There have been lots of studies on locational factors of companies, but, very few studies for Korean shipping companies. This study analyzes locational factors for Korean shipping companies using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. For the study model, the first level is consisted by software, hardware and city policy factors. As more specific factors, the second level is formed by three factors of the first level. The third level consists of Seoul and Busan to evaluate competitive advantage for location of shipping companies. We carried out an analytical survey focused on the executives of shipping companies and related experts, and derived the priority order for locational factors of Korean shipping companies as follow. Firstly, software factors turned out the most important factor for location of Korean shipping companies. Next, Busan has a competitive advantage only in city policy factors. However, there are much of competitive disadvantages in both software and hardware factors for location of shipping companies compared against Seoul.

XP-SWMM은 EAP-SWMM의 Runoff 기능을 보완하고 2D 해석 기능을 새롭게 추가하여 만든 외산(XP Solutions) 프로그램으로 도시유역 유출량 산정, 우수관거 추적 등과 같은 모의가 가능한 종합 모형이다. 그 중 2차원 분석 기능(2D XP-SWMM)은 연산 결과를 Tu-Flow 모형에 대입한 도시침수 해석모형으로 실무에서 주로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 XP-SWMM은 수량 부분 외에도 수질 부분의 다양한 모형이 통합되어 있어 라이센스 가격이 상당히 높고, 국내 환경에 적합한 모형 수정 등 기술지원을 받기 어렵다는 단점을 갖고 있다. 또한, 실무 활용성이 높은 2차원 분석기능의 경우 모의에 소요되는 시간이 크다는 한계점을 갖고 있다. 2D XP-SWMM 연산의 소요시간이 큰 주요 원인은 계산 시간간격마다 큰 셀수의 행렬 계산을 반복하기 때문이며, 격자를 촘촘하게 설정할수록(행렬의 수가 증가할수록) 수치해석에 소요되는 시간은 기하급수적으로 늘어나게 된다. 2D XP-SWMM 연산은 편미분방정식을 계산하는 모형으로 반복법을 채택하고 있기 때문에 짧은 시간내에 침수해석을 진행해야하는 웹기반 초단기 홍수예경보 시스템 등에 활용하기에는 적합하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 2D XP-SWMM 보다 연산속도를 향상시킨 2차원 도시침수 모형을 개발하였다. 기존 XP-SWMM 중심의 실무 적용성을 유지하고자 XP-SWMM과 동일하게 EPA-SWMM 엔진을 활용하였고 DEM 기반의 지표수 흐름방향 결정 알고리즘을 결합하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 도시침수 모형 결과를 울산광역시, 청주시 등 도심지에서 발생한 과거 침수피해의 양상과 비교하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

This research addressed limits to promoting SMEs networking programs, especially with universities, in the context of national and regional policies for urban economic development, centering on the case of Daegu City. In large cities such as Daegu City, the strategy focusing on promoting SMEs networking activities, utilizing the advantages of urban economy, is likely to be necessary for urban economic development in knowledge-based economy. However, national and regional policy direction for urban economic development relied on exogenous strategies attracting firms, and regional S&T policies focused on universities and research institutes rather than SMEs, being strongly initiated by central government. Thus, to promote policies supporting local SMEs networking in Daegu City was seen as being difficult. Under these circumstances, region-specific policies related to support networking activities of SMEs might be dealt with neglectedly.

도시에서 녹색성장을 위한 노력은 이미 '지속가능한 도시'를 위한 노력의 일환으로 토지이용, 주택, 교통, 환경, 산업, 행정계획 등 다방면에 걸쳐서 여러 곳에서 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 지속가능한 도시는 안정적인 경제성장, 쾌적하고 건강한 환경의 보전, 사회적 약자의 보호와 문화발전을 동시에 달성하는 도시를 의미한다. 지금까지의 도시성장이 경제위주의 양적 성장이었다면 지속가능한 도시성장은 환경문제와 사회문제를 경제문제와 같은 비중으로 다루어나가는 질적인 발전을 의미한다.

지능형국토정보는 소방방재분야의 홍수, 해일, 태풍, 산불 등의 재난 재해 피해의 예측과, 국토개발이나 모니터링의 기반자료로 사용이 되고 있으며 유비쿼터스, U-city, 기업/혁신도시 등의 각종 국책사업 분야에 다목적, 다용도 데이터로써 활용이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국토균형발전에 목적을 두고 있는 기업도시의 건설에 지능형국토정보 데이터를 활용하여 친환경 생태학적 설계가 가능토록 하고, 설계데이터를 기반으로 한 개발후의 모습을 3차원 데이터로 구축하여 각각 지역에 대한 개발 전 후의 양상을 분석하고, 문제의 소지가 될 수 있는 설계변경요인들을 사전에 탐색할 수 있도록 대상지 전체에 대한 시뮬레이션 작업을 수행하였다.

The purpose of this study is to determine potential effects of region marketing activities on attraction of domestic or overseas business. In order to meet the goal, this study set a research model and hypotheses on the basis of preceding reference literatures and case studies. This study identifies management environment, life environment, marketability, investment supporting environment as the variables of investment decision and urban attitude. As a result, it was found that marketability and investment supporting environment had positive effects on urban attitudes and investment decision, and urban attitudes had positive effects on investment decision as well.
