Effect of Social Media PR Marketing on Corporate Brand Expansion (소셜미디어 홍보마케팅이 기업브랜드 확장에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, how social media PR marketing affect corporate brand expansion was studied. this study consist of 5 chapters; needs and purposes in 1st, concept& characteristics, development processes, needs of social media and merits&demerits as marketing tool in 2nd. concept& characteristics and merits&demerits of corporate brand expansion in 3rd. examples of social media marketing in domestic&foreign and current statuses in 4th. In final, conclusion of the effect of social media PR marketing on corporate brand expansion were presented in each chapter.

An Empirical Study on Factors Affecting Organizational Survival of Entertainment Corporations (조직생존요인에 관한 실증분석 : 엔터테인먼트 기업을 대상으로)

  • Korea's entertainment industry laid its foundation in the early 2000s when global popularity of South Korean soap operas increased in Japan. K-pop has been recently leading the popularity in China. However, many Korean entertainment businesses are dying out. This study reviews factors influencing business survival for 42 chosen corporations listed in the Korea Stock Exchange based on organizational ecology. When all of the variables are analyzed at the same time, long period of public offering and high wages and global sales ratio positively affect business survival. When the individual variables are separately analyzed, long period of public offering and CEO incumbency and high wages and global sales ratio positively affect business survival. Meanwhile, size of businesses do not affect the survival. The results of this study imply that policies to help businesses list an entertainment corporation in the Korea Stock Exchange, increase sales and reciprocity with other culture are needed. Laws and institutions for evaluating intangible asset value should be improved. The results also suggest that a corporation should carefully consider change of CEO and make the best use of the popularity of Korean culture to increase global sales and pay competitive wages to attract professionals.

  • This study has provided the answer which construction companies to make complete competitive factors for sustainable growth in construction industry with to 21C environment changes. So the purpose of study is to provide a guideline for establishing the strategy of existence and growth. In order to carry out this purpose of study, above all after has been reviewed Quality Management by considering the characteristics of construction companies, TQM(Total Quality Management) component and business performance, the study has been made a close inquiry in causal relationship between TQM component(leadership, education.training, participation) and business performance(quality) in construction industry. The result of the study can be summarized as follows: First, a test was conducted to whether TQM component(participation) has a significantly positive effect on business performance(quality). Second, it was found that there was a positive casual relationship between each of the TQM factors and business performance(quality). TQM factors had great influences on the business performance of construction companies. So construction companies needed to make continuous efforts to enhance the business performance through TQM approach.

  • 1990년대 중반이후 급격한 성장을 이룩한 국내 이동통신서비스는 핵심 성공요인과 비즈니스 모델이 해외의 벤치마킹이 되고 있다. 그런데 시장 성숙기의 진입과 제 3세대 기술로의 진화, 번호이동성의 시행으로 인하여 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있으며 유무선 통합 및 디지털 컨버전스라는 새로운 패러다임을 주도해야 하는 전략적 과업을 안고 있다. 이에 따라 국내 이동통신사업자는 내적인 능력의 확충과 우월한 경쟁전략을 바탕으로 경쟁우위를 창출하여야 하며 이는 기업의 지속적인 생존과 수익성 확보의 관건이 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 이동통신사업자의 기업능력, 경쟁전략, 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위하여 기업능력과 경쟁전략에 초점을 맞추어 접근하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면 마케팅능력이 경쟁전략과 경쟁우위를 형성하는 공통 요인이 되었으나 사업자별로 핵심 능력과 핵심 경쟁전략은 차이가 존재하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 전략적 시사점을 제언하였다.

Analysis of R&D Time Lag in impacting Firm Value: GMM- PVAR Study (GMM Panel VAR를 이용하여 R&D가 기업 가치에 영향을 미치기까지의 시간 측정 연구)

  • Most previous studies found a positive relationship between the value of a firm and its R&D investments. This research measures the impact of the timescale of the R&D investment of a firm on its value using panel vector autoregression. By measuring the time required for R&D to impact the value of a firm, this study demonstrates that the lead time is an essential factor in the analysis of the effect of R&D investment on a firm's value. Our study finds that the length of the lead time varies according to the firm's size, industry concentration, and book to market ratio. Firms with a higher industry concentration show a shorter lead time. Also, firms with a larger size and higher book to market ratio generally show a shorter lead time.

