Under the great influence of ICT technology, China is forging ahead steadily and rapidly in the area of smart farming. In the last decade, Chinese government has carried out strategic plans to promote its economic development in agriculture, such as the plan of Made In China 2025 and One Belt One Road initiative. This thesis's objective is to analyze how such plans and initiative can provide 'windows of opportunity' to the development of smart farming industry in China. China led the development of smart agriculture by making a T-shaped rise which is composed with 'One Belt One Road Initiative and Made in China 2025 Plan. This thesis is divided into three types as path-following catch-up, path-skipping catch-up, path-creating catch-upAs this thesis also manages to provide some implications on the export strategies of South Korea's smart farming industry by understanding chinese samrt farm industry.

컴퓨터 네트워크의 발전에 의해 학습 공간의 시공간적인 확대와 교육 현장에서 교수-학습 과정에 대한 새로운 교수방법을 요구되었고, 유무선 방송, 인터넷 등을 이용하여 다양한 형태의 원격교육이 구체화되어 왔다. 하지만, 현재 운영되는 대부분의 원격교육시스템은 실질적인 학습 상황에서 단방향적인 개별 학습 형태를 보이고 있고, 사용자간의 쌍방향 상호작용을 위해서는 교수자나 학습자에게 일정 수준이상의 기술적 소양과 경제적 부담을 요구한다. 또한 교수자에게는 교수-학습 상황에서 발생하는 학습자 행동에 대한 실시간적인 모니터링과 학습자의 학습과정에 대한 평가의 어려움을, 학습자에게는 자기 반성의 기회를 제대로 제공하지 못하는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 원격교육에서의 협동학습 지원, 사용자의 기술적, 경제적 부담의 제거, 학습 전(全) 과정에 대한 원활한 모니터링과 피드백 기회의 제공을 목적으로 원격협동학습 시스템을 설계하고, 이를 개발하였다. 본 연구에 의해 개발된 원격협동학습 시스템은 원격협동학습을 지원하는 네트워크 화이트보드, 학습 과정 및 결과를 자연어로 저장하는 저장 모듈, 그리고 저장된 학습 스크립트 파일을 해석하여 재생하는 스크립트 인터프리터로 구성되었다. 네트워크 화이트보드는 소프트웨어적으로 구현되어 부가적인 장치가 불필요하고, 통신 서버를 분산하여 서버 구축에 대한 부담을 제거하였고, 학습 내용 화면을 대화창으로 사용하여 사용자의 사용 편리성을 제고하였다. 또한 원격학습의 장(場)에 교수자가 참여하여 실시간적 모니터링이 가능하고, 학습의 전(全) 과정 및 결과를 저장한 자연어 스크립트 파일에 의해서도 학습자 행동에 대한 모니터링이 가능하다. 저장된 자연어 스크립트 파일은 구현된 인터프리터를 이용한 재생뿐 아니라, 파일 자체만으로도 학습과정을 판독할 수 있고, 스크립트 파일에 대한 해석은 교수자에게는 학습자의 학습 과정에 대한 평가 및 피드백의 근거를, 학습자에게는 자신의 학습 행동에 대한 반성의 기회를 제공한다. 본 시스템은 기존의 원격교육시스템에 비해 장비 및 인터페이스 측면에서 간소화되었고, 원격교육에 면대면 학습 개념을 근사적으로 접목시킨 교수 모델로서의 충분한 가치를 제공하나, 실제적인 학습 적용과 효과에 있어서의 타당성은 차후 검증이 있어야 하고, 또한, 이에 따른 시스템에 대한 지속적인 보완도 필요하다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors which effect the intention to reemploy after the retirement and the mediation effect of the social capitalism for retired and prospective retired baby boomers. Starting from 2010, baby boomers have been retiring at a large scale. However retirement at a large scale without securing provision for fiancial wise in later life can lead to many issues regarding social and fiancial wise such as instability of labour market and increase of spending in society welfare cost and such on. Change of individual's self prospective and institutional support to help prepare find new career for next 3decade after the retirement needs to be concretized. The results of this study suggest that the management orientation affects the social capital positively and the autonomous orientation does not affect the relationship between career orientation and social capital. In terms of the relationship between career orientation and reemployment intention, management orientation does not affect the intention of the entrepreneur but affects the reemployment intention positively, while the autonomous intention affects neither entrepreneurial intention nor reemployment intention (+), Respectively. Social capital has a positive effect on the intention of reemployment, and the mediating effect of social capital on the relationship between career orientation and reemployment. Also, while in the work force, potential retiring baby boomer workers should be systematically supported with education, training and reemployment program based on individual's career orientation and allowing them to stay for a longer period in the labour market can be the implication to the solution for the economic stability and increasing social cost such as public pensions.

