Training Model Analysis of SW Programmers in BLE Fields through Industry-University Cooperation (산학협력을 통한 BLE분야 SW개발 인력양성 모델 분석)

  • Recently, the youth unemployment becomes the significant social problems and various industry-university cooperation projects those reflect the job site oriented education are planned and fulfilled at the university in order to help graduates to get the job easily. These efforts, however, becomes job hunting failure or suffers lots of trials and errors without reflecting the correct circumstances of the job market properly. In this paper, we propose the business model for training the 4th grade students as a job site oriented software engineers in BLE fields through tight industry-university cooperation and fulfill the related project. After then, we search for the problems and failure factors of the business model through the correspondence strategy analysis for weaknesses and threat factors and propose the improved and successful business model.

  • This paper analyzed leadership behavior and employee performance through empirical analysis method based on AMO theory. In this study, the ability of the leader (A), task motivation (M), and opportunity (O) were chosen as factors to analyze the relationship between transformative leadership and job performance of the subordinate staff, and the self-efficiency (O) and intrinsic motivation (M) were selected at the individual level and team atmosphere (O) at the organizational level to build a research model. 507 valid data were obtained from the survey and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS23. Studies have shown that transformative leaders have a significant impact on employee performance. This study provides research results of empirical theory to understand the behavior of the leader in the performance of the employees and also suggests implications for the management of the company's human resources.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Japanese emission trading system and climate change policy thereby contributing to the instituting of similar systems that will be viable for the Korean context. In applying such analyses, it is important to include a careful consideration of cost sharing between stakeholders and firms, an enhancement of the trust worthiness of data concerning greenhouse gases, and an examination of related infrastructure such as emissions authentication agencies and their development. Moreover, it is important to minimize the outflow of domestic resources such as offset credit, green electricity certification system, and ecopoint, making compatible economic growth and carbon reduction thereby encouraging the production and dissemination of 'Environmental Value' as well as connecting 'Environmental Value' to a emission trading system.

  • Currently, there is increasing demand for weather information, however, providing meteorology and climate information is limited. In order to improve them, supporting the meteorology and climate big data platform use and training the meteorology and climate big data specialist who meet the needs of government, public agencies and corporate, are required. Meteorology and climate big data requires high-value usable service in variety fields, and it should be provided personalized service of industry-specific type for the service extension and new content development. To provide personalized service, it is essential to build the collaboration ecosystem at the national level. Building the collaboration ecosystem environment, convergence of marine policy and climate policy, convergence of oceanography and meteorology and convergence of R&D basic research and applied research are required. Since then, demand analysis, production sharing information, unification are able to build the collaboration ecosystem.

  • In recent years, many companies have heavily invested in introducing production informatization systems in order to strengthen the competitiveness and to satisfy consumer's desires in quickly changing market environment. However, it is not effective due to the lack of understanding of systems and of non-existence of an optimal system for each company. Therefore, in this paper, manufacturing companies were classified according to its properties; size of the firm, type of business, production method and job production. After that, a model has been built to calculate the production informatization level, and it has been applied to 450 companies. Results of 450 surveys would be the base for figuring out strategies of introducing the production informatization to the companies which are wishing to build production informatization systems. Finally, Developed in this paper rule base system refer customized guideline to company that wants to adapt production information system.

  • In terms of supply of manpower in the energy industry, domestic universities cannot realistically operate flexibly to meet manpower demand in accordance with various regulations related to the department, and there are only a few independent energy related departments. There are many difficulties in closure, increase and decrease of capacity, and foster convergence. In addition to the limited aspects of human resource development of universities, changes in the energy paradigm, namely: 1) changes in the energy industry from stable supply and energy security to new growth engines and export industries, 2) Revitalization of the energy industry, 3) including diversification of energy sources and the spread of new technologies. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a training program for nurturing new renewable energy specialists to independently develop various high-quality human resources such as intangible and convergent human resources in line with changes in the energy paradigm.

The effect of the transition of life course on changes in consumption patterns of Korean Households (한국 가계의 잠재소비유형 변화와 결정요인)

  • This study investigated the patterns of transition of consumption patterns in Korean households in 2010 and 2017, and the impact of the life cycle on the transition of consumption patterns between the two time points. Using information on 4,717 households from the 2010 and 2017 data of the Korean Labor Panel Survey, we examined the effect of the family life cycle on changes in consumption patterns. The results of the latent transition analysis on the change in consumption type showed that the change in consumption type between the two points of time at the household level was relatively active. The logistic regression models reported that the transition of consumption type varies depending on the life cycle, such as changes in marital status, birth and independence of children. These results provide the implication that it is necessary to consider from the perspective of the family life course how the transition between their consumption types occurs when the government establishes consumption policies and companies set marketing target groups.

