Analysis on Vibration Source of Sheet Feeding Apparatus for Digital MFP (Multi-Functional Product) (디지털 복합기 용지이송기구의 가진원 분석)

  • In this paper, we investigate the vibration source of sheet feeding apparatus installed in scanner cover of the digital MFP through frequency analysis. Gearmesh frequency and motor generated frequency were calculated to analyse autospectrum. During driving state, we measure the vibration level. It was found from the signal analysis that gearmesh frequency and motor generated frequency are identified as vibration source.

  • 2MW 풍력발전기용으로 사용할 영구자석형 동기발전기 물리설계 과정을 설명하다. 기어비가 72.28인 3단 기어를 사용하여 영구자석 pole을 회전자 표면에서 3 mm 깊이로 삽입시켜 안정된 구조를 취했다. 토크, 인덕턴스, 유기전압, 손실, 온도분포 등을 계산하기 위해 전자기해석과 열해석 등을 통해 영구자석, 회전자, 고정자 등의 구조를 정하고와 크기를 최적화시켰다.

  • Typically nondestructive inspection methods of the large gear units are applied to penetrate non-destructive inspection. Nondestructive penetrating inspection put into the small openings of the defect to penetration liquid, remove to excess penetration liquid on the surface of the gear units, spread with developing solution and we can find the small defect by coating with penetration liquid. However, this method has so many issues because of penetrate nondestructive tests on the gear assembly. The steep angle of screw is hard to achieved full penetration and has the problem to remove the excess. In contrast, the magnetic nondestructive inspection is easy to detect subsurface defects and subtle defects. According to the inspection results the stress concentrates in gear surface, some internal defects and microscopic flaws exist on the gear units are not found to penetrate the nondestructive inspection, but magnetic nondestructive inspection could have found many defect. Therefore, a reasonable method of nondestructive inspection for the large gear units is suitable to magnetic nondestructive inspection.

Study for Examples of Fire Including Friction with Automotive Clutch, Manual Transmission and Tire System (자동차 클러치, 수동변속기, 타이어 시스템의 마찰에 관련된 화재사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the failure examples for fire by friction on clutch, manual transmission and tire system in a car. In the first example, the driver took the pedal with foot to act the clutch. But the clutch disk did not return from flywheel by leakage of clutch hydraulic line. The heat was produced between clutch disk and flywheel by surface contacting. As a result, it was produced the fire by oil sludge sticked with transmission. In the second example, the transmission system was operated to transfer power of engine by contacting with gear and gear. But, as if the oil of transmission was caused the oil insufficiency because of leaking by crack of transmission case, it found the fact that was produced the fire by deposit material on transmission case. In the third example, when the car's driver continuously pushed an accelerator pedal for escaping from dry pit, the tire took the heat by the friction force between tire and surface of road. As a result, it became the direct cause for the fire. Therefore the driver must manage not to produce the fire with friction parts by heating during running.

  • 본 연구에서는 강릉에 소재한 자동차 기어 전문생산업체인 E사의 창고관리에 바-코드시스템을 구축한 사례를 다룬다. 개발된 시스템은 판매관리, 생산관리, 자재관리, 자료관리를 통합한 통합생산관리시스템에 연계되어 운영되도록 설계되었다. 바-코드 시스템의 도입으로 참고에서 입출고 활동이 발생될 때마다 그 처리는 5자리의 위치코드를 포함하는 13자리의 바-코드와 자재수량 입력에 의해 신속하고 정확하게 수행된다. 결론적으로 통합생산관리시스템과 연계된 자동창고관리시스템은 창고에서의 실제수량과 장부상의 수량를 자동적으로 일치시켜 주게 되었으며, 이것은 또한 실시간으로 자재수량의 파악을 가능하게 해 주었다.

