The Relations Between Relationship Building Competences and Entrepreneurial Intentions (관계형성역량과 창업의도와의 관계분석)

  • There are common features among successful entrepreneurs without regarding to the stages of startup like challenge, growth, leap and maturity stages. We know that the successful entrepreneurs have strong entrepreneurship and interpersonal competency through many experiences in the real field of startup ecosystem. Entrepreneurship has a positive effect on intention to start a business, and the importance of entrepreneurship in business startups has been found through many studies. In addition, in most curriculum of startup, entrepreneurship education is operated like an introduction to the startup education. However, in research on entrepreneurship and education on entrepreneurship, it is not easy to find other factors related to interpersonal competence except for leadership. In this study, we redefined relation-building competences in consideration of relation-building parts such as self-openness, affinity, communication, empathy and consideration among various competencies of interpersonal relations, and analyzed the difference of startup intention according to the degree of relation-building competences. As a result, there was a significant difference in the degree of relation-building competences between the group of start-up entrepreneurs and the group with no intention of starting a business. It was proved that the relation-building competences is important for entrepreneurs. Therefore, in addition to studying entrepreneurship, which is represented by conductivity, innovation, autonomy, and risk sensitivity, the studying of relationship-building competences should be continued. It is expected that various research results analyzing the relationship between startups and relationship-building competences will be reflected in entrepreneurship education.

대학 창업교육이 진로에 미치는 효과성에 대한 연구

  • 4차산업혁명 시대에 대학교육은 창의적 인재육성을 위한 중요한 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 또한 청년실업율 상승과 일자리 창출을 위한 대책으로 청년창업으로 진로를 개척할 수 있도록 대학에서부터 창업을 보다 활성화 시키지위한 정책과 지원을 확대되기 시작하였다. 대학교육의 교과 비교과 교육커리큘럼 역시 시대적 요구에 맞춰 변화하고 있으며 창의성 역량을 강조하는 창업교육이 확산되고 있다. 대학의 창업교육을 통한 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력 등 창의성역량 함양과 도전정신을 강조하며 기업가정신을 함양하는 추세이다. 이는 작금의 시대가 요구하는 창의적 인재상과 일치하며 정부와 대학에서도 창업교육에 대한 중요성을 인식하였다. 하지만 창업교육에 대한 효과성을 검증함에 있어서 창업의지, 창업성과, 청년창업 등 창업에 관련된 단편적 측면으로 연구가 많이 되고 있다. 즉, 창업교육에 대한 다양한 효과성 측면에 관한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 차별적으로 창업교육을 통하여 사회에 진출을 앞두고 있는 대학생의 진로준비와 선택에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 이를 위해 2016년 8월부터 지역 거점별 5개 대학교의 창업교육을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사 실시하여 393개의 표본으로 실증분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 창업교육을 통한 역량은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향은 없었다. 다만 창업교육의 협업적 의사소통능력과, 창의적 문제해결능력은 창업가정신과, 자기효능감을 통해 매개효과로 진로준비행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 창업교육의 협업적의사소통능력, 창의적문제해결능력이 창업가정신과 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 창업가정신과 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 긍정의 영향을 미치는 실증적 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 단순히 대학의 창업교육을 시키는 것이 중요한 것이 아니라 창업교육을 통하여 창업가정신과 자기효능감을 고취 함양시킴으로써 진로준비행동에 긍정의 영향을 미친다는 점과 창업가정신과 자기효능감이 중요한 요인이라는 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 향후 대학 창업교육의 효과성에 대한 측정과 평가에서 창업과 같은 실무적 성과 접근뿐만 아니라 사회진출을 위한 진로 영역 등과 같이 다각도의 효과와 올바른 방향성에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다.

  • Even a lot of research has shown about entrepreneurship, there are still some limitations to apply to women. It was limited because it has been illuminated by general points of view. In this situation, it is needed to study more about entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship will. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education experience and the effect of entrepreneurship education on the will of entrepreneurship. First, the implications of the study were to verify that the effect of entrepreneurship education, which is the ability of entrepreneurship knowledge, can contribute to raising the will of entrepreneurship. Therefore, in the entrepreneurship education conducted by universities, operating as a participatory program that can enhance entrepreneurship skills rather than theoretical aspects will contribute to enhancing the willingness of female college students to start up. Second, career orientation and entrepreneurship, which are characteristics of individual psychological behavior, have the result of raising the will to start a business and linking it to actual start-up. Therefore, it is suggested that students conduct their entrepreneurship comprehension and connect themselves to active entrepreneurship activities by conducting a diagnosis of the career orientation and entrepreneurship of students during the start-up education of the university. Third, women's entrepreneurship will become more active in government, and university entrepreneurship support programs expanded to target women's college students.

