개인정보보호 관리체계(PIMS: Personal Information/privacy Management System)는 개인정보에 특화해 기업이 고객들의 개인정보를 보호 활동을 지속적이고 체계적으로 수행하기 위한 체계를 지칭한다. 기업에 의해 다양한 개인정보가 수집되어 이용되고 있고 비즈니스 목적의 개인정보 국외 이전에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있는 점을 고려하면, 글로벌 차원에서 합의된 개인정보보호 관리체계의 국제 표준화된 지침 (관리 프로세스 요구사항과 리스크를 관리하기 위한 보호대책) 의 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 국제표준에 근거한 개인정보보호 관리체계를 위한 기준은 국경을 넘어선 개인정보의 이전을 가능케 하는 기반을 제공하며, 이 기준을 이용하면 국가별로 다르게 운영되고 있는 개인정보보호 관리체계에 대한 국가간 상호 인정도 가능케 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호관리체계와 개인정보보호 관리체계의 주요 특성을 살펴보고, 두 체계 간의 유사점과 차이점을 식별하며, 개인정보관리체계의 운영을 위한 국제 표준 구성 요소를 제시한다. 또한, 한국 주도로 추진 중인 개인정보보호 관리체계 지침을 위해 2011년 8월 이후 ITU-T SG17과 ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27에 의해 추진되고 있는 지금까지 국제 표준화 추진 경과 사항을 살펴보고, 향후 표준화 전망을 제시한다.

Auto-industry is very difficult to standardize item code generation rule, because it has more than 20,000 parts in this industry. As finished good companies have already used the ERP system such as SAP, they have a good Master Data Management(MDM) system. However, since many supplier companies have poor MDM system, they have a lot of barriers on system implementation like ERP, MES. PDM systems. This study surveys various benchmarking sites and investigates the standardization of item code of the auto-parts manufacturing companies. Finally, this study proposes the implementation guide (IMG) of auto-industry MDM standardization.

전문용어의 정비, 기초 데이터 구축 및 관리, 전문용어의 구축 과정의 표준화 방안, 전문용어 정비의 심의에 대해서 알아 보고자 한다. 전문용어의 정의에 대해서 간단하게 알아보고, 전문용어 정비를 위한 공정도를 소개하며, 전문용어 정비 순서와 절차에 대해서 설명하고자 한다. 기초 데이터 구축 및 관리 과정에서 어떤 방법으로 기초 데이터를 구축하게 되었으며, 어떠한 절차에 따라 DB화 및 심의를 위한 준비를 하게 되는지를 보고하고자 한다. 또한 전문용어의 정비를 하는 과정에서 발생하는 몇 가지 문제점에 대해서 알아 보고, 표준화 방안을 제시하며, 마지막으로 전문용어 정비를 위한 심의 지침을 제시하고자 한다. 심의 지침은 기존의 연구에서 제시된 권장안을 바탕으로 전문용어의 정비를 위한 기준에 맞게 만들어졌다. 이 논문에서는 전문용어의 정비를 위한 전반적인 절차와 내용 그리고 심의에 대해 기준을 제시하는데 목적을 두고자 한다.

This research tries to develop standards of library goods and managerial guidance. It is developed to make buying and managing library goods efficient in promoting environmental and digital-friendly library, and to set a standard guidance of library goods. The research divides 117 library goods into 6 categories, and develops a table of recommended standard and managerial guidance of library goods. The table has 11 indicators of information, which includes the name of each library goods, classification code, identification number of 'Narajangteo', definitions of the goods, purpose and usage, type and size, structure, place to install, goods management, and note. The research hopes to be reflected in library related laws, standards, and manuals, and finally to standardize library goods in the national level.

