Conventional engineering education models have fallen to give satisfactory results to enterprises. So this paper deals with the new engineering education system, Engineering House, to overcome it. EH is made of three spaces and three concepts. Concept means system. Three concepts are things about a education program, a research cooperation, a open-door policy of EH facilities. First of all, Education system for undergraduates is most important of all. We intend to give them chances for real engineering experiences. Specialist from companies are participated in the education. The second is a research network. EH is managed by two or three professors together and their researches are carry out with companies's researcher. Key-point is doing all together. The third is service system for regional enterprises. EH's facilities are opened. Our students and professors are supporting directly. Mainly high price measuring machine is used. Like these, networks with companies are very helpable for undergraduate's educations and job connections. These are the work based learning system. Engineering House system look forward to getting to good program for undergraduate, based on the co-operation between university and enterprises.

Many start-ups have many realistic hardships in getting management diagnosis about whether their business model are properly going. For this reason, there is the need for an easy and simple method that makes it possible to conduct a strategic management through the analysis and management diagnosis of the business model. The Business Model Canvas(BMC) has been popularized as a tool to help entrepreneurs describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot their business model. This model gives a framework to describe the most important building blocks(9 blocks) of existing business. Entrepreneurs can make their own business analyses and craft their own solutions through using this model. In this study, we conducted consulting by using the BMC on the NARUATO which is a small start-up in the healthy food industry. This case study can use as a learning material for entrepreneurship education.

The 'Grand Challenge' in the global level raises fundamental questions on the role of private firm as a profit maximizer. From the new perspective, firms are recognized as a social entity with social and environmental responsibility. Particularly, the importance of transition-orineted firms, which pursue an objective of socio-technological system transition, have increased. These environmental changes request a new understanding on the identification of firms and the evolution of sustainable business model from the technological innovation perspectives. This paper aims on the new understanding on the motivation of firms who participated on the sustainable system transition and the proposal of 'transition-oriented firms' concept. Based on literature survey, this paper reviews the role of firms in the process of socio-technological system transition, the cases of transition-oriented firm, the types of sustainable business models and their strategies.

In order to protect the business information of the enterprise, the company is engaged in various information security activities, such as establishing an information security management system, establishing and operating an information security system, checking vulnerabilities and security controls. It is an enterprise information security governance that organizes various information security activities for enterprise business, and it needs to be systematized to operate them effectively. In this study, to systematize the enterprise information security governance, we would like to explore the existing Enterprise Information Portal(EIP) model and propose an Enterprise Information Security Portal(EISP) model based on it. The Enterprise Information Security Portal(EISP) model provides an integrated environment for supporting the activities of the information security departments by systemizing the enterprise information security governance, which is a variety of information security activities of the enterprises, so that the information security activities of the enterprises can participate directly from CEO to executives and employees, not just from the information security departments.

In recent years, small and medium-sized businesses are rapidly changing to an industrial structure where process/quality/energy data aggregates can be automatically or real-time to achieve global competitiveness. In particular, real-time information analysis produced in the production process of small businesses is evolving into a new process process that analyzes, predicts, prescribes and implements significant performance of small businesses. In this paper, we propose a platform-building model that can transform the automated production information system of small businesses into big data so that they can upgrade data that is generated by small businesses. The proposed model has the capability to support operational efficiency (consulting and training) and strategic decision making of small businesses by utilizing a variety of data on the basic information of products produced by small businesses for data collection by smart SMEs. In addition, the proposed model is characterized by close cooperation between small and medium-sized businesses with different regional characteristics and areas of information sharing and system linkage.

Credit evaluation by domestic financial institutions on Korean construction companies has had many problems with its tools and criteria ignoring the industrial characteristics. This study develops the DCiF(discounted cash inflow) model as a solution and discusses its usage in construction financing. It also examines the significance of the DCiF indices through regressions and statistical comparison with the other credit evaluation estimates. The results show its clear significance and consistent fitness. Based on the empirical results, implications and methodology are provided for the effective use of the indices in credit evaluation on the construction companies.

