The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of information system factors and organizational factors on procedural management performance in small and medium-sized venture companies in the Seoul metropolitan area. In the previous study was conducted mainly on large companies and general SMEs. In this study, the research was conducted considering the characteristics of SMEs. The results showed that system suitability, system quality, and IT assets had a positive effect on procedural management performance, and manager perception and human resource capacity had a positive effect on procedural management performance. But the evaluation and compensation did not have a positive effect on procedural management performance. The results of this study showed almost the same results as those of the previous studies. Venture firms have poor financial ability, technology, and organizational management ability than general SMEs. However, the introduction and diffusion factors of new information systems were not significantly different from those of general SMEs.

Companies must strengthen core competencies by concentrating resources to secure a competitive edge and operate efficient processes from a company-wide perspective. To this end, it is seeking to concentrate its capabilities and reduce costs by pooling non-essential tasks or facilities that require a lot of time and capital at a strategic level. Therefore, logistics companies should actively utilize logistics coorperate system in order to maximize the use of logistics resources according to the limitations of human resources, physical resources, and time. This study is an empirical analysis of the strategy of logistics companies and the impact of logistics coorperate on corporate performance, and a survey and analysis was conducted on domestic logistics companies. The results of the empirical analysis showed that the cost·relationship·information-oriented strategy of logistics has a positive(+) effect on the financial·operation·strategic performance indicators of companies through logistics coorperate. The results derived from this paper will be used as an important determining factor in establishing a logistics strategy and logistics coorperate to improve the performance of logistics companies and logistics service companies.

제주지역은 8,000여종의 생물종다양성 자원을 가진 생물유전자원의 보고로 알려져 있으며, 종다양성자원을 활용한 산업개발 잠재력이 크다고 평가 받고 있다. 특히 아열대 생물자원에 대한 산업개발 가치는 매우 높다 할 수 있다. 현재, 제주지역 생물산업 분야 연구인력은 430여명, 연간 학 석 박사 졸업생은 600여 명으로 전문인력 배출면에서 양적으로는 풍부한 상황이며, 도내 생물산업 관련 연구기관은 45개로 양적으로는 적은 편이 아니나 질적인 측면에서는 기술혁신역량이 다소 부족 형편이다. 도내 생물산업체는 250여 개로 대부분 저부가가치 농수산물 단순가공 및 식품가공업이나, 최근에 향장품산업체를 포함하는 중견기업이 유치되고 있다. 특히, 지방산업기술 혁신을 통한 지역 산업간 기술 격차를 완화하여 광역경제권 실현을 앞당기고 지역 균형발전 및 지역경제 활성화에 기여하기 위한 사업으로 제주의 다양한 생물자원을 활용한 건강 뷰티 생물산업을 지역 특화산업으로 육성하기 위해 산업화 소재를 발굴하고 기술개발을 전담하는 연구기관이 절실하게 필요함에 따라 국가균형발전 및 지역산업기술 고도화를 위한 지식경제부의 지자체연구소육성사업계획으로 제주생물종다양성연구소가 설립되었으며, 본 연구소에서는 생물자원 정보 구축, 보존 관리 체계 확립으로 생물주권을 확보하고 1, 3차산업 중심의 산업구조를 개선 및 기업 유치 보육을 통한 건강 뷰티 생물산업 육성을 목표로 고용창출 및 균형발전에 이바지 하고 있다. 현재, 제주생물종다양성연구소는 (재)제주테크노파크 부설연구소로 통합 운영 중에 있으며, 제주 향토생물자원 산업화 거점 연구기관으로서 제주자생식물 및 잉여 농수산물을 활용한 기능성 제품 개발 지원, 향토생물자원 발굴 및 고부가가치 산업 소재화 기술개발을 통해 향토산업 육성 등 지역 경제발전에 이바지하고 있다. 이에 본 연구소에서 수행 중인 제주 특산 향토자원을 이용한 산업화 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

This study tests four hypotheses on management performance of environment-friendly firms. The hypotheses are that i) environment-friendly firms are lower management performance than general firms, ii) high cost environment-friendly firms are lower management performance than lower cost ones, small and medium environment-friendly firms lower management performance than large ones, and long-term environment-friendly firms higher management performance than short-term ones. The major findings are that the first hypothesis is not supported at the 5% significance level and the second one is also not supported at the 10% significance level. The third one is supported in terms of stability since large firms are more stable small and medium ones at the 5% significance level. The last one is not supported since short-term environment-friendly firms are more stable than long-term ones in the 10% significance level.