국가에서는 수해예방 및 주민들의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 다양한 하천사업을 수행한다. 국토교통부의 경우 매년 막대한 예산을 투입하여 하천정비 및 재해복구사업 등을 추진 중에 있으나, 체계적인 공사관리와 산출물의 전산화를 위한 시스템은 부재한 실정이다. 현재 건설사업정보시스템(건설CALS)을 통해 하천공사에 관한 정보를 확인할 수 있으나 총 공사비, 참여업체 등 기본적인 정보만을 제공하고 있으며, 공정관리 및 예산정보에 관한 상세한 내역을 확인 및 관리할 수 있는 기능은 부재하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 본 연구에서는 하천사업(공사)관리시스템의 필요성을 제시함과 동시에 우선적으로 하천사업 공종 표준화를 수행하고자 한다. 현재 건설공사표준품셈을 통해 건설공사의 공종을 확인할 수 있으나 '제2장 하천공사' 내에는 사석, 돌망태, 하천호안공에 관한 정보만을 담고 있다. 하천공사 공종 표준화를 진행하게 될 경우 공종별 공사 세부정보에 대한 관리가 가능해지며, 현재 하천을 관리 중인 국토교통부, 지방국토관리청 및 지자체 등 하천사업을 수행 중인 기관의 시스템 활용도를 제고할 수 있다. 하천사업 공종표준화를 위해 우선적으로 현재 건설공사표준품셈, 도로대장 전산화 입력지침 등기 수립된 지침 및 기준을 통해 건설토목공사 시의 공종을 조사·분석한 후, 하천공사 준공보고서 및 감리보고서 등 공사 관련 자료를 활용하여 하천공사에 주로 수행되는 공사들에 관한 종류를 도출하였다. 이후 건설토목공사 공종과의 비교·분석을 통해 하천공사에서 주로 수행되는 공종을 도출·표준화하는 작업을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 하천사업 공종의 경우 향후 하천사업(공사)관리시스템 개발에 활용이 가능하며, 하천공사 관리의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있다.

최근 인터넷 웹 콘텐츠의 접근성에 대한 표준화의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 정부, 공공기관, 기업까지 확산되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 웹 접근성 표준 지침에 패하여 알아보고, 표준 지침별 평가 항목에 대하여 비교 분석한다. 또한, 웹 접근성 인증 기준에 의한 중요도에 대해서도 분석한다. 그리고 웹 접근성 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 프로그램을 활용하여 교육 관련 홈페이지를 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따라 지침별 준수율을 비교 분석한다.

In Korea, currently 10 local governments have completed the construction of the 3D Land Geospatial Information, since the pilot project started in 2004 and many other local governments are additionally constructing the 3D Land Geospatial Information. Technical Guidance for the 3D Land Geospatial Information has made out the construction methodology and concept of the ordinances in 2006 by the basis of the research results of the pilot project for the 3D Geospatial Information construction in 2005. But the result that applied the existing 3D Land Geospatial Information of the local governments, many problems rearing up on the methods and expression accuracy of the 3D Land Geospatial Information. This research analyzed and derived problems of established guideline for the zero-defects construction of the 3D Land Geospatial Information and it is aim at the present standardized criterion of the reestablished and method of the 3D Geospatial Information construction items. Improvement scheme of the 3D Land Geospatial Information is considered to be contribute to the standardized good quality of 3D Land Geospatial Information construction and its application.

Delayed treatment of acute cardiovascular and cereb-directrovascular diseases is related to poor prognosis and sequelae. For rapid and adequate treatment, role of prehospital emergency dispatchers for adequate triage and selection of hospital is important. In several advanced countries, emergency dispatchers use standardized protocols for decision of rescuer resources or distribution of patients at each hospital. ut, there has not been developed standardized protocol for emergency dispatchers in Korea. We developed standardized protocol based on NHS-direct and CTAS system for triage of symptoms of chest pain and Stroke. Groups with standardized protocol and without protocol was compared to triage result at emergency department which patient visited. The accuracy of triage on chest pain was 70.0% in group A, 94.0% in group B(p<0.01). The accuracy of triage in stroke symptoms was 64.2% in group A, 84.6% in group B(p<0.01). Conclusion: In this study, the accuracy of telephone triage with the protocol was more accurate than without the protocol. But, more studies are needed to generalize the protocol in South korea.
