The importance of coaching leadership has been highlighted to enhance creativity and competence of human resources in convergence environment. This paper was validated through a structural relationships model, the impact of coaching leadership on behavioral dimensions of organizational effectiveness by focusing on mediating role of job characteristics. Coaching leadership activities showed a significant positive effect on job characteristics and turnover intentions. Job characteristics appear to have a mediating effect on the relationship between coaching leadership and organizational effectiveness, especially the coaching leadership itself not necessarily to improve organizational citizenship behavior, can increase organizational citizenship behavior when formed into a positive awareness of the job characteristics of organizational members.

This study analyzes the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities on financial performances using Bayesian Network. The research tries to overcome the issues of the uniform assumption of a linear function between financial performance and CSR activities in multiple regression analysis widely used in previous studies. It is required to infer a causal relationship between activities of CSR which have an impact on the financial performances. Identifying the relationship would empower the firms to improve their financial performance by informing the decision makers about the different CSR activities that influence the financial performance of the firms. This research proposes General Bayesian Network (GBN) and presents Markov Blanket induced from GBN. It is empirically demonstrated that all the proposals presented in this study are statistically significant by the results of the research conducted by Korean Economic Justice Institute (KEJI) under Citizen's Coalition for Economic Justice (CCEJ) which investigated approximately 200 companies in Korea based on Korean Economic Justice Institute Index (KEJI index) from 2005 to 2011. The Bayesian Network to effectively infer the properties affecting financial performances through the probabilistic causal relationship. Moreover, I found that there is a causal relationship among CSR activities variable; that is Environment protection is related to Customer protection, Employee satisfaction, and firm size; Soundness is related to Total CSR Evaluation Score, Debt-Assets Ratio. Though the what-if analysis, I suggest to the sensitive factor among the explanatory variables.

The purpose of this is to understand critical roles of contact employees' organization citizenship behaviors (OCBs) in customers' evaluation of service quality. This paper examines the relationship of employees' OCBs with job satisfaction, trust in manager, and customer's perceived service quality in deluxe hotel. The empirical results show that contact employee' job satisfaction and trust in manager are significantly related to OCB and that their active engagement in OCB has a positive relationship with the perception of service quality. Although there exists a significant common method factor possibly influencing the strength of the relationship, this factor did not affect the overall pattern of significant relationship. Another notable finding indicates that, unlike a global OCB measure, path estimates in the relationship of job satisfaction and trust to OCB variable are not similar and suggests that the multiple facets of OCBs provide more detailed information than a global OCB.

인터넷 웹사이트를 통한 개인정보의 대량 유통, 상품배송기관을 통한 개인정보의 유출, 명의도용, 신용정보유출 등의 정보프라이버시 침해의 사례가 많이 발표되면서, 개인정보의 적절한 이용과 정보 프라이버시(Information Privacy)의 보호에 대한 관심이 날로 높아져가고 있다. 이러한 사회 현상과 시민의 관심을 반영하여 개인정보 보호를 위한 다양한 법률과 제도가 최근에 검토되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 이름, 전화번호, 주소, 전자우편주소 등 비교적 민감하지 않은 개인정보를 기업의 마케팅이나 홍보에 이용하는 경우의 좁은 의미에서의 개인정보 보호에 초점을 맞추었다. 이러한 개인정보 및 개인정보서비스 와 관련된 법률, 정책 및 제도를 정보의 생성과 이용의 흐름 및 경제주체를 중심으로 적절한 정보의 이용이 보장 되면서 개인의 정보프라이버시가 보호될 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 방법을 체계적으로 검토하였다. 해외의 개인정보서비스 산업의 사례 조사를 통하여 향후 우리나라에서 개인정보서비스산업이 활성화되었을 때 개인의 만족증대, 실질적인 정보보호 수준의 향상, 고용창출, 기업활동의 효율화, 관련기업의 국제경쟁력 고양 등의 기대효과가 있음을 보였다. 또한, 개인정보의 적절한 이용과 보호, 그리고 정보서비스산업의 활성화를 위하여 관련 법률의 제정 및 개정, 정보보호 제도의 개발 및 효과적 운영, 장기적 정보서비스 산업 활성화 정책 수립과 단계적 추진, 활성화를 위한 정부 및 민간 재원 확보, 사회적 공감대 형성, 지속적인 연구 등을 제안한다.

Many leading companies provide family-friendly policies for a good work-family balance and to increase the productivity of their workers. The workers receive such benefits as family leaves or financial support for caring for their dependents. But the employees need much more support than these benefits to properly care for their families. This study examines the role of the companies in the expansion of family-friendly policies to the community. A few companies see community relations-such as investing in community programs-as linked to work-family policies. Accordingly, this study suggests the best practices and alternatives of many companies. This study also examines the role and perspectives of the Family-Friendly Support Center as an organization that can lead the community involvement of the business. This center can promote the company's collaboration and network of stakeholders.

