  • 건설사업의 원가절감은 사용자 요구에 부합되는 기능과 품질을 확보하면서 가장 경제적인 방법으로 시설물을 구축하는 것으로 건설환경 변화에 따른 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 체계적인 원가관리를 통한 원가절감이 필요하다. 국토교통부 소속 산하기관에서는 공공건설사업의 수행에 따라 설계의 경제성 등 검토, 공정관리 및 사업관리 등을 통해 공사비 절감에 대한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 현재 설계단계에서 설계VE 결과정보는 공공발주기관 간에 상호 공유하고 있으나, 시공단계에서의 원가절감사례 정보에 대한 공유는 아직까지 부족한 실정이다. 공공건설사업의 수행시 유사 건설사업에 대한 원가절감사례 정보를 참조 활용할 수 있도록 단계별 정보시스템 구축 및 원가절감 사례 정보서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 향후 공공건설사업의 기획, 설계, 시공, 유지관리 등 생애주기별 원가절감사례 정보의 분석 및 서비스를 통해 보다 합리적인 의사결정과 공공건설사업의 투자 효율성을 제고할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

설계기준해설 - 과거 터널현장 국부적인 붕락 유형 사례 연구

  • 본 터널 붕락 사례 연구를 종합적으로 분석해 볼때, 시공 공정 중에 발생 가능한 붕괴 및 붕락은 앞서와 같이 과거의 여러 사례들을 토대로 분석함으로서 예측 할 수 있지만, 시공 외적인 요인에 대해서는 사실상 조사, 설계, 시공 중의 오류에 의해 발생되는 것이기 때문에 파악하기 어렵다. 본 터널 붕락사례를 통해 원인을 분석 정리 하면 다음과 같다. (1) 불규칙한 지반구조적 원인 대부분의 터널 붕락을 일으키는 불규칙한 지반구조는 과거 지반구조의 침식 또는 대규모 지반운동 등 지반구조의 급속한 변화에 기인한 것이다. 터널 시공전에 면밀한 사전 지반조사와 선진 보오링 등으로 정확한 지반구조를 파악한다면 이로 인한 터널 붕락은 최소화 시킬수 있다. (2) 기획과 설계단계에서의 오류 충분치 못한 지반조사에 의한 설계 및 부적절한 시공자재 사용등으로 터널 붕락이 발생 될수 있다. 터널 굴착 주변 지반조건과 이러한 지반조건에 적합한 터널 굴착 및 보강공법 등이 터널 설계시 심도있게 검토되어야 할 가장 중요한 요소이다. (3) 시공 및 관리에서의 오류 경험이 부족한 터널기술자의 현장 감독과 현장에서 수집되는 각종 계측자료의 신뢰성 부족과 결과의 재적용 미흡으로 효율적인 계측 및 지반정보를 활용한 정밀 시공이 이루어지지 않는 것도 터널 붕락의 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. (4) 현장관리 조사서의 표준화 부족 터널굴착공사중 붕락이 발생된 현장의 막장조사결과를 보면 조사자가 임의로 표시를 하여 각 터널별 막장조사결과가 매우 상이할 뿐만 아니라 각 터널별로 기재방법, 양식이 달라서 실제 원인분석에 활용하기가 어려운 것으로 분석되었다.

현상설계경기 - 강원전문대학

  • 강원전문대학신축설계경기의 당선작이 지난 6월21일 발표되었다. 총 9개의 작품이 응모한 이번 설계경기에서는 주.엄앤드이건축사 사무소(이각표)와 주.종합건축사사무소 산(한광호)의 공동안이 당선작으로 선정되었으며 주.건축사사무소 원.시공.형제(정상원)와, 주,건축사종합건축사사무소(공순구)의 안이 각각 우수작으로 선정되었다. 이 설계경기는 강릉시 주문진의 주문진소속고등학교 4만 8천여평 부지의 기존교사동, 실습동 증축과 대학본관, 도서관 등을 비롯 부대시설을 건립하는 것으로, 한국교육개발원의 '강원전문대설립방안 및 중.장기발전계획연구'에 의거 전문대학의 설립이념 및 목적, 설치학과 및 학생정원, 시설확충계획의 반영, 옥외시설 오픈스페이스 등을 충분히 고려하여야하는 것을 기본 설계방향으로 잡았다. 이번 심사는 한봉기(기획관), 이중근(건설교통국장)과 강원대, 관동대, 삼척산업대, 춘천교육대의 건축 및 조경학과 교수 등 총 10명이 맡았다. 당선된 주.엄앤드이건축사사무소와, 주.종합건축사사무소 산의 공동안은 적절한 조닝캠퍼스 내외의 접근성양호와 보차분리와 토지이용계획의 우수 등 여러 부분에서 심사위원들의 높은 점수를 받았다.