본 연구는 급속한 기술변화와 경쟁심화에 의해 생산체계의 분화가 촉진되고 있는 컴퓨터산업을 사례로 기업간 네트워크의 형성실상과 요인을 분석하였다. 네트워크는 거래원리와 기업간 관계의 측면에서 정의되었으며 하청과 협력네트워크로 구분하였다. 설문조사 결과에 의하면, 하청네트워크는 약 75%, 협력네트워크는 약 85%의 기업이 참여하고 있어 어떤 형태로든 상당수의 기업이 네트워크를 형성하고 있다. 협력네트워크는 물론 하청네트워크도 거래기업간 보완성과 전문성에 의해 지속적인 거래관계로 형성되고 있다. 이것은 기업간 네트워크가 다층화된 생산체계에서 외부기업의 자원을 이용하여 경쟁력을 강화하는 기업전략임을 의미한다. 따라서 기업간 네트워크는 세계화-지방화 시대의 경제공간구조의 변화를 살펴볼 수 있는 중요한 지표가 될 수 있다.

The purpose of this work is to explore the role of international entrepreneurship(IE) in explaining internationalization process of Korean ventures and to structure the model of IE with the logics of effectuation. The internationalization of entrepreneurial company is regarded as the realization of entrepreneurship which find out and use opportunities across borders in this point of view, and the realization process gets more realistic and applicable to the internationalization of ventures by effectuation. So we constructed the new concepts of the generating-internationalization-outcome capability(GIOC), which is the effectual capability allowing ventures to go international despite their lack of internal resources and experiences. Its sub-capabilities of GIOC are extemporaneous coping capability, perform-resource-in-hand capability and network-use capability. The empirical analyses of the relations among the capabilities and the performances of internationalization are performed in order to prove the rationale of the model, which provides finally significant evidences of the relationships. The key contribution of this study is that it highlights the important role of IE in internationalization of ventures and shows the possible role of effectuation in explaining the realization process of IE.

Recent logistics environment is changing rapidly. A wide variety of customer requirements, IT skills development and the globalization of enterprise management is a major factor. In particular, Logistics cost savings is an important factor in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. As a result, companies gain competitive advantage for logistics distributed within the organization to manage resources efficiently integrate ERP enterprise resource management program, a new tool for companies to be competitive, attention was given. In this paper, work orders, purchasing, production management and quality management to provide a systematic and efficient logistics of ERP implementation strategy is proposed.

현대글로비스는 현대자동차 그룹 계열 종합물류유통기업으로 첨단 정보시스템과 선진 물류기술을 활용해 국내 국제물류, 해상운송, 물류컨설팅 등의 업무를 수행하는 전문업체이다. 또한 최근에는 물류는 물론 유통, 자원개발 및 자원순환을 활용한 친환경 경영 인프라를 구축해나가고 있다. 이번에 소개되는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 현대글로비스의 핵심 사업이라 할 수 있는 해외공장 자동차 조립생산용 부품(KD: KNOCK DOWN) 공급사업을 전문으로 하는 사업장이다. 2004년 11월 현대자동차 아산공장 인근 인주지방산업단지 내에 준공된 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 임직원 50명과 협력사 인원 300명 등 총 350영의 인력을 갖추고 KD사업의 본산지로 자리매김해 나가고 있다. 실제로 이곳 센터는 발주에서 포장, 운송은 물론 현지에서의 내륙운송 및 보관 등 KD물류에 대한 종합서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이처럼 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 자동차조립생산용 부품을 국내외 협력사로부터 조달해 전 세계로 운송 판매하고 있는 만큼 근로자의 안전보건이 기업경영의 초석이 되고 있다. 여기에 더해 세계 자동차산업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 부품 물류산업을 선도하는 기업인만큼 이곳의 안전관리는 전국 안전인들의 남다른 관심을 받고 있다. 근로자의 안전보건을 밑바탕으로 글로벌 물류기업으로 비상하고 있는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터 찾아가봤다.

본 연구는 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 관련 선행연구를 조사분석한 연구이다. 국내외 중소기업의 글로벌혁신역량에 관한 선행연구를 광범위하게 조사한 후 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 잠재변수를 선정한다. 각 잠재변수별로 유의적으로 판명된 지표를 분석하여 기업내부역량 중 글로벌혁신역량에 중요한 요인인 CEO역량, 기술역량, 마케팅역량, 생산역량, 인적자원역량, 재무역량, 네트워크역량으로 재분류한다. 향후 잠재변수사이의 상관관계를 분석하여 상호교호작용효과를 배제한 잠재변수별 순효과(net effect)를 분석하고자 한다.

현재 많은 기업들은 수년에 걸쳐 많은 자원과 시간을 투자하여 JAVA, CORBA, COM 등을 이용해 기업시스템을 개발 해왔다. 이렇게 많은 기업들이 서로 다른 분산 컴퓨팅 기술을 가지고 개발해온 기업 시스템의 통합이 절실히 필요하게 되었다. SOAP은 JAVA, CORBA, COM 등의 분산 객체 기술에 구애받지 않는 프로토콜이며, 심지어 이들 분산 객체 기술을 전혀 사용하지 않는 애플리케이션도 SOAP을 통해 원격 프로시져 호출이나 데이터 전송을 수행할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 SOAP의 특징을 이용한 클라이언트/서버간 메시지 전송 시스템을 구현하였다.
