The Study on the Effect of Learning Motivation and Conation on the Consultant' Entrepreneurship and Competencies - Focused on the Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurship - (학습동기 및 학습의지가 컨설턴트의 기업가 정신과 역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -기업가정신의 매개효과를 중심으로-)

  • This paper analyzed the effect of learning motivation and conation(endurance, effort) on the consultant' entrepreneurship(innovativeness, proactiveness, risk- taking) and competencies(ability, knowledge, attitude), and the mediating effect of the entrepreneurship on the consultant's competencies. The result shows that the learning motivation and conation have a positive impact on the partial factors of the consultant's entrepreneurship(innovativeness, proactiveness) and competencies(ability, knowledge), but not impact on the risk- taking and the attitude. Innovativeness and proactiveness have an positive impact on the consultant's competencies, but not the risk-taking. Innovation and proactiveness fully mediated the effect of learning motivation on the ability, and partially mediated on the knowledge. The effect of learning conation on the ability and knowledge was partially mediated by the innovation, not by the proactiveness. This study shows that the management of the learning motivation and conation, the education of entrepreneurship(innovativeness, proactiveness) are very important for the cultivating the consultant' competencies.

A Development of Online Gamification for Adolescents Social Entrepreneurship Education (청소년 사회적 기업가정신 교육을 위한 온라인 게이미피케이션 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop online gamification contents to prove the social entrepreneurship of adolescents and verify the effectiveness. To implement the Agzak class, a youth social problem-solving education program, via Google spreadsheet for this study. To analyze the effectiveness of the developed contents 1378 middle school students participated in A area for the survey. According to the results, online content is more effective than offline content in understanding social problems and future talents. Based on the results of this study, it suggests further development of sustainable online education contents by gamification.

A Meta-Analysis on the Effect of Entrepreneurship on the Entrepreneurial Intention: Mediating Effect of Entrepreneur Education (기업가정신이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 메타분석: 창업교육의 매개효과)

  • This study conducted a meta-analysis on the effects of innovation, risk-taking, and enterprising on entrepreneurship. From 2013 to 2020, 392 papers, which were judged as quantitative research from doctoral and master thesis, and academic journals published in Korea were selected as research subjects. 28 duplicates of thesis and thesis are excluded. A total of 52 papers were finally selected, excluding 312 papers that were insufficient to be used as research data because there were no statistical values such as correlation coefficients. For the 52 selected papers, the homogeneity of the variables was first verified. As a result of the homogeneity test, the innovativeness, risk-taking, initiative, and entrepreneurship education all showed great effects on heterogeneity, and the average effect size was analyzed by random effect model. The average effect size analyzed was 0.38 ~ 0.49, and all four variables showed moderate average effect size. As a result of analyzing the average effect size by forest plot, all showed proper results. From the results of funnel plot analysis of entrepreneurship education, published errors were confirmed asymmetric. Research data on entrepreneurship education shows that it cannot represent the whole. It is a structural equation model with entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention as a parameter. Iinnovation and risk-taking have an impact on entrepreneurship by taking entrepreneurship education as a parameter. Initiative had an effect on the entrepreneurial intention a business, regardless of entrepreneurship education. In a number of studies, university entrepreneurship education has had an impact on the entrepreneurial intention. It should be changed to entrepreneurship education that combines theory and practice. Entrepreneurship education should be transformed into continuous and field-oriented education.

  • Role model has received remarkable attentions in entrepreneurship literature over long time but majority of studies were conducted in western context. As an explorative study, this paper attempted to replicate the effect of role model in eastern context based on the discussions in the literature, using total 440 samples made of Korean and Chinese university students. This study examined the impact and effectiveness of role model on promoting entrepreneurship of university students, considering the main stream of entrepreneurship study has been concentrated on the effect of entrepreneurial education. Our findings presented that role model had a positive impact on both entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of Korean and Chinese university students. Also, entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a significant and positive relationship with entrepreneurial intention of university students. The result of this study implies that role model need to be factored into entrepreneurship education curriculum in order to make it more effective and powerful promotional and educational tool for young university students. Theoretical and practical implications were presented based on the findings of this study.

앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과: 메타분석과 종합적 개념화

  • 본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육 연구의 역사와 흐름을 파악하고 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 문헌분석을 통해 교육의 성과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 국내의 앙트러프러너십 교육은 일반적으로 '기업가정신 교육'이나 '창업교육'과 같은 의미로 사용되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 보다 정확한 의미전달을 위해 앙트러프러너십 교육으로 표기하였다. 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육에 대한 메타분석을 위해 2010년부터 가장 최근 논문인 2020년 5월까지의 논문을 수집하여 선별하고 분석하였으며, 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 공식적으로 등재된 학술지 1,662편중에서 최종적으로 27편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 국내 학술지 논문을 수집하기 위해 KCI(한국학술지인용색인), DBpia(누리미디어), KISTI(NDSL), eArticle(학술교육원), KISS(한국학술정보), 교보문고(스콜라), RISS(한국교육학술정보원), 코리아스콜라의 데이터베이스를 활용하였다. 주요 검색어로는 앙트러프러너십 교육, 창업교육, 창업의지, 커리큘럼, 창업교육 성과, 기업가정신, 메타분석, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship intention, entrepreneurship curriculum, meta 등의 키워드를 혼합하여 사용하였다. 본 연구는 메타분석을 사용하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과를 어떠한 조건에서 관계가 더 효과적이거나 덜 효과적인지에 대해 증거기반으로 다양한 변인을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육과 관련된 실증연구들을 종합적으로 분석하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과에 대하여 유일하게 진행하는 연구로서 의의를 가진다. 최근 들어 더 증가하고 있는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 필요성을 재고하고 더 실제적인 효과와 교육 프로그램 개선에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

드라마 선호도가 사업의지에 미치는 영향

  • 정부가 고령화, 인구감소, 경기침체의 대안으로 새로운 일자리 창출에 관심을 집중한지 이미 오래다. 오랜 취업난과 수명 증가로 인해 창업은 이제 선택이 아닌 필수가 되었다. 정책적으로 직업으로서 창업가가 대우받는 시대가 된 것이다. 하지만, 아직도 국민 의식 저변에는 창업에 대한 불안과 두려움이 깔려있다. 이러한 인식 제고를 위해 다양한 교육과 정책들이 끊임없이 나오고 있지만, 여전히 창업에 대해서는 망설이게 되는 부분이 크다. 이러한 창업에 대한 두려움과 어려움을 극복할 수 있는 가장 확실한 방법은 경험해 보는 것인데, 직접 경험하는 것 외에도 문화적으로 다양한 창업경험을 접할 수 있다면 막연한 창업에 대한 불안감과 두려움을 조금이나마 해소할 수 있지 않을까? 문화계발효과이론을 응용하여 드라마를 중심으로 연구해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 드라마 선호도가 사업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 것으로, 그 동안 많이 연구되어 온 기업가정신과, 사업동기, 경험을 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업가정신과 사업동기가 사업의지에 미치는 영향을 재확인하면서, 창업에 대한 직·간접 경험이 실제 창업의지에 영향을 미치는지 검증하고, 거기에 더해 매스미디어의 하나인 드라마 선호도가 기업가정신과 사업동기, 경험에 조절효가가 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 정부의 창업지원정책이 홍수처럼 쏟아지는 지금도 개인의 창업과 폐업은 꾸준히 수치를 늘려가고 있다. 과연 기존 정부의 창업지원정책만으로 계속 현 상황을 이어가야 할지, 아니면 창업지원과 더불어 사회 전반에 걸친 문화적 지원도 뒷받침된다면 실제 창업에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 사업의지를 보다 더 확실하게 키울 수 있으리라 생각된다.

The Effect of Entrepreneurship on Entrepreneurial Intention: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Fear on Business (대학생의 기업가정신과 창업의도와의 관계 연구: 창업실패두려움의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This research was implemented to check what effects entrepreneurship have on the entrepreneurial intention verify the emotional factor 'Fear on Business' in terms of the relationship between entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention. Above all, in the study Health Belief Model was applied to research into emotional factors, such as 'Fear on Business'. Specifically, it was performed to check what effects 'Fear on Business' has on the entrepreneurial intention and to see if there are any mediating effects between entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention. To achieve the research purposes above, the students who took a business start-up and entrepreneurship related course were surveyed (all 356); and research findings were produced. To summarize the findings, entrepreneurship did influence the entrepreneurial intention significantly. In addition, entrepreneurship significantly influenced 'Fear on Business'. And 'Fear on Business' significantly influenced the EI; it turned out that 'Fear on Business' plays a mediating role between entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention. From these result, it is thought that programs or policies for reducing 'Fear on Business' are needed. Finally, because entrepreneurship can affect the entrepreneurial intention through the medium of 'Fear on Business', it is thought that the government's effort to create a social atmosphere is needed to overcome 'Fear on Business'.

