With the increase in the trade volume between countries, the market of freight forwarders industry has been gradually growing. However, not only in Korea, with the number of global freight forwarders increasing, global competition has been increasingly fierce, and domestic freight forwarders are facing enormous challenges, therefore, the relevant policy sectors have carried out a series of supportive policies, while academics have conducted various researches. But most of them have focused on the current situation or the business model, and they could not get feedback on government support policies from enterprises. Using the AHP analysis, this study decided the priority of the government's ongoing supporting policies, compared the cognitive differences among of the companies of 3 different sizes, which was further verified using t-test. Then we compared the government support policies with the actual expectations of the companies to see if they matched on the basis of the previous results of this study, in order to help to strengthen the competitiveness of our freight forwarding industry.

1992년 12월부터 일정규모 이상의 건물에 대한 절전설비의 설치 의무화가 시행되면서 국내에서의 빙축열시스템 보급이 크게 확대될 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 현재 국내에 도입되어 설치되는 빙축열시스템은 외국으로부터의 기술도입이나 완제품으로 수입되는 제품들이 대부분이며 빙축열시스템 사업에 참여하고자 하는 기업들 역시 수입을 검토하고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 열적성능이 뛰어나고 시스템의 효율적인 운용이 가능하며 경제적으로 우위에 있는 빙축열시스템을 국산화 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하리라 사료된다. 이러한 필요성에 의하여 본 연구원의 냉동공조연구팀은 포접화합물과 공융염을 이용한 두가지의 새로운 빙축열시스템을 개발하였으며, 열적 성능이 뛰어나 원활한 전력에너지 수급과 수입 대체 및 수출을 통한 기업의 국제 경쟁력 향상을 꾀할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

최근 국제물류관리는 세계화기업의 초국가적 글로벌 경영활동과 고객욕구의 다양화로 인해 기업경영에 있어 중요한 요인으로 대두되고 있다. 특히 물류관리에 있어서 항만은 주요 지역거점 물류체계의 구축과 국제물류관리의 집중화 및 통합화로 인해 공급사슬체인 상에서의 기능 및 역할의 변화가 요구되어 지고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구는 지속적인 국제물류환경 변화와 해운환경 변화로 인해 새로이 요구되는 중심항만의 기능과 역할을 분석하고, 항만경영환경 변화에 성공적으로 대처하고 있는 싱가폴항만의 대응전략을 연구·분석하고자 한다. 또한 부산항과 싱가폴항의 비교분석을 토대로 부산항이 21세기 항만경영환경변화에 대한 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, the electronic commerce(EC), driven by the development of Internet, has been one of the most important interests. Physical distribution in EC is one of the most important factors. Logistics will be one of the most important industries in the 21st century. Logistics, especially in related to EC presents enormous potential opportunities for logistics Companies. However, logistics companies in Korea still don't have international competitive and effective strategies for customer in compare with leading international logistics companies. So it is needed to study development strategies of logistics companies in Korea against leading international logistics companies. Logistics companies in Korea is able to learn from practical experience of logistics companies in developed country by benchmarking studies. 과학기술이 더 가까워질 미래사회로 갈수록 전력은 신규수요와 대체수요의 증가로 지금보다 많은 량의 공급을 요구할 것이다. 이 때문에 환경문제에 있어 전력산업의 영향이 커지고, 이로 인해 전력의 청정공급 체계 구축은 국제규범의 수립과 함께 국민복지나 환경보존의 차원에서 필연적이다. 따라서 LCA는 청정생산을 위한 분석능력을 갖추고, 이를 바탕으로 점차 완전한 민영화 상태에서 경쟁구도로 이어질 전력산업 참여자들의 기업가치 극대화에 기여할 필요성이 대두된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 LCA의 역할 확산 경로를 거시적으로는 국제규범과 소비자 만족 그리고 미시적으로는 기업의 가치 극대화와 환경경영체제 수립이라는 측면에서 이루어져야 할 것으로 제시하였다.

국제교역량 증가에 따라 국제물류현장 또한 점차 고도화 되어 가고 있다. 현재의 교육과정은 산업현장에서 요구되는 역량을 갖춘 인재를 육성하기에는 한계점이 있다고 평가된다. 다수의 선행연구 및 전문가 자문을 바탕으로 국제물류인력의 기능을 정의하고 직무를 분석하였다. 포워더를 비롯한 국제물류인력에게 물류기획, 물류영업, 물류운영, 물류정보시스템 등의 핵심역량이 요구되지만 업종별, 경력별, 근무지별, 기업규모별로 우선순위에 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

This paper explores the impacts of ownership structure on performance of listed firms in China using 1994-2002 data. Using a new ownership classification scheme, this paper analyzes the impact of three factors, the ownership identity, equity ownership by the controlling shareholder, and equity ownership by the minority shareholders, on the performance of firms. Panel regression analysis shows that the firms controlled by the government are outperformed by firms controlled by private owners, supporting the hypothesis that the state pursues political objectives such as excess employment rather than profit maximization or the hypothesis that political interference by the Party or government may cause high political costs. Regression results also show that higher equity ownership by the controlling shareholder improves firm performance in private controlled firms and partially in marketized corporate controlled firms. The results also show that higher equity ownership by relatively large shareholders (from top 2 to top 10 shareholders) leads to better performance in marketized corporate controlled firms and partially in private controlled firms.

최근 우리나라 제조업체는 국제화, 개방화, 소비자 욕구의 다양화, 제품 라이프 사이클 단축 등에 직면하여 제품 개발기간 단축, 품질향상, 제조원가 절감을 위한 혁신적 개념의 관리기법이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 외 많은 기업들이 제품 개발 프로세스를 혁신하기 위해 도입 중인 동시공학에 대한 내용을 연구 개발 부분의 사례를 들어 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날 우리나라 기업들이 정부가 경제운용방식을 민간주도의 경제운용방식으로 전환하겠다는 정부시책에 따라 총합적품질관리(TQC)를 정착화하여, 기업의 재무구조를 개선하고, 생산성 및 품질향상을 통하여 국제경쟁에 이기기 위하여, 전국적으로 TQC 정착화운동을 활발히 전개하고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. TQC의 진수를 이루고 있는 것이 통계적품질관리(SQC)이므로 통계적방법의 공업에의 응용면을 찾아보는 것은 SQC 기법의 활용도를 찾아보는 것과 동일하다고 본다. 공업통계의 활용은 생산성향상과 공산품의 품질향상에 직결되므로 차제에 우리나라 기업이 어느 정도 통계교육을 받고 있고, 어느 정도 활용하고 있나를 파악한 후, 그것을 분석하고, 개선대책을 내놓는다면 커다란 의의가 있다고 생각되나, 필자의 제한된 경험과 제한된 자료, 제한된 시간 관계상, 그렇게하지 못함을 송구스럽게 생각한다. 본논문은 필자의 한국공업표준협회의 품질관리교육, 품질관리대상심사, 품질관리분임조경쟁대회심사 등을 통한 제한된 경험과 자료를 가지고, 한국공업통계이용현황에 관하여 기술한 것이다. 첫째로 우리나라 기업의 공업통계교육현황을 살펴보고, 둘째로 우리나라 기업이 공업통계를 제품의 개발단계에서 생산단계, 판매단계에 이르기까지 어떻게 활용하고 있는지 그 정도를 살펴보고, 셋째로는 앞으로의 우리나라 기업의 공업통계활용활성화방안에 대하여 필자 나름대로의 의견을 진술하고자 한다.
