The purpose of the research was to investigate the effects of the learning organization building activities on organization citizenship behavior(OCB) in business service companies providing the convergence service for the manufacturers and the moderating role of perceived organization support(POS) between the learning organization building activities and organization citizenship behavior. The data were collected from 327 employees of 31 business Service companies in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. Hierarchical regression technique was employed to analyze the collected data. The results showed that both of the seven learning organization building activities and POS had a positive effect on employees' OCB. Moreover, also found out the only one out of the seven learning organization building factors, namely 'Strategic Learning Leadership' had the moderate roles between learning organization building activities and OCB. Then, The results and implications of the study were discussed and the directions for future study were presented.

This study is designed with an intention to understand CSR story strategies that the corporates use, focusing on analyzing the method of composition of Hyundai Motor Company's CSR website stories. When analyzing based on interactivity, ease of use, newest, and informativity, interactive dialogue feature was mostly lacking. It is not the most up-to-date data and lacks the newest. However, as sharing information feature was presented, information spread quickly. When applying Greimas' Actantial Model into the 'CSR News' that conveys the news about corporate philanthropic activities, it turned out that the CSR strategies were authenticity, consistency and flexibility. When doing CSR storytelling, a corporate should not only use pre-existing executives and staff members but should use new icons including civic organizations and the youth if possible, and perform its role as a supporter. At the same time, a corporate must build strategical storytelling to the new values and engage in systematic corporate philanthropic activities that meets the need of the time period.

The leakage of sensitive information by an insider within the organization becomes a serious threat nowadays. Sometimes, these insider threats are more harmful to an organization than external attack. Companies cannot afford to continue ignoring the potential of insider attacks. The purpose of this study is to design an integrated log analysis system that can detect various types of information leakages. The system uses threat rules generated through risk analysis, and monitors every aspect of the online activities of authorized insider. Not only should system have the ability to identify abnormal behavior, they should also be able to predict and even help to prevent potential risk. The system is composed of three modules, which are log collector, log analyzer and report generator.

Organizational humor is generally perceived as a phenomenon that helps to develop happy feelings and positive workspace. While humor may affect organizational members in diverse ways, the ambiguous nature of humor may create uncertainty and unexpected outcomes. In particular, humor used by and between organizational members in diverse organizational situations (including physical office context and work hours) may influence individual's perception of space. Findings suggest that humor interaction acts as a form of deviant behavior that diverts from work. This momentary non-work event (humor) may serve as a ritual to influence individual's perception of space, from work to personal domain, and vice versa. The quality of interpersonal relationships between the communicators may also be influenced by humor. This shift in the nature of interaction (from work to non-work) may lead to blurring boundaries of work and work experiences. Therefore, organizational humor may provide insights into how workers interact, perceive, and manage work and personal space within organizational contexts.

내부자에 의한 위협이 증가됨에 따라, 기업 내 핵심기술이 유출되어 큰 피해가 발생하고 있다. 내부자들이 합법적인 권한을 통한 불법적인 정보유출을 시도하는 위험을 예측 관리하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 내부자들의 위험도를 평가하기 적합한 위험분석 방법론 ISMS-AIR(ISMS - Against Insider Risk)을 제안하였다. 내부자 위협의 정의와 위험도 평가를 위한 기존 위험분석 방법론들을 연구하였으며, 기존 자산 중심의 위험분석 방법론인 ISMS에 사용자 중심의 행위 모니터링을 강화하여 위험도 산출하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 사용자 행위에 따른 프로파일링 데이터와 이상징후 시나리오를 적용하여 내부자들의 위험도를 산출하고, 주요 모니터링 대상을 선정하여 내부자들의 불법적인 정보유출 시도행위를 모니터링 할 수 있다.

개방화 및 국제화의 물결과 함께 세계 경제계에서 지배적 지위를 차지하는 거대한 초국적 기업들의 수가 증가하게 되면서, 이들 기업이 환경 파괴, 노사문제, 개발도상국의 빈곤문제에 책임이 있다는 기업의 사회적 책임론(Corporate Social Responsibility: CSR)이 강조되고 있다. 우리나라에서의 CSR활동은 일부 기업에 의해서만 이루지고 있고 분식회계, 환경오염 및 외국인 근로자에 대한 차별대우 등과 같은 법률이나 윤리에 저촉되는 행위들이 거듭되고 있다. 따라서 우리나라 기업들의 CSR에 대한 인식과 활동은 미흡한 면이 있고 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다고 본다.

The private military company(PMC) or the private military industry may be one of the most important, but little understood developments in security studies to have taken place over the last decade. This new industry, where firms not only supply the goods of warfare, but rather fulfill many of the professional service functions, is not only significant to the defence community, but has wider ramifications for global politics and warfare. The private military industry emerged in the early 1990s. Its underlying cause was the confluence of three momentous dynamics - the end of the Cold War and the vacuum this produced in the market of security, transformations in the nature of warfare, and the normative rise of privatization. In order to introduce MPFs(Military Provider Firms) into Korea, where in principle private citizens are prohibited to own a gun, unlike the United States, a special law should be enacted which allows them to possess weapons and fight in combat. Therefore, the National Assembly of Korea has been submitting and discussing "the Act on the Prevention and Conduction of Practice of Piracy" since 2014.

In many enterprises, fraudulent activities and processes are widely prevalent. But, their employees would not report the illegal activities since they would be attacked by defensive and reactive retaliations in their enterprises. Against this backdrop, we design notification systems for whistle blowing. The design would certainly be useful for fraudulent process notification while using management information systems in the field of business. The fraudulent process notification is related to whistle blowing systems, methods, storage media, and so on. Also, we establish the whole architecture of fraudulent process notification with functional structure from the viewpoint of systems and whistle blower. The flow diagram of notification method is added.