  • 1981년 최초의 스왑거래가 있은 후부터, 스왑시장은 눈부신 성장을 보여 왔다. 현재까지 스왑시장이 왜 존재하는가 하는 물음에 대하여 여러 가지 이론들이 제시되어 왔다. 본 논문은 이러한 기존의 이론들을 살펴보고 이들과는 다른 각도에서 스왑의 존재를 설명한다. 스왑계약에 참여한 두 기업은 일련의 현금흐름을 교환하여 세후 순이익의 변동성을 감소시킴으로써 기업의 위험 프리미엄을 감소시키고 따라서 기업의 가치를 증가시킬 수 있다. 이러한 논리는 기업의 신용도 스프레드의 차이(quality spread differentials), 대리인 비용(agency costs), 또는 정보 비대칭(information asymmetry) 등의 마찰적 요인이 존재하지 않아도 성립한다.

  • In the 1990s and 2000s there was considerable growth in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) Systems. It is estimated that the ERP market will grow to about $65 billion by 2009. Companies expect these systems to support many of the day to day business transactions. However, the implementation projects of ERP are big, strategic and complex projects which involve lots of time, scope and costs. Because of that, companies have to create conditions, in which they can implement chosen solution in expected time, scope and budgeted costs. This means that companies should be aware of what most critical factors for success of ERP implementations are. This study will first investigate the ERP implementation CSFs by studying prior published researches on the field of ERP implementation. Then, this study will discuss in depth some important factors of ERP implementation and represent preliminary results CSFs of ERP implementation empirical survey.

  • The development and accomplishment of Open Source Software(OSS) is one of the hottest, as well as the most recent topics in the software industry. Prior studies with respects to OSS have concentrated on discovering both developers and users' rationales of participating OSS projects, analyzing specific OSS solutions or OSS movement itself. However, the empirical study on identifying determinants that influence organizational adoption of OSS and further diffusion of the technology has been a scant. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the key determinants affecting organizational adoption of OSS. The proposed research model incorporates organizational needs(Evolutional Leadership, Adaptive performance, Readiness for Change) and technological needs(Job Relevance, Cost Benefits, Software Quality) in order to explain organizational OSS adoption. Further, this study assesses the impact organizational OSS adoption has on the OSS Performance and OSS Diffusion. Results from 366 adopting organizations in various industries show three constructs in organizational needs and two constructs in technological needs with exception of Job Relevance have a significant influence on OSS Adoption; and adoption impacts its performance, and diffusion. The implications of the results suggest not only a new theoretical model for OSS research, but also the important implications for OSS diffusion.

창업자 역량과 지원시스템이 경영성과와 사업지속 의지에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 국내 창업 생태계는 최근 몇 년 사이에 양적으로 급속히 팽창하였다. 정부 또한 가장 시급한 문제로 일자리 창출을 꼽고 이에 대한 해결방안 중 하나로 창업지원을 대폭적으로 확대하며 중소기업에 대한 지원확대를 제시하고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 창업의 양적 성장은 위에서 설명한 바와 같이 가시적으로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 창업기업의 양적확대라는 긍정적인 측면에도 불구하고 창업기업의 낮은 생존율은 개선의 시급함을 나타내고 있다. 국내 창업기업 10곳 중 7곳 이상이 창업 5년 이내에 폐업을 하고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같은 이유로 2015년부터 중소벤처기업부는 창업기업의 데스밸리(Death Valley) 극복 및 성과창출을 위해 창업 후 3년 이상 7년 이내 기업을 대상으로 자금 및 서비스를 지원하는 등 창업기업이 어려움을 극복하고 사업 지속 가능성을 높이기 위하여 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 창업자가 사업을 진행하면서 겪는 어려움을 극복하는 요인과 사업지속의지가 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 사업 어려움 극복영향 요인(창업자 역량, 지원시스템)이 사업지속의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 경영성과의 매개 역할과 사회적 지지의 조절 역할을 하는지를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 창업자 역량과 지원시스템이 경영성과를 증진하고, 증진된 경영성과가 사업지속의지에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 사회적 지지를 조절변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

  • The impact of industry characteristics on born global firms'internationalization process is widely acknowledged. Even though there are studies focusing on other industries, the franchise industry's internationalization patterns have not been generally analyzed. Through a multiple case-study research focusing on a comparison between franchise and other industries, we are able to define "born-global franchise" in the internationalization pattern and specific influential factors. Our findings show that (1) leadership and creativity of executive, (2) learning orientation and technology orientation, (3) differentiated proprietary technology (4) observation of the surrounding environment.