  • This paper proposed a smart phone tour game using A-GPS. This game is a fused content of tourism and education. This game is based on the historical background of Silla and spatial background of GyoengJu. Game event has occurred by comparing pre-measured GPS values and smart phone A-GPS values. The field test of event were used to correct the A-GPS error by 3 times. This paper has looked at game planning and run screen. In addition, the future direction of the game were discussed.

  • Recently, adolescent's lack of exercise due to increasing physical inactivity is emerging as a social problem. Accordingly, we planned a smartphone game to increase the physical activity of adolescents. The application is able to induce the interest of the youth through the interesting factor of 'game'. Also it provides the user with information about the physical activity by measuring the amount of physical activity of the user through GPS. We propose a way to continuously motivate adolescent's physical activity through this motion interaction game application.

  • The necessity of specialized and systematic management has been a tendency to accomplish the goal of business efficiently according the trend of construction industry has become bigger, complicated and specialized as well as Placing an order of CM(Construction Management) Service has been Increased because it made viable and positive effect. Institutional plan is necessary CM application from planning, realistic estimation of CM service charge, converting understanding among paticipants for the business and inducing specialization through certifyizing CM qualification to develop CM. But, it makes some realistic and unexpected pro41ems in the middle of step-by-step CM management for doing its business. So we need to consider a measure. This study suggests problems in practical a)fairs and improved idea that it summarized each stage of a bid for CM, planning, construction contract. It shows direction to take root successfully and develop.

  • Since the Construction Management(CM) was introduced into the Korea construction industry, the efforts for acceleration of CM adaption have been continued. The fact that an owner organization has the essential key to successful application of CM delivery method is true, but there has been no study on owner's organization. An owner should decide their organization type and measure their current needs for several different construction business functions for successful application of CM. After the needs of CM business functions are measured, the owner should reinforce their required business functions through strengthening their in-house capability or outsourcing. Thus, this paper defines four kinds of owner organization type and suggest the form for evaluation of owner's CM ability and analyze about needs of each type's CM capability through a survey.

  • A game designer is the initial design of the quest based on narrative. It is important that to predict game character of play experience to establish these static content. This paper deal with player's affective interaction distinguishing among game characters are perform quest-play based on their characteristic status. To achieve this, First of all, previous studies regarding pre-visualization of narrative structure for other visual media are reviewed. Secondly, it is specified that quest-play experience and player's cognitive behavior. At last, these features of status by character were pre-visualized with QUG(Quest Unit Graph), which could be represented differences in precess of quest-play through analysis on world of warcarft game. Previous research is about of numerical balance in terms of character's achievement, whereas this study is meaningful that is proposed that visual model of quest-play interaction focused on narrative structure to predict game designer's architecture of quest experience.

A Study on the Analysis and Estimation of the Construction Cost by Using Deep learning in the SMART Educational Facilities - Focused on Planning and Design Stage - (딥러닝을 이용한 스마트 교육시설 공사비 분석 및 예측 - 기획·설계단계를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to predict more accurate construction costs and to support efficient decision making in the planning and design stages of smart education facilities. The higher the error in the projected cost, the more risk a project manager takes. If the manager can predict a more accurate construction cost in the early stages of a project, he/she can secure a decision period and support a more rational decision. During the planning and design stages, there is a limited amount of variables that can be selected for the estimating model. Moreover, since the number of completed smart schools is limited, there is little data. In this study, various artificial intelligence models were used to accurately predict the construction cost in the planning and design phase with limited variables and lack of performance data. A theoretical study on an artificial neural network and deep learning was carried out. As the artificial neural network has frequent problems of overfitting, it is found that there is a problem in practical application. In order to overcome the problem, this study suggests that the improved models of Deep Neural Network and Deep Belief Network are more effective in making accurate predictions. Deep Neural Network (DNN) and Deep Belief Network (DBN) models were constructed for the prediction of construction cost. Average Error Rate and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) were calculated to compare the error and accuracy of those models. This study proposes a cost prediction model that can be used practically in the planning and design stages.

A study on the procedure and method for engineering comprehensive design for collaboration between engineering and design (공학과 디자인의 협업을 위한 공학 계열 종합설계의 수행절차와 방법 연구)

  • Universities that hold engineering education accreditation emphasize the importance of design education. In particular, comprehensive design courses in the engineering field are designed to produce the result reflecting the functional and limiting factors of the design. Systematic design education is also important, but the application of multidisciplinary convergence education is very high in view of the comprehensive design curriculum as a creative education program. This study describes a case study of convergence of curriculum and engineering and design, focusing on the 2019 comprehensive engineering design subject of the researcher. For the collaboration between engineering and design, the process of developing students' ideas and applying them to actual results was presented as the procedures of planning and theme selection, content design, software design, presentation and evaluation. As a result, it is meaningful that the method of convergence between engineering and design was presented without focusing only on technology in the comprehensive design subject of engineering by applying a design that considers the user in producing the work.
