The purpose of this study is to establish the Balanced Score Card for 'I Company' which is a small and medium sized manufacturing company in Busan City. It is suitable for SMEs and suitable for the management environment. The study was intended to contain the detailed needs of managers and employees when developing the performance measurement system. It also allowed other SMEs to benchmark through this study. We also proposed a solution to the problems after BSC construction. In addition, BSC has been developed for the purpose of shifting business strategy from RDS to SSS in accordance with changes in the demand market environment. Strategy Maps were divided into the whole company level and each team level. You can look at strategic goals, core success factors, and key performance indicators at each glance. Finally, we developed a smart performance evaluation system that can easily calculate the score, strategic goal, key success factor, weight of key performance indicators, target score, performance, and achievement rate by creating a smart chart. Have significance.

This study has provided the answer which construction companies to make complete competitive factors for sustainable growth in construction industry with to 21C environment changes. So the purpose of study is to provide a guideline for establishing the strategy of existence and growth. In order to carry out this purpose of study, above all after has been reviewed Quality Management by considering the characteristics of construction companies, TQM(Total Quality Management) component and business performance, the study has been made a close inquiry in causal relationship between TQM component(leadership, education.training, participation) and business performance(quality) in construction industry. The result of the study can be summarized as follows: First, a test was conducted to whether TQM component(participation) has a significantly positive effect on business performance(quality). Second, it was found that there was a positive casual relationship between each of the TQM factors and business performance(quality). TQM factors had great influences on the business performance of construction companies. So construction companies needed to make continuous efforts to enhance the business performance through TQM approach.

경영환경의 급속한 변화와 정보시스템의 발달로 인해 기업은 경쟁력 강화를 위해 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 하고 있다. 최근에는 국내외 많은 기업들이 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)를 이미 도입하였거나 또는 도입할 예정으로 있다. 2) 이러한 ERP시스템이 이전에는 대형 기업을 중심으로 한 시스템 구축이 주류를 이루고 있었다. 하지만 최근에는 국내 ERP업체들의 활성화로 인해 독자적인 ERP패키지의 개발로 중소기업을 위한 ERP구축 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 이렇게 기업 경쟁력을 제고시키는 수단으로 각광을 받고 있는 ERP 시스템은 제조, 물류, 유통, 인사/회계 관리 등의 업무프로세스를 정보기술로 구현한 대형기술로 제조기업의 모든 기능을 망라한 전사적인 통합솔루션으로서 단순히 정보 기술차원의 접근 방법이 아닌 정보기술과 비즈니스의 조화를 이루려는 경영 전략 차원의 접근 방법이다. 3) 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 성공적인 구축 경험을 바탕으로 I기업(중소기업)을 대상으로 ERP 구축 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 먼저 I기업의 정보화 수준 측정을 통해 ERP 구축 전 기업의 경영환경과 정보시스템 활용도 및 사용자 만족도를 파악하고, ERP 시스템을 도입하게 된 배경과 구축 과정 및 결과와 기대 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 마지막으로, ERP시스템 구현의 성공적인 요인들을 찾아내어 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하려 한다.

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises are the backbones of the national economy in production and employment. Information technology can contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs. This study aims to organize the comprehensive review of existing literature on the information technology adoption and success determinants in SMEs by comparing Korean domestic and aborad studies. The results show that domestic studies tend to be more quantitative research than the research aborad. Technology-Organization-Environment framework has been the most frequently deployed framework, and CEO support and user satisfaction factors are most frequently used in the adoption and success factors. With these findings we hope the future study should adopt more various theories and qualitative research methodologies.

This paper presents a case study on BSC(Balanced Scorecard) system development of Korea Post as a Korean public firm. BSC models of public or private sector are generally developed in different types due to their different strategic goals. Korea Post as a government firm has dual characteristics of BSC similar to both public and private sector. This firm has the organizational type of public firms, not private firms. To date many government subsidiary organizations have already introduced BSC or are trying to introduce BSC, but have difficulty in developing BSC successfully because of insufficient understanding of BSC. Based on a case study of Korea Post, this study analyzed key success and failure factors and suggested prospects on BSC system development of public firms.

