We report a case of polycythemia vera combined with coagulation disorder. The patient was 54 years old man who complained of continuous bleeding after incision of skin abscess 20days ago. Laboratory tests were revealed prolonged aPTT and slightly prolonged PT. Coagulation factor, I, VIII, IX, XI and fibrinogen decreased, however FDP did not increased. It appears that patient with polycythemia vera have chronic activation of coagulation system, probably initiated by activation of factor XII. Platelet aggregation test to ADP, collagen, epinephrine was also revealed poor response.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of nurses' workplace incivility on workplace bullying, as well as the moderating effects of organizational silence and head nurses' authentic leadership. Methods: A descriptive research design was used with a convenience sample of 154 nurses. Data were collected from April 02 to April 18, 2024 using self-reported online questionnaires. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results: Workplace bullying was positively correlated with organizational silence and workplace incivility (r=.65, p<.001, r=.82, p<.001); however, it was negatively correlated with head nurses' authentic leadership (r=-.63, p<.001). In addition, organizational silence had a moderating effect on the relationship between workplace incivility and workplce bullying (β=.12, p=.006). Conclusion: Organizational Silence has a moderating effect on the relationship between nurses' workplace incivility and workplace bullying. This study's findings indicate the necessity of reducing organizational silence in the context of incivility and bullying experienced by nurses in the workplace.

In this paper, the study on noise-seperator, which can seperate the modes of conducted noise, was conducted. The principle and analysis procedure of noise-seperator were studied. We presented the experiment, in which the noise problem was easily solved by seperating the modes from generated conducted noise of equipment using the fabricated noise-seperator.

Characteristics of platinum dry etching were investigated in a cryogenic magnetized inductively coupled plasma (MICP). The problem with platinum etching is the redeposition of sputtered platinum on the sidewall. Because of the redeposits on the sidewall, the etching of patterned platinum structure produces feature sizes that exceed the original dimension of the PR size and the etch profile has needle-like shape [1]. The main object of this study was to investigate a new process technology for fence-free Pt etching As bias voltage increased, the height of fence was reduced. In cryogenic etching, the height of fence was reduced to 20% at-$190^{\circ}C$ compared with that of room temperature, however the etch profile was not still fence-free. In Ar/$SF_6$ Plasma, fence-free Pt etching was possible. As the ratio of $SF_6$ gas flow is more than 14% of total gas flow, the etch profile had no fence. Chemical reaction seemed to take place in the etch process.

Visual speech information improves the performance of speech recognition, especially in noisy environment. We have tested the various spatial-temporal features for the Korean lipreading and evaluated the performance by using a hidden Markov model based classifier. The results have shown that the direction as well as the magnitude of the movement of the lip contour over time is useful features for the lipreading.

본 논문에서는 전자상거래 사이트 구축에 사용성 공학의 관정에서 3DMax, Shockwave3D, Lingo Script 기술을 사용하여 3D 가상 시뮬레이션을 설계하고 구현하였다. 특히 본 연구에서 구현한 렌탈 사이트의 ‘내방꾸미기’ 3D가상 시뮬레이션에서는 고객이 원하는 가구를 대여하기 전에 방의 크기와 스타일에 맞추어 3 차원 공간에 동적으로 다양하게 배치해 볼 수 있도록 하여 추후에 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 사전에 방지할 수 있도록 하였다.