군사적인 공격을 하지 않는다는 약속과 함께 핵무기와 미사일을 개발하지 않는 조건으로 원전을 통한 전력 생산에 도움을 주겠다고 약속하는 것이 북한이 이웃나라에 대한 핵 위협을 중단할 수 있는 명분을 제공하고, 미사일이나 그 밖에 교역이 금지된 군수품의 수출을 중단하는 데 대한 확실한 보상책이 될 수 있을 것이다. 건설적 개입이야말로 한반도에 평화를 정착시키고 나아가 북한 인민들에게 자유를 가져다주는 데 결정적인 정책이다. 트럼프 대통령에게는 북한과 'Atoms for Peace' 협상의 물꼬를 트는 과정에서 핵전쟁의 위협을 줄임으로써 인류애를 실현시킬 수도 있는 기회가 있다. CIA는 현재 30개 이상의 나라가 핵무기를 개발할 수 있는 기술적인 능력을 보유하고 있다고 추정하고 있는데, 그 가운데 단지 9개 나라만 핵무기를 개발할 수 있게 허용되어 있다. 요컨대 70년이 넘는 세월 동안 핵능력을 보유한 나라들이 핵무기를 실전에 사용하지 않는 데 성공한 것이다. 따라서 지금 우리에게 가장 필요한 것은 'Atoms for Peace'라는 정책 비전을 한반도 문제의 해결 방식에 적용하는 한편 계속 확대시켜 나가는 것이다.

담배자판기에 성인인증장치를 부착하도록 하는 국민건강증진법 개정안이 국회를 통과했다. 담배자판기 전면 철거안을 들고 나왔던 보건복지위원회는 지난 6월 30일 국회 본회의를 통해 자동판매기에 의한 담배판매를 완전히 금지하는 것은 지나친 규제이므로, 청소년 흡연예방의 목적을 달성하면서 그 제한을 최소한으로 할 수 있도록, 현행과 같이 제한된 장소에서만 설치하되 담배자동판매기에 성인인증장치를 부착하도록 하는 수정안을 통과 시켰다. 이로서 그간 존폐위기에 까지 몰렸던 담배자동판매기는 그 성인인증장치 부착을 통해 합법적인 설치 환경을 확보하게된 것이다. 그동안 관련 업계와 더불어 담배자판기 규제완화를 위해 많은 노력을 기울여 왔던 본 협회에서는 이번 성인인증담배자판기 합법화 조치로 인해 담배자판기 산업이 새롭게 재도약할 기회가 마련이 된 것으로 평가하고 있다. '시작은 미약하지만 끝은 창대하리라'는 성경의 구절처럼 이제 합법적인 명분을 확보한 담배자판기는 공공장소 흡연구역이외의 외부 로케이션까지 대상 로케이션을 확대해야 하는 과제를 안고 있다. 금호 정책초점에서는 성인인증담배자판기의 합법화를 위한 그간의 파란만장했던 과정과 이번 법률 개정이 산업에 미치는 영향, 그리고 앞으로의 과제에 대해 알아보는 시간을 마련했다

시각 프로그램은 프로그램의 내부 로직에 대한 코드와 외부 사용자와의 상호 작용을 위한 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 코드로 나뉘어 구성되어 있다. 개발자들은 빠르고 효과적인 시각 프로그램 개발을 위해 GUI(graphic user interface) 개발 도구를 이용한다. 그러나, 기존의 사용자 인터페이스 개발 도구는 여러 개발자들간의 능력과 개발 분야에 따라 시각 프로그램의 내부 로직과 인터페이스 부분을 분리해 공동 개발할 수 있는 기회를 제공하지 못한다. 본 논문은 다수의 시각 프로그램 개발자간 자신의 개발 분야에 따라 분산 공동 개발이 가능한 네트워크 기반의 시각 프로그램 공동 개발 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 공동 개발 환경은 개발자간 독립성과 협동성을 지원하고 즉각적이고 동기적인 개발 협의와 의견 교환을 위한 통신 창을 제공해 응용 프로그램의 개발 속도와 효율을 높일 수 있다.

