The Influence of the Corporation Association of Korean Buffet Restaurant on Relationship Quality and Brand Loyalty (모기업에 대한 기업연상이 한식뷔페레스토랑의 관계품질과 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed at examining the interrelationships among corporate association, Rrelationship quality, and brand loyalty in Korean buffet restaurants. In addition, this study examined the mediating effects of commitment and attidudinal loyalty. The findings of this study were found through the employong of SPSS 18.0 on a convenience sample of a total of 209 respondents. The results of this study are as follows. First, both corporate ability association and corporate social responsibility association exhibited a positive impact on trust and commitment. Second, trust and commitment positively influenced attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Third, commitment acted in a partial mediating role between trust and attitudinal loyalty, and attitudinal loyalty acted in a partial mediating role between commitment and behavioral loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine potential effects of region marketing activities on attraction of domestic or overseas business. In order to meet the goal, this study set a research model and hypotheses on the basis of preceding reference literatures and case studies. This study identifies management environment, life environment, marketability, investment supporting environment as the variables of investment decision and urban attitude. As a result, it was found that marketability and investment supporting environment had positive effects on urban attitudes and investment decision, and urban attitudes had positive effects on investment decision as well.

  • Until now, many researches related to Korean Wave were focused on China and Japan. So, this study extend a scope of research about Korean Wave to Uzbekistan. Especially, we focused on relationship of perception on Korean Wave, self-congruity, attitude on Korean entertainment products and attitude on Korean consumer products. In conclusion, the 6 hypotheses were all supported. It was verified that self-congruity and attitude on Korean entertainment products is the very important factor. That is to say, we find that these two factors have a mediating role between perception on Korean Wave and attitude on Korean consumer products. This study's results are can use to raise Korean wave storm in Uzbekistan. Also, companies can use to improve its sale through a our study's results.

  • 전자상거래는 통합적 정보체계 환경아래서 정부, 기업, 개인가넹 이루어지는 생사느 구매, 수소, 재무, 행정, 서비스 등의 상업적인 거래를 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 기업간의 거래인 'Business-to-Business', 기업과 개인간의 거래인 'Business-to-Customer', 그리고 개인과 개인간의 거래인 'Customer-to-Customer'의 거래중에서 인터넷을 통해 기업과 소비자가 상품과 서비스의 매매가 이루어지는 기업과 개인간의 거래인 'Business-to-Customer'거래라는 협의의 전자상거래 개념을 사용하였다. 전자상거래를 활성화하는데 있어서 작용하는 요인들에 관한 연구를 과거의 문헌연구들을 통해 관련요인을 찾아 체계적으로 분류, 정리하엿다. 그리고 이를 토대로 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 가장 기본적이고 중요한 독립변수로서 공급자 측면에서 네가지의 하위 요인(기술, 정보, 제품, 거래)을 가진 '서비스 품질(Service Quality)'과 고객 측면에서 네 가지의 하위 요인(구매습관, 생활양식, 전자상거래에 대한 지각, 인구통계적 요인)을 가진 '사용자 태도(Customer Atttitute)'를 선정함으로써 공급자와 소비자를 연결한 개념적인 모형을 제시하였다. 그리고 이러한 개념적인 서비스 품질가설과 사용자 측면에서 사용자 태도가설을 제시하였다.

  • This study is to make an empirical analysis of star marketing used as die means of sales promotion for Christmas cakes regardless of high advertising cos1s, by understanding the influence of attributes of celebrity advertising models for advertisements of bakery companies over die Christmas season on advertising attitude, corporation reputation and reliability which are recognized by consumers. The verification results were judged as important core elements for successful management in bakery industry. Since bakery brands are losing their differentiations in both functional and physical aspects, the study aimed to offer strategic suggestions to bakery industry. The result of study modelling were GFI=0.911, AGFI=0.887, NFI=0.935, CFI=0.979, RMR=.126 at the level of $x^2$=313.294(df-=218, p<0.001). First, model credibility and model attractiveness of advertising models bad a positive(+) influence on advertising attitude. Second, advertising attitude bad a positive(+) influence on corporation reputation and reliability. Third, corporate reputation also bad a positive(+) influence on corporate reliability.

A study of advertisement effect according to the context, news type, and advertisement type of social contribution activity article (사회공헌활동 기사 맥락과 뉴스형태 및 광고종류에 따른 광고효과)

  • This study tries to find the differences in attitude towards advertisement and corporate image according to the context of article in web contents, banner advertisement exposure and news type. The findings of this study are as follows. First, interaction effect between the context of Internet article on social contribution activity and attitude towards advertisement was confirmed. When the context of Internet article was negative, the news type that provides a photo with the article was more effective for the attitude towards advertisement. It is estimated that when a photo is provided with an Internet article for social contribution activity, the level of crowdedness increases and accordingly the negative context of the Internet article is cancelled out. Second, interaction effect between news type and advertisement type of social contribution activity article and attitude towards advertisement was confirmed. In the news type that provides a photo with an Internet article, corporate advertisement was more effective for attitude towards advertisement than product advertisement. Third, interaction effect between the news type of social contribution activity and corporate image according to advertisement type was confirmed. In the news type that provides a photo with an Internet article, product advertisement was more effective for corporate image than corporate advertisement.

