characteristics associated with misdiagnosis of delirium. Methods : Subjects were 256 inpatients who were referred for psychiatric consultation and diagnosed with delirium by a psychiatrist at a university hospital between January 1 and June 30, 2012. Clinical data were obtained with retrospective chart review. Patients were divided into misdiagnosed group and correct diagnosed group, after reviewing the reason which were described in the consultation request form. Results : Sixty nine(27%) subjects of the 256 patients were referred for other reasons(mood, substance, anxiety, dementia etc.) than "delirium/confusion" by clinician(misdiagnosed group). In misdiagnosed group, use of antipsychotics was more common. There were no differences between the two groups in age, gender, and department of referring clinician. Fluctuation score of DRS-R-98 was higher in the correct diagnosed group. Conclusions : In this study, the risk of misdiagnosis was higher when the patients have taken antipsychotics or less symptom fluctuation. Careful clinical attention is needed for diagnosis for delirium in these patients.

This study conducted a student-centered inquiry lesson on the similarity of figures using AlgeoMath, with student learning aspects analyzed from a communication perspective. This approach aimed to inform pedagogical implications related to teaching geometric similarity. Through utilizing AlgeoMath, students were able to visually confirm that their chosen figures were similar, experiencing key mathematical concepts such as the ratio of similarity to the area of similar figures, and congruency and similarity conditions of triangles. In the lessons applying this concept, we categorized the features of similarity learning displayed by students, as seen in the communication aspects of their exploratory activities, into 'Understanding similarity ratios', 'Grasping conditions of similarity in triangles', and 'Comparing concepts of congruency and similarity'. Through exploratory activities based on AlgeoMath, students discussed the meaning and mathematical relationships of key concepts related to similarity, such as the ratio of similarity to the area of figures, and the meaning and conditions of congruence and similarity in triangles. By improving misconceptions about the similarity of figures, they were able to develop deeper mathematical understanding. This study revealed that in teaching and learning the geometric similarity using AlgeoMath, obtaining meaningful pedagogical outcome was not solely due to the features of the AlgeoMath environment, but also largely depended on the teacher's guidance and intervention that stimulated students' thinking.

The theme of "youth love film" is a strong point in the Korean film industry and has made remarkable achievements in the overseas market. Jae-young Kwak is a famous Korean film director and screenwriter. He is good at shooting "youth love film" with beautiful pictures, exquisite emotions and rich imagination. His films have unique charm and characteristics. This paper expounds the image style, characterization and theme. First of all, from the perspective of image style for this paper, analysis of the film is how to use different narratives and lens language to create a movie's atmosphere, makes the transfer of drunk the oriental beauty. Secondly, the main focus is on the director to find a new way to shape the characters in the film, and pay attention to the description of details, foreshadowing and explaining the plot. Thirdly, based on the theme, this paper analyzes the profound meaning behind romantic films, which reflect the yearning and pursuit of modern people, and people should pay attention to and think deeply. In the modern economic globalization, countries culture mutual exchanges and cooperation, South Korea many outstanding movie worth exploring and research, by studying the Jae-young director Kwak youth love films, excavate its popular film in the market of reason, analysis of the works reflect the aesthetic characteristics, which sums up the experience of the youth love film.

Twenty years have passed since the first game department was established in Korea. We now need to review and foresee the future of game department curriculums. In this paper, we characterize and analyze the current curriculums of game departments in Korean colleges. The study focuses on the detailed course works based on the game making processes, which are largely composed of game design, game programming and game graphic design. Then we analyze the past curriculum changes of the game programming and the game graphic design departments. Also, we survey the curriculums of cinema departments which are older than game departments, thus may show the hint for the future of game departments. As the results of the analysis, the curriculums of game departments have to strengthen the game design related courses and have to expand the game making exercise courses.

In the earlier study, Park (2002) described the process of student' conceptual change as a successive refinement and articulation of their conceptual framework. In this study, the process of conceptual change for three university students were analyzed more in depth. As results, six types of conceptual change through successive refinement and articulation were observed: (1) original conception was elaborated in detail, (2) conception was differentiated according to the context, (3) some conceptions were re-explained theoretically after construction it based on experimental data, (4) non-coherent conceptions in the early stage get to have coherency in the later stage, (5) model of explanation gets to be complicated by excluding ideal conditions, (6) qualitative explanations were changed into quantitative ones.

