Signal optimization model is divided bandwidth-maximizing model and delay-minimizing model. Bandwidth-maximizing model express model formulation as MILP(Mixed Integer Linear Programming) and delay-minimizing model like TRANSYT-7F use "hill climbing" a1gorithm to optimize signal times. This study Proposed optimization model using genetic algorithm one of evolution algorithm breaking from existing optimization model This Proposed model were tested by several scenarios and evaluated through NETSIM with TRANSYT-7F\`s outputs. The result showed capability that can obtain superior solution.

For making an application in construction parts of the composite material's complicated theory needs to accumulation of data by the help of study and experiment(demonstrate). Thus, this study is conducted research and analysis about the Influence of repeated loading cycles on Strength Ratio of the high quality material which is Carbon/Epoxy Composite Laminates through the test of tensile and fatigue Characteristics, based on it, construction engineers will can apply composite materials to construction technical without difficulty.

The hardening test of gelatin with 2,4-dichloro-6-hydroxy-1,3,5-triazine mono sodium salt was studied at pH 5, 7, 8 and about increasing temperature, respectively. The hardener was prepared by the reaction of cyanuric chloride with sodium hydroxide, disodium hydrogenphosphate-12-water and trisodium phosphate-12-water in the presence of water. The product was identified by elemental analyzer. IR spectrophotometer. Novel hardener can be used in photographic emulsion and showed very good hardening effect.

Acoustic performance of the absorptive mufflers used in air-conditioning and ventilating ducts, gas turbines, industrial fans influenced by the design parameters such as the length of mufflers, lining thickness, properties of the acoustic lining, and so forth. So we predicted the acoustic performance according to the design parameters. For the analysis, we assumed the radial propagation constant is locally reacted to the acoustic lining, and analyzed the acoustic performance based on the plane wave theory by using four-pole parameters.

This paper is to compare the absorption coefficient with normal incidence waves and it with diffuse incidence waves of glass wool which the most used absorption material and multi layer fiber. The absorption coefficient with normal incidence waves is calculated by surface impedance that measured by using an acoustic tube. Based on this data, the absorption. coefficient with diffuse incidence waves is predicted and is compared with measured the absorption coefficient in reverberation room.

In this paper, intermediate cyan coupler was prepared by the reaction of 2-nitro-4, 6-dichloro-5-methylphenol with Pd(5wt%). The product was identified by using various analytical tools such as melting point, elemental analyzer, IR spectrophotometer and mass spectrometer. The reaction of intermediate cyan coupler with CD-3(color development agent) was shown cyan color.

Peak-period congestion is a frequent occurrence on many freeways. Entrance-metering is an effective strategey in improving urban freeway traffic condition. This paper describes the prodecure to develop a computer program for proparing optimum ramp-metering stategies. Four existing ramp-metering optimaization models wer reviewed and evaluated in regared to their theories and actural performances. A optimization model was proposed in this paper. Final model takes aform of quadratic programming. The performance of the propeosed model wastest using FREFLO.