많은 기업의 정보화 프로젝트가 계획된 예산과 기한 내에 완수하지 못하고, 폐지되거나 당초 예상된 성과를 달성하지 못하고 있다. 정보화 프로젝트의 성공 확률을 높이기 위해서는 프로젝트 실패의 원인이 될 수 있는 잠재된 위험을 식별하고, 식별된 위험요인을 체계적이며, 지속적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보화 사업 중 시스템통합 사업에서 발생할 수 있는 위험요인을 체계적으로 분류하고 관리 할 수 있는 기반을 제안하고자 한다. 위험관리 프레임워크는 이해당사자들의 관점을 중심으로 위험요인을 체계적으로 분류하고, 위험요인을 점검할 수 있는 체크리스트를 제공함으로써 각 이해당사자들의 요구에 맞게 SI 프로젝트의 위험에 대응하여 정보화 프로젝트의 성공 확률을 높이는 데 이바지 할 수 있다.

최근 국내 경제의 구조적 전환에 대한 필요성이 증대됨에 따라 기술집약적인 산업에 관심이 모아지고 있으며 이러한 관심은 주로 기술개발과 혁신을 통해 고수익을 달성하려는 벤처기업에 집중되어져 왔다. 특히 인터넷 비즈니스분야의 벤처인 경우 기존 산업이 지니고 있던 산업구조, 기업유형 및 수익원천과는 구별되는 특징을 지니고 있기에 기업의 성장성과 수익성을 예측하고 미래가치를 판단하는데 있어 새로운 투자평가 패러다임이 요구된다. 국내의 경우 최근 들어 벤처성과와 관련된 연구들이 진행되고는 있으나 주로 사례연구 방식으로 벤처기업을 대상으로 한 주요성공요인, 성과 영향요인, 자금조달 및 육성지원정책 등 탐색적 연구에서 벗어나지 못하고 있으며 실제 벤처투자자의 입장에서의 연구는 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 벤처투자가를 대상으로 투자고려요인과 성과요인을 추출하고 두 요인간의 관련성을 파악함으로써 투자성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 제시하고 이를 투자자유형, 성장단계, 투자시기, 사업유형, 벤처전략별로 분석하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이를 통해 인터넷 비즈니스분야의 벤처기업에게는 각 기업별 특성에 따른 관리 요인과 벤처투자가에게는 투자의사 결정시 도움을 줄 수 있는 투자지침을 제시한다.

Recently, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems are widely used. Many organizations exchange the documents by using EDI, and EDI is used in various industries such as physical distribution, export and import business, custom, and medical care. However, there have been little attempt to empirically investigate the success factors of EDI system. In this paper, we identify the influencing factors which determine the success of typical information system and then suggest the additional factors characterized to the EDI system. Our research model, mainly based on the system success model, is tested by analyzing the empirical data acquired from the companies in the medical industry. As a result, the system quality, information quality, service quality, and the perceived sacrifice turned out to be significant to the success of EDI system while data security does not. The result of this research is likely to help providing useful guidelines for the successful EDI implementations.

본 논문은 중소기업의 ERP 도입에 있어서 성공과 실패를 결정짓는 핵심요소들 중에서 시스템 변화관리의 중요성을 파악하기 위해서 조직요인, 외부환경요인, 시스템 변화요인 그리고 ERP의 성과 간에 구조적인 모형을 설계하고 연구를 하고 있다. 연구는 현재 연구의 모형이 설계되어 설문지 회수가 완료되어 기초적인 분석이 완료된 상태이며, AMOS를 사용하여 분석을 시작 하였다. 연구의 결과가 나오면 학문적인 측면과 실제적인 측면에서 몇 가지의 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