The Effect of Role Model on Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Intention: Focused on Korean and Chinese University Students (창업역할모델이 창업자기효능감과 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 한국과 중국대학생들을 중심으로)

  • Role model has received remarkable attentions in entrepreneurship literature over long time but majority of studies were conducted in western context. As an explorative study, this paper attempted to replicate the effect of role model in eastern context based on the discussions in the literature, using total 440 samples made of Korean and Chinese university students. This study examined the impact and effectiveness of role model on promoting entrepreneurship of university students, considering the main stream of entrepreneurship study has been concentrated on the effect of entrepreneurial education. Our findings presented that role model had a positive impact on both entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of Korean and Chinese university students. Also, entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a significant and positive relationship with entrepreneurial intention of university students. The result of this study implies that role model need to be factored into entrepreneurship education curriculum in order to make it more effective and powerful promotional and educational tool for young university students. Theoretical and practical implications were presented based on the findings of this study.

A Study on the Current State and Effect of Entrepreneurship Education in Major Countries: Comparison of the 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Index (주요 국가의 기업가정신 교육 현황 및 효과 연구: 2016년 글로벌 기업가정신 지수의 비교)

  • This study analyzes the current state of entrepreneurship education and start-up foundations by country in order to find ways to improve the domestic entrepreneurial environment and to promote the recognition of desirable entrepreneurship practices. It also investigates the relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial will, and the level of opportunity-based entrepreneurships, by using data from the 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Trend Report (GETR). First, the results show the urgent need for the expansion of entrepreneurship education in Korea. In the GETR category of 'experience of entrepreneurship education in elementary, middle and high schools', Korea was ranked very low (19th place), among the 20 countries. In the 'college' and 'lifelong entrepreneurship education' categories, it procured a mid-level ranking (15th). While entrepreneurship education for all ages is being promoted globally, entrepreneurship education for middle-aged individuals in Korea is relatively weak. This implies that the expansion of entrepreneurship education to lifelong education and education for employees and retirees is required. Second, the individual's entrepreneurial intention in Korea was 3.8 points, implying a mid-level ranking (15th), and it ranked the lowest in terms of opportunity-based entrepreneurship (20th). In comparison to China (4.55) and the United States (4.01), the entrepreneurial intention of Koreans was found to be low. The level of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship was also found to be very low, compared to China (4.35), Japan (4.04) and the United States (4.59). In general, the proportion of the level in opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, increases from the factor-driven and efficiency-driven, to the innovation-driven type. In Korea, the percentage of entrepreneurial ventures centered around involuntary entrepreneurship and small businesses is high. It is also interpreted that opportunity-based entrepreneurships are low in number because of this high proportion of involuntary start-up and small businesses. Last, the entrepreneurial intention in all types (factor-driven, efficiency-driven, and innovation-driven) was exceptionally high. It has been confirmed that exposure to all entrepreneurship education (elementary, junior high, university, and lifelong education) in innovation-driven countries, greatly increases entrepreneurial intention. In the case of Korea, which is an innovation-driven country, qualitative improvement based on quantitative expansion of entrepreneurship education is expected to be a major driving force for individuals' entrepreneurial intention to obtain a mid-level ranking (15th).

  • 지금까지의 벤처기업에 관한 연구에서는 어떤 산업에서 벤처기업의 창업이 활발한가에 관한 것이었다면, 최근의 관심은 산업이라기보다는 특정 전문직종이나 개인의 경제 사회적인 특징에 관한 것이다. 특별히 대학(교)이상의 학위를 가지고 있는 고급노동력의 인적자원들이 성공적인 벤처기업을 창업 및 운영하고 있다는 점이 주목받고 있으며, 이들의 공간적 특성과 관계성에 대한 연구는 의미를 갖는다. 벤처기업협회의 벤처기업입지에 관한 자료와 통계청에서 제공하는 지역별, 교육수준별 인구통계를 이용하여 그 관계성을 분석하였다. 우리나라의 지역들 중에서 경기도는 벤처기업이 가장 활발하게 창업되고 있는 지역으로 나타나고 있다. 이는 단순히 대학(교) 교육 이상을 받은 고급노동력이 경기도로 몰려오기 때문만은 아니다. 경기도로 오는 인적자원들은 실제로 기업가정신(entrepreneurship)이 왕성한 고급노동력들인 것이다. 이와 함께, 대전/충남지역 역시 그 지역의 고급노동력의 비율에 비해서 높은 비율로 벤처기업이 창업되고 있음이 발견되었다. 서울과 인천과 같은 수도권 지역 역시 벤처창업이 상대적으로 왕성함이 발견되었다. 반면에 수도권과 충청권을 제외한 지방지역에서는 각 지역들이 보유하고 있는 고급노동력에 비해서 벤처기업의 수가 상대적으로 낮게 나타나고 있다. 이에 대한 지방정부 차원에서의 노력이 요망되며, 특별히 연구개발기능의 유치와 지역대학의 연구기능 강화를 위한 대책이 마련되어야 한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of teaching style on entrepreneurial intention of undergraduate. And this study was to analyze the influence of teaching style on study attitude of undergraduate. Additionally, this study was to analyze the influence of teaching style on self-esteem of undergraduate. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, entrepreneurial intention of undergraduate showed a statistically significant difference based on teaching style. Secondly, study attitude of undergraduate showed a statistically significant difference based on teaching style. Lastly, Secondly, self-esteem of undergraduate showed a statistically significant difference based on teaching style.