최근 사회구조의 복잡화, 산업구조의 다변화, 기후변화 등에 의해 자연재해 및 산업재해, 도시재난이 급증하고, 그 규모 또한 대형화하고 있다. 이로 인해 에너지, 통신, 교통, 금융 등 공공 인프라의 피해가 급증하면서 작은 재해도 큰 재난으로 변하는 예가 늘어나고 있다. 한편 현대사회에 대한 IT의 관여도가 급속도로 늘어나면서 IT 서비스의 궁극적인 형태이자, 모든 산업을 수용하는 개념의 플랫폼(Platform)이 IT를 넘어서 글로벌 사회의 절대적 지배자로 등장했다. 또한 전 세계 유저들의 관점에서 보면 개개인들이 손에 든 스마트폰이 생활의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 소통, 정보, 쇼핑, 제보, 오락 등 모든 활동의 수단으로 절대적 가치를 창출하고 있다. 이는 스마트폰이 가진 스마트 데이터 생산 및 공유 기능에서 비롯된다. 이처럼 스마트 데이터를 기반으로 한 IT플랫폼이 중요한 위치를 점하지만, 아직 재난관리 분야에서 이를 본격적으로 도입, 활용하지 못하고 있다는 점은 큰 문제이다. 국내의 사정을 보면 다행히 벤처기업들을 중심으로 이 같은 플랫폼 구축 움직임이 시작되었으며, 여기에 활용될 데이터 자원을 창출할 수 있는 솔루션 및 특허기술들 역시 속속 등장하고 있다. 시민들이 재난현장을 스마트폰으로 실시간 공유하면 이 스마트 데이터들이 이미지 및 음향정보, 위치기반(GPS)정보, 시각정보, 3D정보, 빅데이터 정보, 센서정보 등으로 분류되어 플랫폼 안에서 인공지능(AI) 딥러닝 방식에 의해 분석되고, 이를 즉시 재난당국 및 시민들에게 재난긴급문자 등 자동으로 경보로 전해주는 것이 이 플랫폼의 핵심 기능이다. 몇몇 벤처기업이 보유한 특허기술을 기반으로 공공자본이 투입되어 이러한 플랫폼이 구축될 경우 국내 재난관리 수준의 획기적 발전은 물론 전 세계를 시장으로 한 플랫폼 수출 또는 글로벌 재난정보 수집능력에서도 엄청난 힘을 발휘할 것으로 기대된다.

This study examined the analysis of the present condition, structure of fundraising activities, the effect of resource development and strategy for nonprofit social service organizations. This study investigated the fundraising and resource development activities of 356 non-profit organizations and community welfare centers nationwide. The results showed that a period of foundation of non-profit organization and community welfare center in Korea, was 10~14 years and organized with 13~19 workers. The community welfare centers were well prepared for the internal environment for resource development system such as workers, department, management for sponsors and computer program, while others were not prepared. Their recognition for the importance of fundraising activities was higher than the satisfaction of actual condition. The non-profit organization needs management sponsors, planning, public relations, fundraising skills and preparation proposal as the theme of education for fundraising activities. Their plans of the fundraising activity were events, proposal application, fundraising focus on companies, cause-related marketing. The non-profit organization complained of the difficulty about insufficiency manpower and skills of fundraising, external resource development and a budgetary deficit.

대량살상무기의 확산을 근본적으로 차단하기 위한 경제 제재의 활용은 1990년대에 들어서 새로운 차원으로 전개됨. 이전시기까지 제정된 법규들은 특정한 핵확산 활동에 관여한 국가들에 대한 외국원조의 중단을 요구하였으며, 해당 국가들이 관련 조약 및 국제협약상의 목표를 준수하게끔 하나의 가능한 메커니즘으로서 제재 방안들을 규정함. 1990년에 들어서서 미 의회는 미사일 확산에 관련되어 무역제재를 위한 명확한 지침을 입법화함. 1990년에 들어서 무기수출통제법(Arms Export Control Act)과 1979년 수출관리법 (Export Adminstration Act of 1979)에 미사일기술통제레짐의 부속서(MTCR Annex)에 등재된 품목이나 기술을 거래하는데 관여한 미국 시민 또는 외국인에 대해 미 대통령이 규제를 부과한다는 점이 필수사항으로 첨가됨. 이어서 미 의회는 광범위한 형태의 법률을 통해 생ㆍ화학무기 및 핵무기의 확산에 기여하는 국가들에 대해 경제제재를 가할 것을 입법화함. 본 보고서에서는 미국내 비확산 규정을 위반한 국가, 기업 또는 개인들에 대해 일종의 경제제재를 부과하는 것을 요구하거나 승인하는 법규들을 간략히 서술하고 있음. 다음에 열거하는 각각의 규정에는 제재 부과의 이유, 제재 기간에 관련된 정보를 포함하여, 미 대통령이 제재 부과를 연기, 중단 및 포기할 수 있는 권한의 구체적 내용들을 서술함.

This study examined the importance of social contribution through the existing research data on social contribution and the progress of social contribution activities of public institutions in Wonju Innovation City. The social contribution activities of nine organizations out of 14 public institutions were analyzed in detail and suggested the right direction of social contribution activities of public institutions based on this analysis. First, recent trends are being developed to cooperate with local communities through public interest activities rather than simple donations or sponsored forms of social contribution. Second, the synergy effect was maximized by systematically approaching local communities rather than a one-time, one-off social contribution. Third, it should contribute to the revitalization of the local economy in the mid- and long-term by creating a social economy in cooperation with local civil society rather than a one-sided social contribution.