  • 현재의 핫 엠보싱 기술은 나노/마이크로 패턴의 복제 기술로 다방면에서 연구되어지고 있다. 기존에 알려진 핫 엠보싱 기술은 하드 몰드를 사용하여 열과 압력을 가해서 PR 패턴 제작이나 나노/마이크로 구조물을 제작하였다. 그러나 이러한 하드 몰드의 사용은 3차원 구조물을 구현할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하드 몰드 대신 소프트 몰드를 사용하여 3차원 미세 구조물을 구현해 보고자 한다.(중략)

  • In an aero gas-turbine engine, a surface air-oil heat exchanger (SAOHE) is used to cool the oil system for the gearboxes and electric generators. The SAOHE is installed inside the fan casing of the engine in order to dissipate the heat from the oil system into the bypass duct stream. The purpose of this study was to develop an effective numerical method for designing an SAOHE for an aero gas-turbine engine. A two-dimensional model using a porous medium was developed to evaluate the aero-thermal performance of the fins of the heat exchanger, and a one-dimensional flow and thermal network program was developed to save time and cost in the evaluation of the heat exchanger performance. Using this network program, the pressure drop and heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger were predicted, and the results were compared with two-dimensional computational fluid dynamics results and experiment data for validation.

  • 4절 기구를 이용한 크랭크식 식부 장치는 원하는 제적을 비교적 쉽게 합성할 수 있지만, 그 구조상 발생하는 가진력에 의해 주축의 최대 회전 속도가 약 300 rpm 전후로 작업 속도는 약 0.8 m/sec로 한정되어 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하고 기계 이용 수익을 높이기 위해 편심 기어열을 이용한 고속, 저진동의 로터리식 식부 장치에 대한 연구가 1984년 일본에서 시작되었다. 로터리식 고속 식부 장치는 현재 대부분의 승용 이앙기에 채택되어 있으며 최고 1.2m/sec의 속도로 작업할 수 있다(산경정남, 1986; 산경정남 등, 1989). 그러나, 전량 수입 및 기술 이전에 의존하는 로터리식 식부 장치는 다음과 같은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 1) 로터리식 식부 장치의 식부 궤적은 원에 가까운 난형을 가지므로 식부후 토양에 생기는 구멍이 크랭크식 식부 장치에 의한 것보다 커서 식부 자세가 불량하고 뜬묘가 많이 발생한다. 2) 로터리식 식부 장치의 식부 제적은 상하 방향의 길이가 크랭크식보다 짧아 앞서 이앙한 모의 줄기 부분이 겹치는 브릿지(bridge) 현상이 자주 발생하며 벼 생육에 불리하다. 3) 로터리식 식부 장치의 조당 수입 판매 가격은 약 30만원으로 6조식 승용 이앙기에 부착할 경우 국내 승용 이앙기 평균 판매 가격인 960만원의 약 19%인 180만원을 차지하여 국산 이앙기의 경쟁력을 감소시킨다.   • Gear train in the automobile to be used for controlling gas flow in automobiles consists of spur gears with involute tooth type in multiple stages. This spur gear is designed considering to the high power transfer efficiency, bending stress and contact stress in the static and dynamic analysis. The torque has been increased simultaneously the angular velocity has been decreased through the stages after being supplied by AC synchronous motor. This apparatus is controlled by electrical devices such as the PIC microprocessor, hall sensor and other electric components. By comparing the preset data of PIC microcomputer which is supplied by external DC electric power with the value set of hall sensor which detects the rotation angle position, PIC microcomputer thus controls AC motor and gear train according to the program algorithm which includes the on-off control and PWM motor driving method. As the result of the experiment such as performance, fatigue, torque test, we can conclude that this system is superior to the same and familiar foreign systems.

  • This paper describes a Power Monitoring Unit (PMU) for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) electrical system, It is designed for the PMU which performs data sensing of generator, transformer rectifier unit (TRU), battery and gear box installed in UAV and operate power ON/OFF devices of mission equipment. The PMU measures the voltage and current for the aircraft power source (generators, transformer rectifier unit and battery), measures the pressure and temperature of the gearbox, and performs the mission equipment power command received from the mission computer. The PMU was designed to meet the requirements of the UAV, and was performed through structure/thermal analysis, environmental test, EMI test and ground/flight tests.
