Analyzing the Structural Relationships between Project Manager's Creative Thinking, Entrepreneurship, and Project Performance (프로젝트 담당자의 창의적 사고, 기업가정신, 프로젝트 성과 간의 구조적 관계 분석)

  • This study is intended to look into the structural relationships between project manager's creative thinking, entrepreneurship, and project performance. To achieve this, research model and hypothesis were established to carry out statistical analysis based on the results of an empirical sample survey. The findings showed that project manager's creative thinking didn't improve project satisfaction directly, but it improved project satisfaction through the mediating effects of project manager's entrepreneurship. While it had a direct effect on perceived project performance, project manager's entrepreneurship was not mediated in this process. This suggests that even if project managers have a high expertise, thinking skill and motivation as creative thinking in working on the project, they have the limitation in leading to customer satisfaction from a personal perspective.

A Convergent Study of Motivations, Success Factors and Issues of Foreign Entrepreneurs in South Korea (대한민국 내 외국인 기업가의 창업 동기부여 및 성공요인에 관한 융복합연구)

  • Due to globalization, more foreign-owned small businesses have been joining the South Korean economy. In order to better support the growth, this study's purpose is to identify foreign entrepreneur demographics and company information as well as entrepreneurial motivations and perceived success factors. To fulfill these goals, a survey of 98 immigrant entrepreneurs from 31 countries doing business within the local Korean market was conducted. The results show that most foreign-owned small businesses are service-oriented and primarily started for intrinsic reasons. It was also identified that the perceived business success determinants that the government can most directly affect are skills-based, rather than infrastructure or financially oriented. Furthermore, top issues include unreliable employees, language barrier and too much competition. The findings of this study are particularly relevant to both academics and policy makers alike because almost no prior foreign entrepreneur-focused research has been conducted in Korea.

  • Overall, college students tend to be immersed in the relatively safe employment, such as civil servants or public sector than start one's own business due to the lack of entrepreneurial spirit which made the great success in order to take the risk and innovative challenge. In this study, relationship between pre-founder of college students' self-determination, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intentions are to be determined. As a result, the implications were derived in order to make pre-founder various ways of career decision beside employment. Therefore start-up training courses was verified by moderating effects. The results are first, high self-determination(Autonomy, Efficacy) of the pre-founder made positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. Second, high self-determination(Autonomy, Efficacy) of the pre-founder made positive impact on entrepreneurship. Third, entrepreneurship of the pre-founder made positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, entrepreneurship was carried out a full mediating role in the relationship between self-determination and entrepreneurial intention. Finally, Pre-founder group who have taken entrepreneurship education have showed a positive relationship between high self-determination(Autonomy, Competence, Relationship) and entrepreneurial intention. Based on these results, especially pre-founders, in order to improve the willingness of university students entrepreneurship, highly motivated intrinsic motivation is needed to ensure the student's self-determination in University education. It looks that can be achieved through the strengthening of entrepreneurship education for autonomy, competence, efficacy improvement.

  • 품질관리(品質管理)는 종업원(徒業員)의 자발적참여(自發的參與)와 협조(協助) 및 종업원다수(從業員多數)의 참여(參與)가 없이는 성공(成功)할 수 없다. 그런데 근면(勤勉), 자조(自助), 협동(協同)의 새마을정신(精神)을 바탕으로 우리나라 기업(企業)에서 실시(實施)하고 있는 공장(工場)새마을운동(運動)은 종업원(從業員)에 대(對)한 새마을정신(精神)의 고취(鼓吹) 및 이에 의한 품질동기부여(品質動機賦與)를 통(通)하여 전종업원(全從業員)의 자발적(自發的) 참여(參與)로서 자사제품(自社製品)의 품질향상(品質向上)에 지대(至大)한 공헌(貢獻)을 하고 있으며 특(特)히 작업자(作業者)에 의한 품질결함(品質缺陷)(Operator controllable defects)을 제거(除去)하는데 매우 큰 역할(役割)을 하고 있다. 따라서 종업원(從業員)에 대(對)한 동기부여적(動機賦與的) 관점(觀點)에서 볼 때 공장(工場)새마을운동(運動)은 전종업원(全從業員)의 자발적(自發的) 참여(參與)와 협조(協助)를 필수적(必須的) 요소(要素)로 하고 있는 재래적(在來的)인 품질향상운동(品質向上運動)과 일치(一致)한다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 취지(趣旨)에서 미국(美國)의 ZD운동(運動), 일본(日本)의 Q.C.서어클활동(活動)과 같은 재래적(在來的)인 품질향상운동(品質向上運動)과 한국적(韓國的) 품질향상운동(品質向上運動)인 공장(工場)새마을운동(運動)을 동기부여적측면(動機賦與的側面)에서 비교(比較)하고 공장(工場)새마을운동(運動)의 특징(特徵)과 실천방법(實踐方法)을 정립(定立)하여 보고자 하는 것을 본논문(本論文)의 목적(目的)으로 한다.

  • 관광벤처사업은 기존의 오프라인사업에 의존하던 관광업계에 새로운 대안으로서 부각되고 있지만 아직은 그 실효를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그런데, 관광벤처사업은 소규모 저자본으로 접근 가능한 분야로서 관광벤처사업을 영위하고자 하는 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 정부에서도 1999년 관광전문투자조합 결성 및 자금 투자, 관광벤처사업과 관련된 관련 규정을 정비하는 것은 물론, 창업보육센터, 창업정보 종합지원시스템 구축 및 정보 지원, 벤처기업 기술력 향상 지원, 중소기업 상담회사와 같은 다양한 제도적 지원 등을 강구하고 있어 관광벤처사업의 전망은 밝은 편이다. 그러나 관광벤처사업은 까다로운 관광벤처 지정 조건, 제한된 지원, 협소한 범위와 낮은 기술력, 관광벤처 전문인력의 부재와 기업가 정신의 부족 등의 문제점들을 안고 있었으며, 따라서 지정요건의 완화, 정부차원의 지원 강화, 컨텐츠 다양화, 전문인력 양성체제 구축, 관광벤처 사업동기 부여 등의 활성화 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • A company or organization introduces various management techniques and systems to achieve performance in a situation where it does not provide or fails to provide motivating factors such as the provision of parts required or required by employees to achieve desired results. It puts a burden on the employees mentally and physically. If this situation continues for a long time, it can be called job burnout. Job burnout is due to long-term exposure to increase in production based on new management techniques and new technologies implemented by companies or organizations for survival and to achieve excessive work demands through overtime and holiday work to achieve this. It is defined as a state of emotional and mental exhaustion. Therefore, this study investigated how mental and work-related bullying affects job burnout and job commitment, and how they affect turnover intention. As a result, workplace bullying has a positive effect on job burnout and has a direct effect on turnover intention. Therefore, in the case of dental clinics, it is judged that a lot of effort should be put into workplace bullying and job burnout in order to prevent the turnover of excellent talents.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of teaching style on entrepreneurial intention of undergraduate. And this study was to analyze the influence of teaching style on study attitude of undergraduate. Additionally, this study was to analyze the influence of teaching style on self-esteem of undergraduate. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, entrepreneurial intention of undergraduate showed a statistically significant difference based on teaching style. Secondly, study attitude of undergraduate showed a statistically significant difference based on teaching style. Lastly, Secondly, self-esteem of undergraduate showed a statistically significant difference based on teaching style.
