  • 우리 IT산업은 연평균 19%의 성장세를 유지하며 국가 경제에 중추적 역할을 수행해 오고 있다. 그러나 최근 세계경제의 침체 및 중국 경제의 고성장에 따른 부담 등으로 인한 IT산업의 위기감이 고조되면서 수출품목 및 대상국가의 다변화와 그에 따른 차별화된 수출전략이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 차별화된 수출전략을 위하여 전략품목 및 국가에 대하여 대기업과 중소기업간, 산업간, 연계사업간 등의 다양한 IT분야 패키지형 해외진출 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. IT산업은 앞으로도 우리 경제의 큰 버팀목으로 자리잡고 발전해 나아갈 것이며, IT분야의 패키지형 해외진출 방안이 일조를 해 나아갈 것이다.

  • In this study, based on Privacy Calculus Model, we study whether users' intention of continuous use of closed-type SNS is affected by information privacy concern. In addition, we propose a model that studies if the major factors of the intention of continuous use which are trust, satisfaction and benefits could control the information privacy concern's effect on the intention of use. As a result, companies have to consider protecting the psychological privacy and information privacy of the individual when they design SNS.

Analysis of Generative AI Technology Trends Based on Patent Data (특허 데이터 기반 생성형 AI 기술 동향 분석)

  • This paper analyzes the trends in generative AI technology based on patent application documents. To achieve this, we selected 5,433 generative AI-related patents filed in South Korea, the United States, and Europe from 2003 to 2023, and analyzed the data by country, technology category, year, and applicant, presenting it visually to find insights and understand the flow of technology. The analysis shows that patents in the image category account for 36.9%, the largest share, with a continuous increase in filings, while filings in the text/document and music/speech categories have either decreased or remained stable since 2019. Although the company with the highest number of filings is a South Korean company, four out of the top five filers are U.S. companies, and all companies have filed the majority of their patents in the U.S., indicating that generative AI is growing and competing centered around the U.S. market. The findings of this paper are expected to be useful for future research and development in generative AI, as well as for formulating strategies for acquiring intellectual property.

Determinants for Long-term Cooperation Between Public Research Institute and SMEs (출연(연)과 중소기업의 장기적 협력을 위한 영향요인 분석: 출연(연)의 인력파견사업을 중심으로)

  • It is major strategy for SMEs to cooperate with other companies or Public Research Institutes(PRIs) as the essential technology is getting more complicated and technological life cycle is getting short. However, It is not easy to perform a proper cooperation with SMEs for PRIs, because they are accustomed to support SMEs in the short run. In addition, previous studies also have mainly focussed on finding determinants of performance as a consequence of temporary cooperation instead of long-term relationships among companies. Therefore this study analyzed which satisfaction is more effective to maintain the long-term cooperative relationship between PRIs and SMEs. As a result, it has found that when SMEs satisfy from quality of input like manpower supports R&D and context of the support program over the output like technological or economical performance, they intend to continue cooperation with PRIs. And this paper shows that the performance has mediated effect rather direct effect on long-term cooperation intention. In light of all the above, to cooperate with SMEs effectively, it will be suggested that PRIs enhance quality of support process and contents instead of quantity of support based on one-time cooperation.

Development of Education Programs Academia-Industry Collaboration for Undergraduate Students Majoring in Digital Contents Design (디지털 콘텐츠 디자인 전공 학부생을 대상으로 한 산학협력 수업에 관한 사례 연구)

  • Nowadays most business organizations wish to hire competent people who can do their own jobs efficiently right after their employment. The primary goal of this study is to focus on how we can train undergraduate students in academia-industry collaboration to satisfy this requirement. By making use of the funding from the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development to support academia-industry collaboration program, we established an intramural company, Hankyong Design Company, and set up several studio courses for junior and senior students. To develop these courses efficiently for the first semester of 2005, studied both intramural and extramural environments of academia-industry collaboration and searched for good examples of them. Based on this investigation, I made some assumptions that how we can perform the academia-industry collaboration program for undergraduate students successfully. I chose several design tasks related to digital communications, and appointed WisePost Inc., an Internet communication service company for MSN Messenger, to be a collaborator. We made the 'Interactive Design' studio courses together and applied the courses to 20 juniors. At the end of the semester, we evaluated the works of the students, and selected and commercialized some excellent items among them. During the course work, I realized the fact that education programs in academia-industry collaboration is feasible for undergraduate students majoring in design. I understanded the overall merits and demerits of conventional studio and academia-industry collaboration courses. In addition, the results from the present study suggest that the role of professor in academia-industry collaboration program would be quite different from conventional studio courses.

