인터넷 데이터 센터란 인터넷 서비스를 제공하는 기업의 서버 및 통신 장비의 운영, 관리를 대행하는 곳으로 장비 관리를 위한 첨단의 설비와 보안 체계, 네트워크가 구성되어 있는 곳이다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 IDC 관리형 모니터링 및 관리시스템의 구조를 제안하고 시스템을 구현한다. 웹에서 효과적인 모니터링 및 관리를 위하여 JAVA 기반의 설계를 하였으며, 인터넷 서비스에 대한 효율적인 관리를 위하여 ICMP 프로토콜을 사용하였다. 제안된 시스템을 이용하여 원격지 서버의 상태나 인터넷 서비스의 전반적인 상태를 일정하게 유지하며 웹을 기반으로 하여 모니터링 및 관리를 수행할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 단상 thyristor 정류기 구조의 대전력 150KVA급의 mash seam 용접기에 용접 센터링등 여러 가지 용접 효율 향상을 위한 부가 장치를 포함한 용접장치 개발을 통한 용접품질 분석결과를 보이고 있다. 일반적으로 제철소에 사용되는 수10KVA급의 용접기들은 그동안 전량 수입에 의존하던 것을 공동연구를 통해서 국산화에 성공하였다. 본 시스템은 기존의 타사제품의 기능을 포함하여 용접 센터링 장치, 용접 전후단 의 크램핑기능, 선후행 코일의 선단부를 절단하는 shear ing 기능, 용접 휠높이 자동조절기능을 포함하였으며, 자체 설계된 대전력용 변압기, 대전력 절환용 thyristor 제어들을 포함한 용접기로써 기존의 타사제품에 비하여 기능적, 성능적으로 향상된 형태로써 용접 성능 검사에서도 양호한 결과 얻었다. 본 논문에서는 mash seam 용접기의 기본적인 기능설명과 개된 용접기를 기능별로 설명하고, 실용접 결과를 소개하여 향후 계획을 제시한다

In this study, it was investigated the influence of cold rolling factors on the edge drop. Edge drop was highly affected by the shape of work roll, the amount of work roll shift and the crown of hot strip, but the effect of bending force at the front stand was relatively small. The used numerical model was examined by comparing to the result of measured field data, and it showed a qualitative agreement with each other.

This paper presents an approximation method for simplifying a high-order transfer function to a low-order transfer function. A model reduction is based on minimizing the error function weighted by the numerator polynomial of reduced systems. The proposed methods provide better low frequency fit and a computer aided algorithm that estimates the coefficients vector for the numerator and denominator polynomial on the simplified systems from an overdetermined linear system constructed by frequency responses of the original systems. Two examples are given to illustrate the feasibilities of the suggested schemes.

The Kyungju pyrophyllite deposits were formed by the hydrothermal alteration of andesitic rocks, which were intruded by Cretaceous granite mass. The major minerals are pyrophyllite, kaolinite and chlorite. The deposits may be zoned outward into pyrophyllite zone, silicified pyrophyllite zone and weakly altered zone (propyrilite zone) according to mineral assemblages. Chemical compositions vary in close relation with the mineralogical assemblages: $Al_2O_3$ content is high due to pyrophyllitization at the deposits and altered zones in comparison to andesitic country rocks, while the contents of $Na_2O$, CaO and MgO are generally low due to leaching during the alteration. This variation of chemical elements may be applicable in the geochemical exploration of pyrophyllite deposits.

In plate rolling, it is desired to reduce the trimming loss by controlling the formation of defective end shapes. For this reason, edge rolling is frequently performed in the plate mill. In this paper, the effect of various process variables on the deformation of plate ends in edge rolling is examined by conducting experiments and finite element computer simulation. A focus is given to investigating the effect of edging on the width of the deformed plate trimming-free plate rolling.

인터넷이 보편화되고, 멀티미디어 처리기술과 정보통신 기술이 발전함에 따라 인터넷을 이용한 원격교육기술이 연구되고 있다. 강의를 저작하고 재생하는 원격강의 도구들이 개발되고 있지만, 강의전달의 효율성보다 슬라이드 자료를 기반으로 한 단순한 강의음성 녹음과 드로잉을 기록하고 재생하는 형태로 구성되어 있어 강의의 정확한 전달이나 부가적인 정보의 전달이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 강의의 보다 정확한 전달 및 부가정보 전달을 처리하여 면대면 효과가 높은 멀티미디어 강의저작을 지원하기 위한 캡션처리기를 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현한 캡션처리기는 텍스트로 입력된 강의내용을 전달하거나 여러 가지 메시지를 학습자에게 전달할 수 있으며, 하이퍼링크기능을 지원하여 특정 홈페이지로의 자동접속을 지원하여 다양한 교수자와 학습자의 상호작용을 지원하는 장점이 있다.

본 논문은 대용량 클러스터 기반의 웹 서버 상에서 새로운 내용 기반 부하 분산 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 웹 서버 로그의 URL 항목에 해시 함수를 적용하여 얻어지는 해시 값에 요청 빈도와 전송될 과일 크기를 누적하여 히스토그램을 생성한다. 그 결과로 생성된 히스토그램의 누적 분포에 히스토그램 균등화 변환함수를 적용하여 각각의 서버 노드에 해시 값에 따라 분포하는 부하를 균등하게 할당할 수 있다. 제안된 부하 분산 기법의 효율성 검증을 위한 시뮬레이션에서 히스토그램 균등화 기법은 서버의 지역적인 캐시 활용과 부하의 균등분산 등의 장점으로 우수한 성능을 나타냄을 보인다.

This paper developed an operating software for the manufacturing cell of a model plant. The model plant, which was manufactured by Fishertechnik, consists of an assembly cell, a machining cell, and supplementary material handling equipments. Each I/O module of the model plant communicates with the INTERBUS controller devices via High-level Language Interface(HLI). The machining center has two machining cells, which consists of 4 machines respectively, two 3-axis portal transporters, and a rail guided vehicle(RGV). The Petri-Net was used to investigate the dynamics of each machining cell, e.g., the relation of material handling equipments and machines. The operating software was analyzed and designed by Object Oriented Technique. The software was implemented using Delphi 3.0 under Windows 95/NT operating system.

In this literature, when the utility line is normal, the Off-Line UPS operates as an active power filter to compensate the reactive power from a load, and when the utility line is in outage, the On-Line UPS opuates as in single phase inverter to supply an active and reactive power to the load. An additional static switch in UPS was used to decrease an transient state during these mode changes. And the result shows that the transient state disappeared.
