This study was conducted to find out the factors affecting community people choice of dental clinic so that the results could be served as basic information to formulate marketing strategies for dental clinic. 238 people in Ulsan metropolitan city were surveyed through a self administered questionnaire. 1. All the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ values related with dental clinic's internal factor, external factor and access were more than 0.6. 2. The most important factor of dental clinic choice was dentist's faithfulness. 3. On the occasion of choosing dental clinic, internal factor was more important than external factor. 4. The most important factor of dental clinic choice was dental clinic's access on more than 46 years old.

본 연구는 Tobin-Q 비율(이하 토빈 Q, 또는 Q)을 이용하여 합병제의기업과 피합병대상기업을 합병전 경영성과의 우열에 따라 분류하고, 분류 집단별 초과수익률을 측정 검증함으로써 합병전 후의 합병관련기업의 합병효과를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과를 보면 합병제의기업과 피합병기업 모두 합병 공시 후 양의 초과수익률을 얻는 것으로 나타났으며, 합병제의기업은 토빈 Q가 낮을수록 합병성과가 크게 나타났고, 피합병대상기업은 토빈 Q가 높을수록 합병성과가 크게 나타났다. 또한 합병제의기업과 피합병대상기업의 토빈 Q를 동시에 고려한 경우에는 합병제의기업의 Q가 높고 피합병대상기업의 Q가 낮으면, 합병성과가 작았고, 합병제의기업의 Q가 낮고 피합병대상기업의 Q가 높으면 합병성과가 높게 나타난다는 경향을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 경영성과가 좋은 합병제의기업이 대체적으로 이득을 보지만, 경영이 부실한 피합병대상기업을 인수할 때 더 많은 이득을 본다는 Lang, Stulz, Walkling(1989)의 연구결과는 상반되는 것이다. 또한 경영성과가 나쁜 기업을 합병함으로써 보다 많은 합병가치 창조가 가능하다는 Servaes(1991)의 연구결과와도 상반되는 것이다. 이러한 상반된 결과는 우리나라 현실에서 합병이 대개는 계열그룹내, 또는 지배회사와 피지배회사간의 합병이 주류를 이루고, 세법상 합병기업의 손실은 승계되지만 피합병기업의 손실은 승계되지 않으므로 형식상 합병제의기업과 피합병대상기입이 뒤바뀌는 경향이 많다는 점에서 그 원인을 추정할 수 있다.

Six smittinid species were identified from Korean waters. Two of which were previously recorded in the Korean bryozoan fauna are reviewed. Parasmittina raigii (Audouin, 1826) reported from Gwabutan, Jeju Island is re-examined and reidentified as Parasmittina serrula Soule and Soule, 1973, which is new to the Korean fauna. Smittoidea reticulato (MacGillivray, 1847) is reported as species which doesn't occur in the Pacific Ocean Accordingly, Smittoidea reticulata should be deleted from the Korean bryozoan fauna and the Korean specimen identified as Smittoidea reticulata is synonymous with Smittoidea pacifica Soule and Soule, 1973. Fourteen smittinid bryozoans from Korea are thus recorded so far.

OCR(Optical Character Recognition) using computers has been developed for 20 years and applied to various fields such as parking management based on the recognition of license plates of cars. This technology was also used in the development of our smart OCR-based household ledger. In order to improve filling the purchase history into a smartphone based household account book, we can take pictures of receipts with the smarphone camera and automatically organize the purchase list. In this process, the recognition rate of the characters of the receipt image is not high enough with OCR technology. We could improve the rate by applying the image processing technology and adjusting the contrast of the receipt image. The rate improved from 89% to 92.5%.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of self-leadership and nursing professionalism on social responsibility in nursing students and verify the mediating effects of nursing professionalism on the relationships between self-leadership and social responsibility. The subjects of this study consisted of 250 nursing students. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires. The results were as follows: Self-leadership and nursing professionalism had a positive effect on social responsibility. Nursing professionalism had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-leadership and social responsibility. Conclusively, this results of study is meaningful to provide evidence to improve the self-leadership and maximize nursing professionalism to increase social responsibility in nursing students.

Spoken language understanding, which aims to understand utterance as naturally as human would, are mostly focused on English language. In this paper, we construct a Korean language dataset for spoken language understanding, which is based on a conversational corpus between reservation system and its user. The domain of conversation is limited to restaurant reservation. There are 7 types of slot tags and 5 types of intent tags in 6857 sentences. When a model proposed in English-based research is trained with our dataset, intent classification accuracy decreased a little, while slot filling F1 score decreased significantly.

This study was conducted to estimate the relationship between academic achievement, and college life adaptation of dental hygiene students in S area and use them as basic data for improving the effectiveness of academic and career guidance. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 245 dental hygiene students. Data collection was analyzed by frequency, chi-square test, t-test, regression using SPSS 21.0. As a result, The higher the grade, the academic achievement, the higher the adaptation to college life. The admission types was not statistically significant. By presenting the factors related to adaptation to college life in dental hygiene students. I think that it can help develop academic and career guidance related programs.

Manufacturing data collected using IoT devices in a smart factory environment is generally reliable except for noises caused by external factors. However, unlike manufacturing data that is collected mechanically, process data manually recorded by field-workers can cause problems such as the misspelled entries or the missing entries. Therefore, process data must be validated before being used as training data for artificial intelligence models. In this paper, based on the fact that which is a linear relationship between the power consumption of the MCT machine and the production of the product recorded by the field-workers, we detect anomalous records of the workers using robust linear regression.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting social work majoring undergraduates' attitude to human rights. The subjects were sampled from four universities in Kyeonggi-do. A survey was conducted through self-report questionnaires and a total of 362 questionnaires were employed for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the factors affecting undergraduate's attitude to human rights were economic status of demographic factors, cognitive and emotional empathy, social support of psychological factors, cognition of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, education experience of human rights, minorities' experience of human rights violation and participative activity of education/experience factors. Based on this result, it was suggested that practical and participative education is needed to develop undergraduate's attitude to human rights.

A purpose of this study was to compare visitors' and managers' perception to park use and management attributes f3r developing the effective park management strategies. The questionnaire surveys with 401 samples in visitor and 67 samples in manager group were employed at three different parks(Chiaksan National Park, Odaesan National Park, and Seolaksan National Park) in Kwangwon area, Korea. As the results from comparing perception, some differences of perception about environment damage, damage types, and causes of damage exist between visitor and manager group. In addition, significant perception differences in some use and management attributes, such as trash problem, natural and cultural resource conditions, touting, sanitation and information facility conditions, were found between both groups.