The Effects of Individual Characteristics and Entrepreneurship on Entrepreneurial Intentions: Moderating effect of Hofstede's Cultures Dimensions (개인 특성 및 기업가정신이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 홉스테드 문화특성의 조절 효과를 중심으로)

  • Individual characteristics and entrepreneurship are important factors to determine entrepreneurial intentions. Despite this, little attention has been given to external factors, which effects to venture start-up decision. This study examines the relationship between individual characteristics and entrepreneurship by moderating effect of Hofstede's cultures dimensions theory. For this, 244 copies of the questionnaire were empirically analyzed. According to the results of analysis, internal locus of control, self-efficacy were found to have positive effects on autonomy, innovativeness, pro-activeness. In addition, uncertainty avoidance of Hofstede's cultures dimensions theory were found the moderating effects on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intentions. Therefore, this study suggests theoretical and practical implications, as below, according to the results. Firstly, pro-activeness take a important part on venture start-up. Thus, venture start-up institution and venture managers need to develop "venture education curriculum" that fostering the pro-activeness mind of entrepreneur. Secondly, In order to anticipate entrepreneurial intentions more precisely, analyzing the interaction between environmental variables and individual variables is desirable. Lastly, in the future study of entrepreneurship, the comprehensive analysis of correlation between the factors that including three factors of entrepreneurship is need to be conducted and more effective way of readdressing the entrepreneurship is necessary.

An Empirical Study on the Effects of Entrepreneurship on Entrepreneurial Intention: Focusing on Moderating Effects of Fear of Entrepreneurial Failure (기업가정신이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 창업실패두려움의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study empirically analyzed how the elements of entrepreneurship and the fear of entrepreneurial failure influence entrepreneurial intention with each other in a situation that encourages startups. In particular, the moderating effect of fear of entrepreneurial failure was verified by dividing the fear of entrepreneurial failure into three sub-variables: fear of financial loss, fear of psychological loss, and fear of career loss. As a result, it was found that proactiveness and risk-taking had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, but innovativeness did not. Fear of entrepreneurial failure(all of sub-variables) was found to have no significantly moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. Therefore it seemed to have a negative effect as a independent variable. However, considering the regression coefficient(β) is positive or negative depending on the interaction terms of the sub-variables of fear of entrepreneurial failure and the entrepreneurship, it could be inferred that the moderating effect could be positive or negative. Based on this research results, a sophisticated entrepreneurship education program to inspire entrepreneurship and lower the fear of failure is needed in order to promote startups. And at the same time, a social safety net construction plan to reduce the fear of entrepreneurial failure needs to be prepared.

The effect of entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial performance focusing on potential entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs: Mediating role of entrepreneurship (창업동기요인이 예비창업자와 기창업자의 창업성과에 미치는 영향 : 기업가정신의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • Increasing unemployment rate and creation of new jobs are most important issues around the world recently. Then many developed countries, including Republic of Korea, establish and enforce a variety of start-up activation policies to increase employment rate and boom up the national economy. Establishing linkage of entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intention and firm performance, focusing on potential entrepreneurs and entrepreneur, it could provide personalized and targeted entrepreneurial policy programs to increase entrepreneurship, because entrepreneurship is the most important factor to activate startups. On this study, it established factors of entrepreneurial motivation on potential entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, and analyzed the linkage of factors of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intention(potential entrepreneurs) and firm performance(entrepreneurs). For analysis, this study conducted descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis to verify validity, correlation analysis, and regression to analyze influence between factors. Potential entrepreneurs group has 202 samples, and findings show self-efficacy, social network, economic status and government policy influence on entrepreneurship positively. And self-efficacy, startup education, economic status and government policy have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, too. Entrepreneurs group has 212 samples, and findings show self-efficacy, social network and economic status influence on entrepreneurship. And each linkage has a positive effect, that self-efficacy - financial and non-financial performance, startup education - financial and technological performance, social network - financial performance, economic status - financial and non-financial performance, and government policy - financial and technological performance.