본 논문은 어떤 기업의 주식 주문 정보를 담고 있는 호가창(limit order book)과 해당 기업과 관련된 뉴스 헤드라인을 사용하여 해당 기업의 주가 등락을 예측하는 딥러닝 기반 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 호가창의 중기 변화와 단기 변화를 모두 고려하는 한편, 동기간 발생한 뉴스 헤드라인까지 예측에 고려함으로써 주가 등락 예측 정확도를 높인다. 제안 모델은 호가창의 변화의 특징을 CNN(convolutional neural network)으로 추출하고 뉴스 헤드라인을 Word2vec으로 생성된 단어 임베딩 벡터를 사용하여 나타낸 뒤, 이들 정보를 결합하여 특정 기업 주식의 다음 날 등락여부를 예측한다. NASDAQ 실데이터를 사용한 실험을 통해 제안 모델로 5개 종목(Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google, Tesla)의 일일 주가 등락을 예측한 결과, 제안 모델은 기존 방법에 비해 정확도를 최대 17.14%, 평균 10.7% 향상시켰다.

본 연구는 마케팅성과에 대한 Kotler의 접근법을 원용하여 한국의 대표적인 제조기업과 서비스 기업들의 마케팅 성과에 영향을 주는 요인들을 발견하고 경영 시사점을 제시하기 위한 모델을 개발하였다. 제조 분야에서 10개 기업, 서비스 분야에서 9개 기업을 각각 선정하여 전체 19개 기업의 마케팅 성과의 수준을 평가해 보았다. 확인요인분석 결과 제조기업의 마케팅 성과요인으로는 마케팅 인력, 마케팅 조직, 마케팅 전략이 추출되었고 서비스기업의 요인으로는 마케팅 인력, 마케팅 정보, 고객지향성, 마케팅 전략이 추출되었다. 5개의 마케팅성과요인과 제품력, 유통력, 판촉력, 가격력으로 구성된 마케팅역량, 그리고 고객만족 간의 관계를 규명할 목적으로 구조방정식모형을 구축하고 관계들에 관한 가설들을 검증하였다. 요인분석결과 제조기업은 마케팅인력, 마케팅 조직, 마케팅 전략의 세 요인이 유의한 요인으로 나타났으나, 서비스 기업에서는 마케팅 인력, 마케팅 정보, 고객지향성, 마케팅 전략의 4요인이 유의하게 나타났다. 각 요인의 평균치 분석결과, 서비스기업이 제조기업에 비해 마케팅성과 영향요인, 마케팅역량과 고객만족에서 모두 우세하게 나타났다.

최근 AI 를 비롯한 데이터 기반의 비즈니스 모델 증가에 따라, 데이터 유출 등의 기업 정보보안 사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 해당 사고들은 종종 법적 분쟁으로 이어지며, 이는 기업의 막대한 경제적 손실을 초래하며 정보보안 사고를 선제적으로 대비하기 위한 기술적, 관리적 조치 마련을 위한 기업의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 들어 급증한 기업의 정보보안 관련 판례를 대상으로 BERTopic, Top2Vec, LDA 를 활용하여 토픽 모델링을 수행하여 산출된 토픽 기반의 기업 정보보안 사고를 유형화하고자 한다. 전통적으로 각각 다른 법적 요소와 판결을 담고 있어, 유사 사건 간의 비교 및 분석이 어려운 판례 데이터의 특징을 반영하여 본 연구에서는 앞서 제시된 3가지의 모델을 각각 적용한다. 이를 통하여 각 모델 수행 결과의 성능 비교를 통하여 기업의 정보보안 사건의 유형화 및 동향을 파악하는 동시에 판례 데이터를 분석하기 위한 최적의 모델을 확인한다.