  • The company strives constantly to prepare for the current crisis and uncertainty of the future and to strengthen its competitiveness. At times, it strives to strengthen its competitiveness through continuous innovation, as well as securing technological innovation and talented personnel. However, even if the company makes such a hard effort, the sustainable growth of the enterprise will not be guaranteed unless smooth communication and efforts among the internal resources are supported. The social responsibility of management and the attitude of labor-management relations are important factors for the smooth coordination of labor-management relations. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the relationship between manager 's social responsibility, labor relations attitude and job performance. The results of this study showed that the social responsibility of managers affects job satisfaction and job commitment. In addition, managers' attitudes toward labor relations have an effect on job satisfaction and job commitment. Also, job satisfaction has a positive effect on job commitment. The result of this study can be used as a practical application data for establishing new labor - management relations among the managers of the enterprise in the future.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of explicit and implicit product warranties on consumers' attitudes toward the products, and particularly, the main effects of product types and level of manufacturers' business ethics on the relationship between warranty types and consumers' attitudes. For this purpose, relevant literature was reviewed and thereupon, a survey was conducted for an empirical analysis. As a result of empirically analyzing the relationship between warranty types and consumers' attitudes and the main effects of the product types (search goods vs. experience goods) and level of business ethics (high vs. low) on the relationship, it was found that consumers' attitudes toward the products were more positive when the product warranty was explicit than when it was implicit, and that such relationship was stronger for experience goods than for search goods one. And, the relationship was stronger when the level of business ethics perceived was lower. However, such moderating effects were not significant for consumers' attitudes, but significant for their purchasing intention.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2008년 후반에 발생한 국제금융위기에 대응하여 조직 개편을 선택한 기업과 그 기업 내의 근로자들 실태 파악을 하는데 있다. 특히 기업구조조정 명목으로 단행된 해고를 모면한 근로자들 (생존자)의 상태를 그들이 지각하는 각 개인의 관리자에 대한 만족도와 그들의 직무관련태도인 직무만족, 조직적 몰입 그리고 이직 의도 간의 관계 관점에서 살피고자 한다. 관리자에 대한 만족도는 근로자들의 직무 관련 태도 변수와 관련되어 사회적 선행변수로 선택되었으며 직무관련태도는 결과변수로 선택하였다. 본 연구를 통해 생존자들의 조직 내 직무관련태도에 관한 이해를 높이는데 필요한 정보를 표출해내어 그들의 실태를 파악하는데 하나의 목적을 두었으며 그들의 관리자와의 사회적 관계가 그들에게 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이 또 하나의 목적이라 하겠다. 이상과 같은 관계 파악을 통해 얻은 정보로 관련기업이 단기적으로 성공적인 자립을 하여 장기적으로 경쟁력 있는 조직으로 성장할 수 있는 인적자원전략을 제공하는데 2차적인 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 이상과 같은 목적을 달성하고자 그 유의성이 증명된 현존하는 설문을 활용한 조사기법을 채택하여 실증연구를 하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 17.0과 LISREL 8.5을 사용하여 연구모형과 연구의 가설들을 검증하였다. 연구목적을 달성하고자 채택된 가설들은 기존의 문헌연구를 토대로 세워졌다. 연구대상은 태국 북부지역의 대표도시인 치앙마이 내 관광호텔 종사자들로서 외부적으로는 2008년 국제금융위기와 그에 따른 경제침체, 내부적으로는 극심한 정치적 사회적 불안에 의한 관광객의 급감소와 조직의 자구책으로 행해진 조직재구조 차원에서의 해고를 이겨낸 근로자들, 즉 생존자들이었다. 가설검증을 통해 입증된 연구결과에 의하면 1) 근로자들의 관리자에 대한 만족은 그들의 직무만족, 정서적 조직몰입과 지속적 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증됐다. 2) 근로자들의 관리자에 대한 만족은 그들의 이직의도에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 검증됐다. 3) 근로자들의 직무만족은 그들의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 4) 근로자들의 조직적 몰입과 이직의도 간의 관계에 있어서는 오직 경제적 성격의 지속적 조직몰입만 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 기존의 타 연구 결과와 기본적인 맥락은 같게 나왔으나 근로자들의 정서적인 면의 부재는 2008년 후반 당시의 독특한 태국의 사회적, 경제적 그리고 문화적 실태를 보여주는 것이 아닌 가 사료된다. 특히 근로자들이 그들의 직장과의 관계와 관련된 의사결정을 가치가 아닌 경제적인 요소에 의존한다는 결과 그리고 상관인 관리자가 이러한 태도에 전혀 영향력을 미치지 못한다는 결과는 전통적으로 감성적이며 집단주의적인 동양적 문화가 지배하리라고 예상했던 태국에서는 이례적인 결과였다. 그러나 관리자들이 그들의 직무만족 그리고 조직적 몰입에 영향을 주며 직무만족이 이직 의도에 영향을 미친다는 결과와 지속적 조직몰입이 이직의도에 영향을 미친다는 결과는 장기적으로 적극적인 관리자 교육을 통해 근로자들을 조직에 정서적으로도 올바르게 안착시키고 긍정적인 구성원으로 존재하면서 조직에 기여할 수 있는 그들의 역할을 기대할 수 있다고 볼 수도 있다. 이 점은 매우 중요한데 그 이유는 해고를 이겨낸 근로자들은 그 조직이 미래를 짊어지는 마지막 기대변수이기 때문이다.

  • The attitude of community members plays a key role for sponsorship response. Theory of identification is very important to understand the attitude of community members. Community identification can effect to behavior and attitude to sponsors of community members. This study examines antecedents of community identification and relations between community identification and sponsorship response. I found that sense of community effect to community identification and community loyalty. Satisfaction of need, membership, and emotional ties effect to community identification and community loyalty. But influence effect only to community loyalty. Community identification effect to community loyalty. And community loyalty effect to sponsorship response.
