Effect of Perceived Supervisor Support on In-Role and Extra-Role Performance: The Mediating Role of Job-Based Psychological Ownership (상사지원인식이 역할내 성과와 역할외 성과에 미치는 영향: 직무기반 심리적 주인의식의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to investigate the effect of perceived supervisor support(PSS) on employees' in-role and extra-role performance by examining the mediating role of job-based psychological ownership(JBPO). Data were collected from 269 employees from a variety of companies. Both regression analysis and structural equation modeling were used. Previous research has found a positive relationship between PSS and job performance. However, empirical analysis has not yet demonstrated PSS-performance relationships mediated through JBPO. Thus, this study investigated this mediation in predicting in-role and extra-role performance. In the current study, JBPO was found to fully mediate the relationship between PSS and in-role performance and to partially mediate the relationship between PSS and extra-role performance. Future discussions and practical implications are discussed.

A study on mediating effect of internal and external networks and creative efficacy in the relationship of individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment (개인의 기업가정신과 조직몰입의 관계에서 대내·외 네트워크와 창의적 효능감의 매개효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study looks into individual entrepreneurship engaged in an enterprise; the effect of creative efficacy and internal and external networks on organizational commitment based on the previous studies. The hypothesis, the internal and external networks constructed in social context by individuals in the relationship between individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment; and mediating effect through creative efficacy obtained by the previous experience can be in existence, is to be confirmed through an empirical study. The analysis data is collected from 244 of currently working employees via a survey. The determination of employee-oriented study is summarized as follows: first, the promotion of employee's individual entrepreneurship is significant as well as of the leader for the result of organizational commitment, because there are positive effects between the individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment. Second, the internal and external networks owned by individuals affect one's own outcome as the internal and external networks of enterprise mediate the relationship between individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment. Third, it is confirmed that the confidence in individual creativity is an essential factor as creative efficacy exhibits a mediating effect in relationship between individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment. Particularly, it is verified that an enterprise is in need to expand education or programs not only for networks leading to an outcome but also for creativity improvement of affiliated individuals from the fact that creative efficacy, a hybridized concept of creativity and self-efficacy studied in the previous research, mediates the relationship between individual entrepreneurship and an outcome. In the conclusion, additional implications are offered; the thresholds and frameworks for the study are discussed.

제품속성을 활용한 중소/벤처기업의 브랜드 정통성 구축방안에 대한 실증적 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 마케팅 관점에서 제품속성과 브랜드 정통성에 대한 통합적 연구모형을 이론적으로 제시하고, 이를 실증적으로 살펴보는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 위하여 제품속성과 브랜드 정통성을 정의하고, 브랜드 정통성의 구성 요인을 학문적 관점에서 이론적으로 제시하였다. 구체적으로 제품속성은 내재적 속성으로는 품질과 디자인, 외재적 속성으로는 브랜드와 가격으로 구분하고, 브랜드 정통성은 기존 연구들을 분석하여 총 13개의 하위 차원으로 정리하였다. 제품속성이 브랜드의 정통성과 브랜드 이미지에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하고자, 총 400개 표본을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 조사대상 제품은 S전자의 최신 휴대폰인 S20으로 하였다. 본 연구는 선행연구에서 논의되지 않았던 연구모형을 기반으로 하였으며, 마케팅관점에서 소비자가 제품 속성을 통하여 지각하는 브랜드 정통성과 브랜드 이미지의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴봄으로써 다양한 이론적, 실무적 기반을 제공할 것이다. 특히, 브랜드의 정통성을 구축하기 위해서는 오랜 기간 동안 많은 투자가 수반되므로 중소/벤처기업은 대기업에 비해 상대적으로 불리하다. 이런 이유로 중소/벤처기업은 우선적으로 제품의 품질향상에 많은 노력을 기울이는 경향이 있지만 만일 제품 속성이 브랜드 정통성에 의미 있는 영향을 미치지 못한다면 중소/벤처기업은 관련된 전략을 수정하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 중소/벤처기업의 시각에서 제품의 속성을 활용하여 브랜드 정통성을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 특히 스타트업의 마케팅전략 수립에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

A Study On the Industrial Clusters In a Region Using Big data (빅데이타 분석을 이용한 지역내 산업클러스터 연구)

  • We tried to get useful information from social network analysis on the transaction network for the companies in Busan, Ulsan, Kyong-nam region using more than 80 thousand company transaction data obtained from Korean enterprise data (KED). We found that there are 282 clusters having more than 3 companies when we made clusters composed of the companies having the transactions with each other as the first transaction partners in the region. Most of clusters have a major big company with most of sales in the clusters and have the member companies without the transaction with other cluster's member companies so that they have closed and hierarchical transaction pattern. Analysing the transaction network using the network index, we know that there are small medium size companies playing the central role in the regional transaction network and a few clusters have many transactions with other clusters. Also we found that there are very rare sale transactions to the companies outside the region and many purchasing transactions from the companies outside the region. Policy makers need to try to diversify the transaction patterns and to use the exceptional companies and clusters as the levers.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze whether asset sales contributed to increase of the shareholder value of the seller and the buyer in Japan. The period of analysis is 2000-2007. As a result of event study, Although the stockholder of the seller earn positive abnormal returns at the announcement of a asset sales, most stockholders of the buyer were break even. However, the buyer which purchase related asset get positive abnormal returns. Furthermore, when using a matched seller-buyer, we find that asset sales are firm value enhancing for the seller and buyer. Furthermore, we verify whether the excess return depends on the financial condition, and the managerial performance. we find that seller gains are related to the seller's managerial performance, leverage ratio, and buyer gains are related to the leverage ratio, foreigner holdings ratio. we conclude that lender and outside monitoring lead to increase of firm value.

