Effects of Perceived Image between Corporations in Trust and Commitment of Relationship (기업상호간 지각된 이미지가 신뢰와 관계결속에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently the environment of Korean business cultures has rapidly changed. Companies have their own images. They are Perceived among companies, so they are awarded as the important factors of the making relation. Especially the importance of corporate image was brought to the fore and it has been dealing with continuously and variously since 1990s. Previous empirical research has focused on the orientation of consumer in perceived company image. But the goal of this study is focused on the effects of the perceived image between corporations in trust and commitment of relationship. The results of this study perceived image were indicated to have an effect on trust. In addition, trust were also indicated to have an effect on commitment. C.E.O, Growth, Innovation image were indicated to have an effect on trust as the important factors.

  • A organization confront new information systems and technologies , they often force to make very expensive decisions on the basis of little information about the product's benefits and potential acceptance within the organization. This paper identifies trust and governance factors influencing the implementation of business-to-business electronic commerce systems. The result support between information technology governance and governance in value chain and business-to-business electronic commerce systems implementation, but there is no evidence that trust enabled implementing business-to-business electronic commerce systems.

  • A aim of this study is to show that trust formed among actors in clusters effects on the innovation for firms. This paper finds that trust is not enough formed. firms feel trust in relationship between firms and universities and between firms and research institutes. However, trust not to be formed in relationship between firm and public agencies and between firms and other firms. By mean of the finding, the various network types which can facilitate trust must be made by policy support.

  • 기업 간 공동의사결정은 기업의 업무 효율성 향상을 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미친다. 두 기업이 상호 목표를 동시에 이루기 위해서는 협력적 공동의사결정이 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 협력적 의사결정의 선행요인과 결과요인을 파악하고 실증적 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 PLS 통계적 방법을 이용하여 제시된 가설을 검증하였으며, 그 결과 상대기업의 지식창조 능력, 기입간 프로세스 모듈화, 기업간 신뢰가 기업간 협력적 의사결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 결과적으로 업무성과와 기업성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 소비자의 욕구변화와 정보기술의 발전으로 정보경제시대, 신경제시대가 도래함에 따라 가치사슬이 변화하고, 새로운 가치를 창출하는 신산업이 등장하고 있다. 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 선으로부터의 자유, 개인성, 즉시성이 가능한 모바일 비즈니스가 우리나라에서도 태동하고 있다. 모바일 비즈니스는 금융업체, 정보제공업체, 통신망 운용업체, 최종이용자간의 새로운 가치의 결합이 특징이며, 막 흐름이 만들어지고 발전되고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같이 다양한 이해관계자가개입하고 있어 협력이 특히 강조되고 또 요구되고 있다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 이들간의 관계에 대한 연구가 미흡한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 비즈니스를 주도하고 있는 통신망 제공업체와 모바일 컨텐츠 공급 파트너간의 조직간 협력관계에 대한 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 관계마케팅, 거래비용, 자원기반관점, 네트워크 이론 등 기업간 관계를 기술, 설명, 예측하는 주요이론에서 논의되고 있는 개념을 바탕으로 본 연구는 컨텐츠 공급파트너의 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 연구 모형을 제시한다. 최근 중요성이 더 강조되고 있는 항목은 신뢰와 결속임을 감안하여, 매개변수로써 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 주요한 요소로 신뢰와 결속을 제시하고 있다. 컨텐츠 제공업체의 전략적 성과는 서비스제공업체에 대한 신뢰와 결속에 큰 영향을 받고있다는 점을 반영하고 있다. 한편 신뢰에 영향을 주는 독립변수로는 서비스 제공업체에 대한 평판, 서비스제공업체와 컨텐츠 제공 파트너간의 상호의사소통, 그리고 업무처리의 절차에 대한 공정성을 제시하고 있다 결속에 영향을 미치는 독립변수로는 동의된 목표, 업무정보교류, 거래특유자산의 3개의 변수를 선정하였다. 독립, 매개, 종속변수간의 9개의 연구 가설을 수립하였다. 국내의 주도적인 이동통신망소유업체에 모바일 컨텐츠를 공급하고 있는 170여개의 파트너를 대상으로 실증연구를 수행했다. 공변량 구조분석을 위주로 분석한 연구의 결과에 의하면 본 연구의 모델은 충분한 적합성을 보여주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가설의 상당수가 채택이 되었다. 그러나 모바일 비즈니스의 기업간관계의 실제측면을 나타내는 업무정보교류와 결속자의 관계의 유의하지 않게 나와 기각되었다. 기각에 대한 여러 가지의 해석이 가능하지만 측정의 신뢰성을 확보해야 하고 개념의 타당성을 더 엄격하게 준수할 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구는 조직이론에 근거한 변수를 채택하고 있으나 모바일 비즈니스의 생명주기특성상 태동기이기 때문에 기업간 관계를 연구하는 측면에서는 탐험적 연구성격이 강하다. 더 나아가 본 산업의 주된 연구가 질적이고 기업내부만을 연구했던 것에 비교하면 시초적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 관계마케팅, CRM 등의 이론적 배경이 되고 있는 신뢰와 결속의 중요성이 재확인하는 결과도 의의라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 신뢰는 양사 간의 상호관계에서 조성될 수 있는 특성을 가진 반면, 결속은 계약관계 초기단계에서 성문화하고 규정화 할 수 있는 변수의 성격이 강하다고 할 수가 있다. 본 연구는 복잡한 기업간 관계를 지나치게 협력적 측면에서만 규명했기 때문에 많은 측면을 간과할 가능성이 있다. 또한 방법론적으로 일방향의 시각만을 고려했고, 횡단적 조사를 통하고 국내의 한 서비스제공업체와 관련이 있는 컨텐츠 공급파트너만의 시각을 검증했기 때문에 해석에서 유의할 필요가 있다. 또한 타당성확보 노력을 기하였지만 측정도구 면에서 엄격한 개발과정을 준수하지는 못했다. 향후에는 모바일 컨텐츠 파트너의 기업의 특성을 조사하여 관계성 변수와의 상호관련연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 관계기간, 의존성, 거래처의 단/복수여부, 서비스 범주 등의 제반 변수를 고려하여 이러한 변수가 양사와의 관계성 변수에 어떤 영향이 있는가를 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한 신뢰, 결속 등 다차원의 개념에 대한 심도 깊은 연구와 최근 제기되고 있는 이론의 확대도 필요하다. 마지막으로 신뢰와 결속에 영향을 미치는 요소간의 개념적 분류, 차이의 검증, 영향력 등을 광범위하게 진행시킬 필요가 있다.

