This case study explores the stock sale, the resulting governance structures, and the airport management and development in Beijing Capital International Airport and Shanghai International Airport at Pudong. It is imperative for Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) to change the management paradigm to survive in the changing environment and to become hubs in the relevant regions. And IIAC needs to search for the new ownership and governance structure to cope with the internal and external demands for innovation. In this study, along with the recent trends of the global airport industry, we suggest the implications for the IIAC's major decisions, especially, for the stock sale, the resulting governance structure, and the airport development and management. It is suggested that Korean government retain the majority control in the process of privatization to keep IIAC as a government-owned enterprise to provide the public goods to the citizen. Furthermore, to maximize the value of stock sale, IIAC needs to decide strategically the time and speed in the hybrid form of stock selling using trade sale and IPOs.

The authentication system of the PKI(public key infrastructure) provides the authenticity and security, accessibility, economic feasibility, and convenience to the service provider and users. Therefore the public and private companies in Korea widely use it as the authentication method of the web service. However, the safety client system is threatened by many vulnerable factors which possibly caused when using PKI-based authentication system. Thus, in this article vulnerable factors caused by using the PKI-based authentication system will be analyzed, which is expected to be the useful data afterwards for the construction of the new authentication system as well as performance improvement.

This study examines whether, when, and how sellers with low-quality products can instantly enhance profitability by fully disclosing quality information. Our analytic model has found that a low-quality seller can increase demand even in the short run by voluntarily sharing the information about its quality, if he can sufficiently reduce perceived risk of buyers. Moreover, a low-quality seller's information disclosure may increase both the market's and the competitor's demand, depending on the level of perceived risk. The finding of this study is expected to provide meaningful implications to managers and policy makers on solving market dilemmas under information asymmetry.

In general, a venture capital invests in tech startups and helps them improve the corporate transparency through board of directors. With respect to venture capital investment and its impact on the corporate transparency of the newly public firms from 2004 to 2010 in Korea, we have made regression analysis. First, it was found that it was likely to be less transparent, the larger its asset size or the higher its debt ratio was. Second, lower level of ownership-control disparity resulted in higher transparency. Third, a shorter period to IPO and higher growth rate were more prominent in companies with lower degree of transparency. The above findings were not conclusive to prove whether or not venture capital directly increases the transparency level of its portfolio companies, but do insinuate the possibility of a negative impact on the transparency of its investee companies, as early IPO's were associated with less transparency. This is all the more persuasive as it was observed that companies with a lower level of transparency had generally raised more money from venture capitals, and that companies with a higher growth rate and/or higher PBR, have shown to be less transparent.

최근 컴퓨팅 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전으로 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 환경에서 네트워크 컴퓨팅 시대를 지나 인터넷 컴퓨팅 시대가 도래하고 있다. 인터넷 사용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 기업의 정보 시스템의 인터넷 기반의 인트라넷/익스트라넷 시스템으로 구축되어 가고 있으며 인터넷 환경에서의 기업과 소비자간 또는 기업과 기업간의 전자 거래 관련 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 기업과 기업간 전자 거래에 있어서 기업의 글로벌화를 통해 조달 업무의 투명성과 신속성 및 질적 향상을 추구할 수 있도록 제공하기 위한 웹 기반 전자 입찰 시스템을 구현하는데 있어서 클라이언트와 서버 및 데이터 베이스를 연동하기 위한 웹기술, 기업간의 문서 교환을 위한 XML/EDI 기술 및, 입찰과 계약과정, 조달과정에서 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 공개키 암호화 기술인 PKI 기반 구조의 인증 및 전자서명을 활용한 보안 기능을 설계한다.

There are increasing needs for understanding and fathoming of business management environment through big data analysis at industrial and corporative level. The research using the company disclosure information, which is comprehensively covering the business performance and the future plan of the company, is getting attention. However, there is limited research on developing applicable analytical models leveraging such corporate disclosure data due to its unstructured nature. This study proposes a text-mining-based analytical model for industrial and firm level analyses using publicly available company disclousre data. Specifically, we apply LDA topic model and word2vec word embedding model on the U.S. SEC data from the publicly listed firms and analyze the trends of business topics at the industrial and corporate levels. Using LDA topic modeling based on SEC EDGAR 10-K document, whole industrial management topics are figured out. For comparison of different pattern of industries' topic trend, software and hardware industries are compared in recent 20 years. Also, the changes of management subject at firm level are observed with comparison of two companies in software industry. The changes of topic trends provides lens for identifying decreasing and growing management subjects at industrial and firm level. Mapping companies and products(or services) based on dimension reduction after using word2vec word embedding model and principal component analysis of 10-K document at firm level in software industry, companies and products(services) that have similar management subjects are identified and also their changes in decades. For suggesting methodology to develop analysis model based on public management data at industrial and corporate level, there may be contributions in terms of making ground of practical methodology to identifying changes of managements subjects. However, there are required further researches to provide microscopic analytical model with regard to relation of technology management strategy between management performance in case of related to various pattern of management topics as of frequent changes of management subject or their momentum. Also more studies are needed for developing competitive context analysis model with product(service)-portfolios between firms.

정부, 병원, 공공기관, 기업 등에서 많은 양의 개인 정보를 수집하고, 다양한 목적으로 수집한 데이터를 공개하기도 한다. 프라이버시 보호를 위해 공개할 데이터를 어떻게 익명화를 할 것인지 많은 연구가 되었지만, 알고리즘 적용의 어려움과 데이터에 대한 비현실적인 가정 때문에 실제 데이터에 적용되는 사례는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 다양한 익명화 방법에 대한 분류를 하고, 장단점을 살펴본다. 그리고 의료기관에서 의료 데이터를 공개하는 경우를 고려하여 실제 의료 데이터가 갖는 특징을 파악하고, 의료 데이터에 적용할 수 있는 프라이버시 모델(privacy model) 과 알고리즘에 적용하기 위한 의료데이터의 기본 형태에 대해 제시한다.
