The closed-loop system modeling of an Active/semiactive suspension system has been accomplished through an artificial neural Networks. The 7DOF full model as the system equation of motion has been derived and the output feedback linear quadratic regulator has been designed for the control purpose. For the neural networks training set of a sample data has been obtained through the computer simulation. A 7DOF full model with LQR controller simulated under the several road conditions such as sinusoidal bumps and the rectangular bumps. A general multilayer perceptron neural network is used for the dynamic modeling and the target outputs are feedback to the input layer. The Backpropagation method is used as the training algorithm. The modeling of system and the model validation have been shown through computer simulations.

The fiber reinforced composite materials is widely used in aircraft, space structures and robot arms because of high specific strength and high specific modulus. The on-line cure monitoring during the cure process of the composite materials has become an important research area for the better quality and productivity. In this paper, the dielectric circuit of the wheatstone bridge type for measuring the dissipation factor was designed and manufactured. Also, the dielectric sensor for the cure monitoring of the high temperature composites was developed. The residual thermal stresses of the dielectric sensor were analyzed by the finite element method and its dielectric characteristics under high temperature were evaluated. The on-line cure monitoring of the BMI resin was performed using the wheatstone bridge type circuit and developed high-temperature dielectric sensor.

This paper presents the systematic and procedural approaches to ensure the safety of the composite material domestically developed and produced, for its use in the structure of aeronautical product in accordance with the applicable international standard, and to enhance its creditability. Based on this approaches, this paper eventually proposes the practical future plan to encourage and expand the adoption of domestic composite material as part of aeronautical product by aircraft manufacturer in global market.

The first Type Certificate project for small airplane is in progress in the Republic of Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare the circumstances that the airplane developed and certificated by this country will exported to foreign countries and operated in the world. One of the main items to be prepared is the systems related with continuing airworthiness of aircraft during the operation. From this point of view, the systems and corresponding capabilities to maintain the aircraft to continue the flight and safe landing will be the immediate work. This study is to review the continuing airworthiness system established by foreign countries such as USA FAA and European EASA and to propose how we will setup our continuing airworthiness system for the airplane developed and certificated by the Republic of Korea.

본 논문에서는 비상전원 기능을 가지는 가정용 3kW 스마트그리드 홈 에너지 시스템을 관리하는 에너지 모니터링 시스템 설계 및 구현을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 3kW 스마트그리드 홈 에너지 시스템으로 인터넷을 통해 전력 정보를 수집하고, 수집된 전력 정보를 효율적으로 사용하기 위해서 모니터링과 스케줄러를 통한 관리하는 방법에 대한 설계 및 구현하고, 시험 및 평가를 통해서 에너지 절감을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study is to identify the hazard of ozone and to evaluate ozone effect that is flowed into the cabin when the airplane is flying at high altitude. For this purpose, it is studied that how ozone is generated in the air, what the effect on human body is due to the cabin ozone and what the design criteria is considering or preventing the ozone hazard. And, finally the regulations and means of compliance are studied and introduced to assure that the aircraft satisfies the design criteria related to ozone.

To examine the effects of Polygonum multiflorum on white rats with deteriorated immunity caused by methotrexate, first of all, methotrexate was fed to the rats once a day for 4 days. After the immune response of the rats are dereriorated, dried extracts of Polygonum multiflorum mixed in water was fed to the white rats once a day for 144days. The next conclusion was made by examining the rates of B-cells and T-cells of the peripheral blood and the changes in rates of CD4+ T-cells and CD8+ T-cell of the blood sampled from the spleen and peripheral region . Polygonum multiflorum has an effect of increasing immune responses on white rats with deteriorated immunity caused by MTX. Especially the count of CD4+ T-cells of the peripheral blood and the count of CD4+ T-cell of the spleen proved the significant effect o( increasing immune responses statistically . Verification of the effects of the Polygonum multiflorum should be made through comparitive .studies using various immune response indexes. Also additional studies for a modern and practicible application of Polygonum multiflorum seems to be needed.

Objective : This study aims to investigate the priority of education needs of managerial competencies for Korean Medicine doctors. Method : Self-administered questionnaires were sent via on-line survey system to 4,107 Korean Medicine (KM) doctors who were registered in the Association of Korean Medicine and whose business places were in Seoul. The cognition of necessities, present levels, and future importance of managerial competencies were measured. To measure the degree of educational needs on health management, t-test and Borich method were used. Results : The response rate was 1.9%(79 persons) and 68 responses were included in the analysis. The cost-effectiveness studying ability and the public relations ability were the most important competencies. Analyzing the competency groups by t-test and Borich method, the marketing group was the most important competency group. Many KM doctors (53 persons; 68.9%) who answered this questionnaire expressed needs of the business administration course. Conclusion : KM doctors conceded the necessity of business competency to manage their hospitals or clinics. Academic institutions needs to consider the implementation of business administration courses for KM students in accordance with needs of the managerial competencies.

X-Ray Angiography has been gold standard for imaging of blood flow. However, patients have to take many risks such as catheterization procedure, iodine contrast agent and ionizing X-rays. MR Angiography has been suggested as a substitute for its non-hazard to patient. But the resolution and contrast was inferior to that of X-ray Angiography. Recently the resolution and the contrast have been much improved due to the development of fast imaging technique. Here we report some preliminary results of the MR Angiography we have implemented on 1 Tesla MRI unit.

파일 공유를 위해 널리 사용되는 BitTorrent는 대표적인 P2P 프로토콜이다. BitTorrent는 전송을 요구한 클라이언트가 작은 단위로 쪼개진 하나의 파일을 다수의 클라이언트들로부터 받는 방식으로 기존의 일대일 P2P 전송방식에 대비하여 빠른 다운로드 속도를 낼 수 있다. 이러한 다운로드 성능을 발휘하기위해 다수의 조각으로 분리 된 파일 조각을 선택하는 Pieces Selection 기법은 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 BitTorrent에서 활용되는 네 가지의 Pieces Selection 기법에 대해 알아보고, 성능 개선을 위한 새로운 기법을 제안한다.