Telangiectatic osteosarcoma is a rare variant of osteosarcoma. The rib is an uncommon primary site for conventional osteosarcoma, and even more for telangiectatic osteosarcoma. Because this tumor consists of single to multiple cystic cavities that contain blood or necrotic tumor with no appreciable areas of sclerosis, careful observation is needed to differentiate this malignancy from other benign cystic lesion. Therefore primary differential diagnosis including telangiectatic osteosarcoma is important, although rib is not the predilection site of telangiectatic osteosarcoma. We present a case of telangiectatic osteosarcoma arising in a rib. We reviewed the literature concerning telangiectatic osteosarcomas and primary osteosarcomas arising from the rib. The differential diagnosis of telangiectatic osteosarcoma and clinical features of osteosarcomas arising from unusual locations were discussed.

'Daejang 3ho' is a new cultivar of oyster mushroom for high productivity than that of Chunchu 2ho. This cultivar was bred by Di-mon mating between monokaryotic strains isolated from 'Daejang 1ho' and dikaryotic strain 'Jangan 5ho'. The color of pileus and the shape of pileus of new cultivar were dark gray and deeply funnel shape, respectively. The length and thickness of stipe were longer and thicker than those of Chunchu 2ho. It took 4~5 days to formation of primordia, that was a similar to Chunchu 2ho. The optical temperature of fruit body was $14-17^{\circ}C$. Yield of 'Daejang 3ho' was 13.9% higher than that of Chunchu 2ho. Analysis of RAPD by URP-primer of #03, #08, #10 and #11 showed that different band pattern those of other strains. There were no significant differences between the texture properties of 'Daejang 3ho' and Chunchu 2ho.

Gravity characteristics are investigated in the vicinity of the DASAN scientific station, located at the Svalbard Archipelago, the Arctic using ArcGP data. Boundary effects of free-air gravity anomalies, which appeared generally at the continental margin, are erased after Bouguer correction was applied. Complete Bouguer anomalies produced after terrain correction by GrOPO30 show that gravity anomalies increase from continent to marine. This phenomena seem to be related to the rise of Moho discontinuity. The cut-off frequency of 0.16 was decided after power spectrum analysis and the gravity anomalies were divided into two parts. Residual anomalies in high frequency part show that characteristics of high values along the faults and of low values related to thick sediments in the continent. Characteristic is low values from basement subsidence of continental slope or thick sediments in the marine. The undulation of Moho discontinuity from 3-D inversion modeling show typical characteristics of continental margin that become higher from Svalbard archipelago to Knipovich ridge bordering Eurasian plate.

It was revaluated about taxonomical position of the Tilingia tsusimensis (Yabe) Kitagawa (Apiaceae) collected from Mt. Gaya, Mt. Geumo, and Mt. Songni in Korea. Its diagnostic features include slightly dorsally compressed mericarps, acute-prominent ribs, ternate leaves, and dimorphic white petals. It is morphologically similar to Cymopterus and Pimpinella in having ternate leaves. It is distinguished from Cymopterus having asymmerty mericarps, 3-4 mericarp ribs, and winged dorsal ribs. Pimpinella differs in having slightly laterally compressed mericarps without ribs and conspicuous calyx teeth. Also, it looks like Angelica with obsolete calyx teeth and multilayer pericarps, but is distinguished by having its broadly winged lateral ribs and strongly dorsally compressed mericarps. Tilingia tsusimensis formed a monophyletic clade or sister group relationship with a genus Angelica based on ITS sequences. Based on the above observations, we conclude that this plant is here referred to T. tsusimensis (Yabe) Kitagawa.

A Gravity characteristic of Svalbard archipelago in Arctic was studied by using ArcGP data. There are situated the Dasan science station. After bouguer correction, an edge effect of free-air anomaly, which is similar to topography, are not shown at passive continent margin, and after terrain correction with GTOPO30 data, gravity anomaly increases from continent to marine. that is deep connected with rise of Moho discontinuity. The correlation of topography and free-air anomaly shows that the isostasy of continent attains a little less than marine. After filtering, the residual anomaly are shown high and low anomalies related to fracture zone in continent and base depression or thick sedimentary layer in continental slope, marine.