  • As research cooperation was increased nowadays, This study seeks to explores the performance determinants of research cooperation. Toward this end, this study is focused on generating such determinants as interfirm trust, commitment and corporate capability based on previous studies and existing literature. We define openness, management ability and consideration as sub-variable of interfirm trust, corporate capability was composed of R&D capability, financial capability, management capability and absorptive capacity. Commitment had no sub-variable. Also, this study was composed of two dependent variables, aiming to explore differential performance of research cooperation. Results of the empirical analyses are as follows. First, corporate capability was significant impact on research cooperation. Second, interfirm trust and commitment was not significant to research cooperation. Finally, performance differentiation between two dependent variable was not proved in this study.

The Effects of IOS utilization on Performance through Relationship Quality (기업 간 정보시스템 활용이 관계품질 및 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of this paper is to verify the association among IOS utilization, relationship quality, and firm performance. Based on the literature review, we configure a research model and verify the research hypothesis by utilizing structural equation modeling with data collected from 340 domestic manufacturers. The results of SEM are as follows. First, IOS utilization has a positive effect on satisfaction and firm performance. Second, satisfaction has a positive influence on trust and commitment, and trust positive affect commitment. Third, satisfaction and commitment has a positive effect on firm performance, but trust has not significantly affect firm performance. Finally, commitment plays a role of mediator in the association between trust and firm performance. The implication of this paper is to verify that ISO utilization is an important factor to improve the performance in B2B transaction. However, it is necessary to derive a more precise implication by considering diverse environment faced by each company in future research.

  • This study is purposed to make sure of the Effects of Enterprise Trust on Relation-Continuing Intention and the Mediation Effects of Relation-Continuing Intention in the effects of Enterprise Trust on Customer Citizenship Behavior. Enterprise Trust consists of two elements(Enterprise Sincerity, Enterprise Ability), Customer Citizenship Behavior is made up of two elements(Guest Preference, Guest Cooperation) and Relation-Continuing Intention has one element itself. As a result, two things have been found. First, Enterprise Trust has a partly positive impact on Customer Citizenship Behavior. In details, both of two elements of Enterprise Trust have positive influences on Guest Preference, one element of Customer Citizenship Behavior, on the other hand, Enterprise Sincerity, one element of Enterprise Trust has a positive influence on Guest Preference, one element of Customer Citizenship Behavior but Enterprise Ability, the other element of Enterprise Trust, has no meaningful impact on Guest Preference. Second, Relation-Continuing Intention has a mediating effect between Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior. In details, Relation-Continuing Intention has a partial mediating role between Enterprise Sincerity and Guest Preference, between Enterprise Ability and Guest Preference and between Enterprise Sincerity and Guest Cooperation. However Relation-Continuing Intention has a full mediating role between Enterprise Ability and Guest Cooperation.

A Study of Effect of Trust and Relational Norms on Interfirm Cooperation, Conflict and Performances in Project Supply Chain (프로젝트 공급망 참여기업의 신뢰와 관계적 규범이 기업 간 협업 및 갈등 그리고 성과에 미치는 영향연구)

  • Supply chain management for complex project requires continuous integration activities with the suppliers and subcontractors. This study proposes the firm performances, trust, relational norms, interfirm conflict and cooperation as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from the suppliers and subcontractors having experiences with complex projects. The statistical results indicate that the cooperation and conflict influence the firm performances, and that the inter-firm trust have some impact on the level of cooperation and conflict. It was also found that the inter-firm cooperation is influenced by relational norm. But on the contrary to our expectation, the relational norm has no significant impact on the inter-firm conflict. These findings may offer the significant implications leading to successful implementation of collaborative supply chain management in the context of project engineering area.

  • This study aims to analyze the effect on the adherence intention of enterprise image, trust, and relationship maintenance by the relation marketing in companies, especially in design companies, to examine the relationship establishment in the operation and communication between customers (users) on using the company's service and the member working for the company, and to suggest its substantiation of the mutual satisfaction effect. The research method was, first, analyzed based on the data collected after examining the published domestic and foreign papers, academic journals, publications, books, and internet in order to conduct the theoretic consideration. Also, for objective validity and empirical proof, the empirical analysis was conducted on the survey conducted and collected over two months for the employees of design companies living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and the results are as follows. First, the result of verifying the relationship between relationship marketing and trust showed that the company's expertise does not significantly affect its trust while the company's communication and reputation affect significantly on trust. Second, the relationship between relationship marketing and sustainability has been verified that all variables, such as expertise, communication and reputation does not significantly effect the relationship maintenance. Third, the company's trust has significant effect on relationship maintenance. In addition, the implication and limitation of the study related to this were suggested in the conclusion.