  • In this paper, we study smart healthcare devices that enable active health care by building health care system with acquaintances or family members rather than single health care. The company develops health care services for families regardless of age and gender through intuitive UI design as a target for young users who serve elderly parents. Automated collection of health information and real-time feedback are available, and data can be aggregated and analyzed through repeaters. It can also utilize structured databases in the form of big data. The services offered can be used to prevent diseases and reduce medical expenses through health care, while automatic management can maximize users' convenience and increase demand. By reducing the development period of products that are based on this technology, reducing the development period of products and strengthening competitiveness, the company has the advantage of inducing generation-to-generation communication in an era when it is becoming a nuclear family.

  • General companies consider saving the information after enciphering as law. However, if the actual information is saved as enciphered, the decoding process must be conducted when the information is searched or edited in the ser ver. Therefore, process delay time occurs and is less efficient. This kind of work gives burden to the server, so the companies or managers handling the server do not save the information after enciphering. In this paper, the Networ k constructs and realizes an efficient security data management system that ensures safety and haste in operating u sing the homomorphic encryption technology, which collects information and decides quickly, and enables editing the encryption without a decoding process. To ensure the security of the embodied system, the existing encryption algo rithm can be used. Search method to use the keyword search. Additionally, by using a trapdoor, the keyword is not expose and it is changed whenever it is searched, and the formation of the keyword does not get exposed.

고밀도 나노선을 이용한 태양전지 구현 및 특성 분석

  • 기존의 태양전지 기술은 기술 장벽이 매우 낮고 대량 생산을 통한 단가 절감하는 구조를 가지고 있어 대규모 자본을 가진 후발 기업에게 잠식되기 쉽다. 그러나, III-V족 화합물 반도체를 이용한 집광형 고효율 태양전지는 기술 장벽이 매우 높은 기술 집약 산업이므로 독자적인 기술을 확보하게 되면 독점적인 시장을 확보 할 수 있어 미래 고부가 가치 산업으로 적합하다. 특히 III-V족 화합물 반도체 태양전지는 III족 원소(In, Ga, Al)와 V족 원소(As, P)의 조합으로 0.3 eV~2.5 eV까지 밴드갭을 가지는 다양한 박막 제조가 가능하여 다양한 흡수 대역을 가지는 태양전지 제조가 가능하기 때문에 다중 접합 태양전지 제작이 가능하다. 또한 III-V 화합물 반도체는 고온 특성이 우수하여 온도 안정성 및 신뢰성이 우수하고, 또한 집광 시 효율이 상승하는 특성이 있어 고배율 집광형 태양광 발전 시스템에 가장 적합하다. Si 태양전지의 경우 100배 이하의 집광에서 사용하나, III-V 화합물 반도체 태양전지의 경우 500~1000배 정도의 고집광이 가능하다. 이러한 특성으로 III-V 화합물 반도체 태양전지 모듈 가격을 낮출 수 있고, 따라서 Si 태양전지 시스템과 비교하여 발전 단가 면에서 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있다. III-V 화합물 반도체는 다양한 밴드갭 에너지를 가지는 박막 제조가 용이하고, 직접천이(direct bandgap) 구조를 가지고 있어 실리콘에 비해 광 흡수율이 높다. 또한 터널정션(tunnel junction)을 이용하면 광학적 손실과 전기적 소실을 최소화 하면서 다양한 밴드갭을 가지는 태양전지를 직렬 연결이 가능하여 한 번의 박막 증착 공정으로 넓은 흡수대역을 가지며 효율이 높은 다중접합 태양전지 제작이 가능하다. 이에 걸맞게 본연구에서는 화학기상증착장치(MOCVD)를 이용하여 InAsP 나노선을 코어 쉘 구조로 성장하여 태양전지를 제작하였다. P-type Dopant로는 Disilane (Si2H6)을 전구체로 사용하였다. 또한 Benzocyclobutene (BCB) 폴리머를 이용하여 Dielectric을 형성하였고 Sputtering 방법으로 증착한 ZnO을 투명 전극으로 사용하여 나노선 끝부분과 실리콘 기판에 메탈 전극을 형성하였다. 이를 통해 제작한 태양전지는 솔라시뮬레이터로 측정했을때 최고 7%에 달하는 변환효율을 나타내었다.
