Since the number of students in farming and fishing communities have been widely decreased due to industrialization and urbanization along with a low birth rate. As a result, the number of closed schools has reached 3,386 in 2010. The number is still increased because of continuous decrease in the number of population engaged in farming and fishing. Explore the possibility for the development of closed schools facilities, this researching is showing us that the closed schools have associated with the local community closely. For this reason, we need to promote these closed school facilities to utilizing purposes as appropriate to the needs of the times and with that we can explore too the possibility of a variety of regional development concept, how underdeveloped regions can be activated. Therefore, first on this study is progressed theoretical study of utilizing of closed schools and the strengthening of regional competitiveness as a framework and we consider characteristics of the closed schools utilizing. Second, we choose the case, where the utilizing of closed schools have realized to purpose of regional development conceptions with the strengthening of regional competitiveness. Third, we would like to prove several possibilities with results of date-analysis and formulate some suggestion for be continued future planning of utilizing of closed schools. education.

Doxylamine succinate is an antihistamine used primarily as a sleep-induction. It can be gotten without a doctor's prescription in Korea, so it' s overdoses were frequently encountered. There were several reports that the overdoses of doxylamine might cause rhabdomyolysis, but few cases have been reported that it is related to acute renal failure (ARF). In cases that ARF occur, most of them are not severe enough to require hemodialysis. We experienced two cases of severe rhabdomyolysis complicating ARF after doxylamine overdose and treated with hemodialysis. Clinicians should be aware of the potentially lethal complications of rhabdomyolysis in patients who ingest doxylamine succinate and the needs for prompt intervention and careful assessment of renal function.

This study is the result of an empirical research that may contribute to the management on employee turnover of SMEs by looking over factors affecting the intention of employee turnover. Welfare satisfaction, recognition, empowerment, organizational flexibility and LMX expertise respect, higher contribution showed a positive effect on job satisfaction. Welfare satisfaction, empowerment, leader of the professional respect showed negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction partially mediated welfare satisfaction, professional respect and completely mediated empowerment. The results implies that job satisfaction needs to be also considered when HRM practice and LMX are examined for reducing employee turnover.

Because communication line that is used here is communication line that several users use, other user can steal a important information that are passed through communication line. Usually it is use much SSL to security of communication and it wish to protect information using SSL in communication between management servers' or communication between server and client at network management system to use much SSL for security of communication.

GPS 난청지역인 실내 LBS(Location Based Service)의 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 신뢰할 수 있는 정확도를 가진 실내 측위 방법론이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 오프라인 매장의 진열 상품 정보를 나타내는 전자가격 표시기(ESL)의 신호정보를 이용한 위치 측위 방법 및 위치 기반 서비스를 제안한다. 기존의 실내 위치기반 서비스의 주요 측위매체였던 WiFi에 비하여 월등한 측위 매체의 개수를 기반으로 1m 내의 측위 오차를 가짐을 확인하였다.

네트워크에서 실시간으로 통신 트래픽의 변화량을 감시하고 시계열 분석을 이용해 변화량의 추이를 모형화한다. 트래픽의 변화량을 모형화하게 되면 트래픽에 대한 예측이 가능하게 되므로 트래픽 예측을 이용하여 성능관리를 수행할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 트래픽을 이용한 성능관리 시스템에 대해 다룬다. 기존의 성능관리 시스템은 SNMP를 이용한 MIB-II 정보를 바탕으로 하는 분석 방법으로 이는 누적 데이터를 기본으로 하는 관리 방법으로 이상 징후의 판단이 즉각적이지 않았고 또한 모니터링을 수행하기 위해서는 통신 트래픽의 증가를 가져왔다. 대부분의 성능관리 시스템은 단순히 망에서의 트래픽이나 에러율 등을 관리자에게 보고하는 데 그치고 있어 능동적인 성능관리가 이루어지지 않는다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 실시간 트래픽 감시를 위해 네트워크에 들어오거나 나가는 트래픽의 양을 측정하여 분석하고, 이 정보를 바탕으로 특정 시점 이후의 트래픽 추이를 모형화하여 미래의 트래픽 양을 예측하고, 예측된 정보를 바탕으로 하는 성능관리 시스템에 대해 연구한다. 예측 알고리즘으로는 시계열 분석을 통해 시계열 자료의 예측을 가능하게 하는 알고리즘으로 설계한다. 이 성능관리시스템을 바탕으로 망 관리자가 전체 통신 네트워크의 부하 상태를 예측하여 신속하게 대응을 할 수 있다.

A testing inspection is one of the important in the industry, owing to determine the reliability and directivity of testing inspection results. Therefore, the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) work which performed by personnel not directly in the inventory compilation development, in testing inspection must be thoroughly considered. Some agencies for environmental test inspection, they sometimes misunderstood that the QA/QC was ended with proficiency testing performance and on-site assessment by a director. Thus, results were often calculated without QA/QC work by self manual when conducting test. The objective of this study was to improve reliability of testing and inspection agency through the QA/QC case study which basically performed to raising reliability of testing and inspection agency. In this study, it increased reliability of result by verifying calibration curve (IC, ICV, CCV), blank, accuracy (LCS, MS) and precision as QA/QC performance, while performing investigation of soil contamination in mining areas. This study suggests that reliability establishing method of test result and management method of analysis process, through the QA/QC instance of testing agency.

인터넷이 보편화되고, 멀티미디어 처리기술과 정보통신 기술이 발전함에 따라 인터넷을 이용한 원격교육기술이 연구되고 있다. 강의를 저작하고 재생하는 원격 강의 도구들이 개발되고 있지만, 제한된 형태의 학습자료만 사용하고 음성 및 드로잉에만 의존하는 형태를 벗어나지 못해 면대면 효과가 매우 좋지 않은 강의의 저작이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 다양한 형태의 멀티미디어 학습자료를 사용할 수 있으며, 교수자의 강의노하우를 반영시킬 수 있는 원격 강의저작 도구의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 교수자의 강의를 학습자에게 최대한 전달하면서 면대면 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 멀티미디어 컴포넌트 기반 원격강의도구를 설계하고 구현한다. 제안하는 도구는 디지털 카메라 영상을 포함한 다양한 멀티미디어 자료를 사용하며, 드로잉과 포인팅을 이용하여 실감나는 강의를 쉽게 저작할 수 있으며, 강력한 압축기능으로 인터넷을 통하여 빠르게 강의를 전달할 수 있다.