This paper is written to results of excavated ChungJu ChangDong site located in ChungJu and the article Keumcheonchang in Joseonwangjosilrok. The structure rerics of compositing cornerstone-distance 420cm has been showing to Keumcheonchang of legend in region people. The solution to problems is that the enforcement of the river-shipping service linking Han River and NakDong River. King Taejong commanded the new tax-warehouse of 200 Kan to built at Keumcheon in ChungJu and named Keumcheonchang for the receipt of innner region and KyengSang Province. King Sejo established the foundation of the government owned tax-grain transportation systerm for the strong centralization by the sovereign right. This logistic system is gone the middle and the latter of Joseon Dynasty. Joseon Dynasty is absolutely dependent the national finance for government operation on the tax-grain from HaSamDo(ChungCheong JeonLa KyengSang) region. JoUn(tax-grain transportation by shipping) is the best logistic system in Korea surrounding sea. Joseon Dynasty has refomed the logistics base on GoRyeo's system that the Tax-grain transportation system by shipping. There is the tax-warehouses reducing from 13 numbers to 9 numbers and making up for the weak points in the matter of the Japanese Pirate and the ship wreck in transporting in the sea. The ship wreck in the sea specially make the matters of the reducing tax and political issues. We know that Keumcheonchang is operated ChuaSuCham(the government agency for taxgrain transportation by shipping at a warehouse) from King Taejong 11(1,411)year to King Sejo 11 (1,465)year. There is the result of enforcement the river-shipping service system for social stabilization and forward their new ideal in the first half Joseon Dynasty.

The purpose of this study was to identify the stage of concern, the level of use, and the innovation configuration of Home Economics teachers regarding creativity and personality education in Home Economics(HE) classes. The survey questionnaires were sent through mails and e-mails to middle-school HE teachers in the whole country selected by systematic sampling and convenience sampling. Questionnaires of the stages of concern and the levels of use developed by Hall(1987) were used in this study. 187 data were used for the final analysis by using SPSS/window(12.0) program. The results of the study were as following: First, for the stage of concerns of HE teachers on creativity and personality education, the information stage of concerns(85.51) was the one with the highest response rate and the next high in the following order: the management stage of concerns(81.88), the awareness stage of concerns(82.15), the refocusing stage of concerns(68.80), the collaboration stage of concerns(61.97), and the consequence stage of concerns(59.76). Second, the levels of use of HE teachers on creativity and personality education was highest with the mechanical levels(level 3; 21.4%) and the next high in the following order: the orientation levels of use(level 1; 20.9%), the refinement levels(level 5; 17.1%), the non-use levels(level 0; 15.0%), the preparation levels(level 2; 10.2%), the integration levels(level 6; 5.9%), the renewal levels(level 7; 4.8%), the routine levels(level 4; 4.8%). Third, for the innovation configuration of HE teachers on creativity and personality education, more than half of the HE teachers(56.1%) mainly focused on personality education in their HE classes; 31.0% of the HE teachers performed both creativity and personality education; a small number of teachers(6.4%) focused on creativity education; the same number of teachers(6.4%) responded that they do not focus on neither of the two. Examining the level and type of performance HE teachers applied, the average score on the performance of creativity and personality education was 3.76 out of 5.00 and the mean of creativity component was 3.59 and of personality component was 3.94, higher than standard. For the creativity education, openness/sensitivity(3.97) education was performed most and the next most in the following order: problem-solving skill(3.79), curiosity/interest(3.73), critical thinking(3.63), problem-finding skill(3.61), originality(3.57), analogy(3.47), fluency/adaptability(3.46), precision(3.46), imagination(3.37), and focus/sympathy(3.37). For the personality education, the following components were performed in order from most to least: power of execution(4.07), cooperation/consideration/just(4.06), self-management skill(4.04), civic consciousness(4.04), career development ability(4.03), environment adaptability(3.95), responsibility/ownership(3.94), decision making(3.89), trust/honesty/promise(3.88), autonomy(3.86), and global competency(3.55). Regarding what makes performing creativity and personality education difficult, most HE teachers(64.71%) chose the lack of instructional materials and 40.11% of participants chose the lack of seminar and workshop opportunity. 38.5% chose the difficulty of developing an evaluation criteria or an evaluation tool while 25.67% responded that they do not know any means of performing creativity and personality education. Regarding the better way to support for creativity and personality education, the HE teachers chose in order from most to least: 'expansion of hands-on activities for students related to education on creativity and personality'(4.34), 'development of HE classroom culture putting emphasis on creativity and personality'(4.29), 'a proper curriculum on creativity and personality education that goes along with students' developmental stages'(4.27), 'securing enough human resource and number of professors who will conduct creativity and personality education'(4.21), 'establishment of the concept and value of the education on creativity and personality'(4.09), and 'educational promotion on creativity and personality education supported by local communities and companies'(3.94).

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where the importance of cutting-edge technology and software is highlighted, there is a growing need for education to think deeply about humans and the future and foster creative human beings who can contribute to the whole of humanity. This paper proposes a plan to introduce core competencies and evaluations analyzed according to international Baccalaureate orientation so that it can be applied to education using creative storytelling applied to the 『Creative storytelling class that is easy even by yourself』 textbook developed by the Science and Technology in Society Research Center at Jeju University. Furthermore, the proposed core competencies, evaluation criteria, and their measures were applied flexibly to existing classes by incorporating IBs to expand utilization opportunities. I hope this paper will help open up positive possibilities for introducing domestic IBs, and further fostering internationally recognized creative convergence talent.
