기업에 있어 정보화투자는 생존.발전을 위한 필수조건이라는 시대적 요구로 받아들여지고 있다. 이에 기업은 생산방식의 디지털화와 함께 정보를 효과적으로 이용하기 위해 끊임없는 투자를 하고 있다. 특히 중소기업은 대기업에 비해 인력, 자금력, 기술력, 관리력, 정보력 등에서 모두 열세에 있기 때문에 정보화투자는 경쟁력 강화는 물론 생존을 위한 밑거름이 되고 있는 것이다. 중소기업은 조직구조가 단순하여 의사결정력과 경영자의 의지가 신속하게 반영될 수 있고 시장변화에 즉각적으로 대응할 수 있는 장점도 있기 때문에 정보화를 빠르게 진행할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 그러나 정보화라는 시대적 상황에 대응하지 못한다면 기업은 곧 고사위기에 처해질 수 밖에 없다.

21세기 경영환경은 글로벌화와 고객 요구 사항의 다변화로 대표될 수 있으며, 이러한 환경 변화에 대응하기 위해서는 기업의 대응력 및 유연성이 확보되어야 한다. 글로벌한 경영환경 하에서 기업현안에 대한 실시간 분석을 통하여 기업 자원의 최적화를 추구할 수 있도록 정보기술 구조를 근간으로 기업 내의 전 업무 기능을 통하는 ERP 시스템 및 시장의 정의와 특징을 알아보고 이를 근간으로 하여, 국내외 시장들이 ERP를 얼마나 도입하여 성공을 거두었는지를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 ERP기술 현황이 ERP 성공에 영향을 미치는지 관계를 분석하여 국내 ERP 기업들이 나아가야 할 방향을 조심스럽게 제시하고자 한다.

There's been a difficulty for general corporate to adopt recent incident response study because those studies focus on nation wide CERT Coordination Center or large organization aspect. This study is focus on study and design on security ticket based CERT system through analysis Security management's threat element, attack element, response element and it also help general corporate establish incident response process that is adjusted on IT operation. Confirmed CERT model's effectiveness and effect of quantitative Security incident management way that propose executing Security incident response experiment on the basis of this way. This study which provides general corporate oriented CERT model can be used to improve corporate's capability of responding incident by quantified management technique and select incident response SLA indicator. Already, formation which operate CERT can heighten corporation's information protection level by measure Security incident response result as metrical and analyze and improve problem continuously.

본 연구에서는 저탄소녹색성장기본법에 의해서 시행되는 온실가스 목표관리제의 해운부문 대응방안 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해서 온실가스 목표관리제의 개요, 온실가스 목표관리제 대상, 온실가스 목표관리제 대응방안 연구를 수행하였다. 온실가스 목표관리제의 대상이 되는 기업 및 관리업체의 추진방안을 제시함으로써 향후 대상기업 대응방안 수립에 도움을 주고자 한다.

Product-based environmental regulations, such as RoHS, REACH, EuP, etc., on electrical and electronic equipments, chemicals, and so on, initiated by the European Union, are becoming a global trend. These regulations can create barriers to trade among nations worldwide and may thereby have a direct impact on the function of internal market. If domestic companies utilize well the international environmental regulations in advance, they will get good opportunity for expanding overseas market. In this paper the current status of countermeasure for overcoming the international environmental regulations in domestic industries was investigated and the future plans were discussed.