A Study on Employee Reward in Construction Companies Using Activity-Based Costing (활동기준원가계산을 이용한 건설기업의 직원 보상에 관한 연구)

  • For construction companies to become competitive innovative, cost management as well as process improvement are required. Activity-based costing (ABC), which uses cost information to support long-term decision-making, is a tool that enhances a company's competitiveness. In this study, we compare and analyze tradition-based costing (TBC) and ABC to confirm the adequacy of performance-based costing. In addition, we will empirically examine the relationship between the impact of the reward system using ABC on employee satisfaction and involvement. In research results, the influence of the reward system on employee involvement appeared in the order of intrinsic reward (𝛽 = 0.338) and extrinsic reward (𝛽 = 0.308). In addition, the reward system showed positive (+) effects on employee satisfaction, with influence appearing in the order of intrinsic reward (𝛽 = 0.360) and extrinsic reward (𝛽 = 0.337). And employee satisfaction (𝛽 = 0.225) had a positive effect on involvement. We were able to confirm that it is necessary to build a reward system consisting of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards to increase employee satisfaction and involvement.

  • Currently construction corporations also is whether executing or planning IR activities as other corporation do. We will analyze correlation between stock price and IR activities and execute actual analysis of how IR activities influence stock price in order to identify positive influence of IR activities on Construction Corporations which are executing IR activities for raising capital and investors. We make two hypothesizes through searching thesis and interviewing experts. Two hypothesizes are as follows. First of all, stock price will increase in terms of public of IR activities. Second of all, IR activities targeted on domestic investors will be very successful. We deduce conclusions through verifying two hypothesizes. Conclusions are as follows. First of all, IR activities of construction corporations influence stock price positively. Second of all, IR activities targeted on international are more effective than on domestic Third of all, even though IR activities targeted on domestic is less effective than on international, it is indicated that it have positive influences. Construction corporations give investors frostiness and then will expect to raise capital and renew $its^{\circ}{\phi}$ imageby well executing IR activities.

  • 서비스 산업에 있어 기업 간의 경쟁이 날로 심화되어 가고 있는 가운데 효율적인 경영을 위해서는 시시각각으로 변하는 고객의 니즈를 파악하기 위해 그 어느 때 보다도 고객피드백이 필요한 시대이다. 최근 기업에서는 다양한 고객의 목소리가 담겨 있는 소셜 미디어상의 빅 데이터를 이용하여 고객의 피드백을 파악하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 따라서 모바일 스마트 혁명의 핵심 자원인 빅 데이터를 어떻게 분석, 활용 할 것인지 많은 기업들의 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 소셜 빅 데이터를 분석하는 기술로서 최근 이슈를 감지하고 예측하는 방법을 제안하다. 이것은 기관이나 기업 등 분석대상과 관련된 소셜 데이터 자체를 분석하거나 그 외 관련 데이터와 연관 관계 분석 등 여러 가지 방법을 조합하여 부정적 이슈 등의 탐지가 가능하다.

Korean firms' Corporote Networks in Dalian City, China (중국 대련시(大連市) 한국기업의 네트워크 특성)

  • This paper aims to explore the characteristics of regional network of Korean firms in Dalian City, China, which is focused on social, cultural and institutional characteristics. To achieve this goal, the paper attempts to analyze the supply of raw material and parts, sales and cooperative relations of the firms. Among Korean firms in Dalian City, the characteristic of non-local network can be seen in supply enterprise of raw material, parts and semi products. On the other hand, a tighter local network relationship can be seen in sales. Large companies appear stronger in non-local network than small businesses and small businesses are stronger in local network. In terms of cooperation among enterprises, many firms have networks of joint marketing, joint use of equipments, exchange of techniques and information with the supply enterprise. With the customer enterprise, there is a network in joint marketing and manpower training. Especially, most of the customer enterprises are Chinese ones, which have extensive networks in big cities, such as in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin and Dalian. In local network, the Korean firms in Dalian cooperate in product development, finance and manpower training with local firms. And in non-local cooperation, Korean firms are active in tech support, information exchange and R&D.

The Moderating Effect of Activation Factors : An Empirical Study on the Motivation of Co-creation Participation (공동가치창출을 위한 활성화 정책이 참여 동기에 미치는 조절 효과 분석)

  • Co-creation is an important approach to innovation that uses internal and external sources for value creation. This study identified the effects of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and the moderating effects of activation factors using multiple regression and moderated multiple regression. To this end, 181 usable questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The result of analysis showed that intrinsic motivation had the significant meaning and the moderating effects of activation factors on the relationship between extrinsic motivation and co-creation participation exist. Companies may use this result to activate the co-creation participation of the customer. The future study analyzed by survey responses in multiple layers will improve the generalization of the study.