  • Understanding key factors that affect entrepreneurial intention of university students is important to establish effective pedagogy for educating potential entrepreneurs. This cross-cultural study examines the direct effects of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention of university students, and further examined how self-efficacy interacts with an entrepreneurship education in promoting entrepreneurial intention of Korean and Chinese university students. Empirical findings of this study suggest that entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy affect significantly entrepreneurial intention of university students in both countries. The proposed moderation effect of self-efficacy was supported for Korea but not China. The implications of the study were discussed and presented in terms of theoretical and practical aspects.

  • The matter of cultivating entrepreneurship and will to start a business of university students majoring in agriculture and life sciences and college students majoring in agriculture as a future leader in the sector is a very important object of study. However, the discussion on entrepreneurship, establishment of a business and venture based on creative technology and innovative management have been scarcely had, because traditionally the majority of agricultural business has been a small-sized and simple business run by a small farmer. Education for starting an agricultural business in agriculture industry has been ignored even in the developed countries. ICT and AI(artificial intelligence)-based smart agriculture in the 4th Industrial Revolution Age is emerging as a new growth potential of our agriculture industry. Thus, the interest in farmers to start a business and venture agriculture is growing in the agriculture industry. Accordingly, the study draws the influence factors regarding the effect of the planned behavior of the university students who take part in the education course for starting an agricultural business and an agricultural venture business on entrepreneurship and will to start the business and conducts the empirical analysis. The businessmen who newly join the agriculture industry should perform the technical innovation and the creative business activities to be able to compete in the agriculture industry.

대규모 공개 온라인수업 MOOC 기반의 앙트러프러너십 교육 활성화 방안 고찰 및 제언

  • 2010년 이후 대학을 중심으로 앙트러프러너십 교육의 중요성이 강조되면서, 그동안 창업과 기업가정신 관련 프로그램이 양적으로 급격하게 증가하여 왔다. 또한, 부처들이 모여 '대학창업교육 5개년 계획'을 수립하고 추진하며 그 확산은 더욱 빠르게 진행되었다. 하지만 현실은, 앙트러프러너십 전문교수자의 부족, 창업인프라 편중현상으로 인한 교육혜택의 지역편차 심화, 천편일률적이고 파편적인 교육커리큘럼, 그리고 빠른 변화의 스타트업 환경과 속도를 따라잡지 못하는 대학 내부체계 등 앙트러프러너십 교육의 전반적인 문제점이 심각하게 거론되고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 문제들의 해결을 위한 하나의 방편으로 온라인플랫폼을 바탕으로 하는 앙트러프러너십 교육의 질적향상과 양적확산을 통해 문제를 해결하려는 움직임이 일어나고 있다. 이미 해외에서는 대중을 대상으로 온라인플랫폼을 통한 대규모공개수업 MOOC(이하 '무크')가 확산되고 활발히 연구되고 있다. 온라인플랫폼 기반의 앙트러프러너십 교육 또한 비즈니스 범주에서 주요한 위치에 자리를 잡고 있으며, 효과성에도 좋은 결과를 내며 진행되고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 대규모 개방 온라인교육 수업과정인 무크에 대한 정확한 개념과 구조적 배경의 이해를 통해, 무크 현상의 본질적 가치와 의미를 발견하고 앙트러프러너십 교육에의 적용방법과 기대효과에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 목적한 연구의 진행을 위해 질적연구방법론을 사용하여 최신문헌 검토 및 참여관찰, 심층면담, 이해당사자 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 근거이론을 기반으로 핵심키워드를 도출하여 연구의 전체적인 맥락을 구성하였다.