A Study on Investment Intentions of Rewarded-Crowdfunding Investors: Focusing on the Extended Theory of Planned Behavior (리워드형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 투자 의도에 관한 연구: 확장된 계획행동이론을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to present factors and strategies for successful rewarded-crowdfunding of companies. For this, rewarded-crowdfunding based on the extended theory of planned behavior(E-TPB) by adding individual innovation and risk preference as extended variables, in addition to the basic variables of the theory of planned behavior(TPB), including attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control. In addition, the moderating effect of rewarded-crowdfunding experience was confirmed. In addition, the moderating effect of the rewarded-crowdfunding experience was confirmed, and exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for questionnaires who were aware of the concept of rewarded-crowdfunding. As a result of testing the hypothesis, it was found that attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and risk preference affect the intention to invest in rewarded-crowdfunding. Also, we could find that perceived behavior control and risk preference were moderately influenced by investor who had experience in rewarded-crowdfunding. Based on the research results, it has academic and practical value by presenting the direction of enhancing the success of rewarded-crowdfunding that companies can use as a way to raise funds and boost sales.

A Study on Effective Operation of Wage Peak System in Korean Enterprises (임금피크제의 효과적 운용방안)

  • Korea has entered into an aging society at an exceptionally high speed. Increasing aged workers give pressure on Korean companies with seniority based pay system with labor costs. The wage peak system has been introduced to Korean companies as an alternative to early retirements. The wage peak system currently adopted in Korea is mainly the aging-limit-security model. But in the future we should actively adopt the employment-extension model. To operate wage peak system successfully, I suggest introduction of the individual wage peak system, development of suitable jobs for the aged, selective application by job classification, incentive graded by performance evaluation, and working hour reduction with the decreased rate of wage.

  • 한국파렛트컨테이너협회가 추최하고 산업통상자원부, 국가기술표준원, 물류신문사가 후원하는 제11회 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상 시상식이 11월 14일 중소기업중앙회 그랜드홀에서 열렸다. 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상은 우리나라 산업물류의 혁신을 위하여, 일관수송용 국가표준파렛트인 T-11형과 T12형 파렛트 및 이와 정합성을 갖는 표준 컨테이너의 생산 및 사용 등 보급확산을 통하여, 물류비를 절감하고 국가경쟁력을 향상시켜 가는, 가장 모범이 되는 우수한 기업과 이에 공헌한 개인을 발굴 시상함으로써, 우리나라의 모든 기업들이 유닛로드시스템을 구축하여 물류표준화를 통한 산업물류 효율화를 앞당기는데 기여하기 위해 매년 시상하고 있는 제도이다. 나아가 아시아의 표준 파렛트에 의한 유닛로드시스템의 구축으로 막힘없는 물류의 목표를 달성해 나가는데 보다 더 효과적인 계기가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다. 제11회 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상 시상식에서 산업통상자원부장관 표창으로는 (주)골드라인, (주)장연, 롯데로지스틱스(주), (주)이랜드리테일, 강병광 상무이사(주식회사 대상)가 수상의 영예를 안았으며, 국가기술표준원장 표창에는 재영솔루텍(주), 세양테크, 한국청정음료(주), (주)삼흥농업회사법인, 배종훈 부문장((주)아워홈) 등이 수상했다. 이 외에도 (주)한국프라텍, (주)비버, (주)대길팩, 영농조합법인 서귀포한라 등이 한국파렛트컨테이너협회장 표창을 받았다. 본 고에서는 수상 업체 및 수상자들의 공적사항을 살펴보도록 한다.
