다가올 21세기를 한 마디로 규정짓는다면 정보화 사회라고 말할 수 있다. 이러한 정보화 사회는 국가의 힘과 부, 개인의 삶의 수준이 기술, 정보, 지식, 문화 등 지식 자산의 수준에 의하여 결정된다. 지적 자산의 수준은 본질적으로 개개인의 학습 능력과 창의력에 의존하고, 더 구체적으로는 정보를 획득하고 평가하는 능력, 정보를 조직하고 관리하는 능력, 정보를 해석하고 유통 활용하는 능력 등의 함양 여부에 달려 있다. 우리나라의 교육에서도 정보화 교육이 이루어지고는 있지만, 아직까지 초보적인 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 특히 각 교과 활동에서 정보를 수집, 분석, 유통, 활용하는 능력을 신장시키기 위한 다각적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이 논문에서는 초등학교에서 데이터베이스 개념활동을 통해 정보소양능력을 기르는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 정보소양 능력을 향상하는 방안으로 기존의 컴퓨터를 통한 데이터베이스의 사전 지식이나 이론의 도입 없이 데이터베이스 개념을 통한 활동 중심적인 프로젝트를 수행함에 따라 자연스럽게 정보소양능력이 향상되는지 알아보고자 한다.

The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Department of Korea have formulated various policy for development of teacher's ICT competence. But most of efforts expended upon ICT utilization currently, emphasize the ability which can handle computer skillfully than the ability for practical use in instruction, so that cannot induce distinct competence according to the duties and operations of teachers. This study aims to make scales for teacher's ability of ICT utilization in education of Korea. For the original purpose of evaluation, this tool made by job analysis and comparative studies with the existing appraisal standards. It can be the standards for evaluation of teacher's wholly duties on ICT applied education and proper self-evaluation tool for improvement of teacher's ability on ICT utilizing instruction. I processed measurement value of participant of Gwangju and Jeollanamdo area in this system and analyzed the level of teacher's abilities using ICT, a sex gap, regional difference, duty position difference and education career difference etc.

본 논문에서는 유아교육기관에서 유치원 교사들이 멀티미디어를 활용하는데 있어서 학습 능력 향상 및 소프트웨어 활용 기술을 향상시키기 위해 플립러닝을 진행하도록 한다. 이를 통해 최신 멀티미디어의 특성을 잘 활용한 교수자의 강의 보다는 플립러닝을 위한 참여자 위주의 수업을 진행한다. 새롭게 등장하는 멀티미디어 기술을 접해야 하는 과목의 특성과 창의적이고 융합적인 인재를 양성해야하는 유치원 교사의 역할을 접목하여 미래 사회를 이끄는 유아들에게 효율적인 학습이 이루어지도록 하는 데에 큰 의의를 둔다. 유치원 교사들은 멀티미디어를 활용한 교수매체 활용 능력을 향상시키는 것은 물론이고, 최신 미디어 기술을 수업에 적극 활용하여 4차 산업혁명 시대의 흐름에 맞는 교과과정을 운영하도록 한다, 따라서 본 연구는 유치원 교사들을 양성하는데 있어서 미디어 교육의 중요성을 알리고 이를 교과과정에서 운영할 수 있도록 플립러닝을 활용한 교육과정을 제시하고자 한다.

This study examined 142 electronic components, video, audio, and communications equipment manufacturers (KSIC 32) out of all the SMEs that responded to the Survey on Technology of the Small and Medium Enterprises in both 2005 and 2007 and empirically analyzed how the external resources utilization and the absorptive capability affected the management and the innovation performance in two years as well as how the absorptive capability moderated these relationships. According to the results of analysis, the external resources utilization, as measured by the technology collaboration and the governments R&D subsidies, did not have a significant impact on performance whereas R&D investment showed a positive (+) influence on the sales and R&D personnel ratio, negative (-). On the other hand, the moderating effect of absorptive capability varied by measurement method and independent variables. That is, when a technology collaboration takes place, the performance improved with the increase of R&D investment but R&D personnel ration had an opposite effect. The companies whose performance improved as the government R&D subsidies increase are those with low R&D investment or high R&D personnel ratio. These results demonstrate that the SME's external resources utilization cannot replace the internal and that the absorptive capability needs to be accumulated to maximize the effectiveness of external resources utilization. Also, the technology collaboration requires SME's aggressive investment in R&D and the government R&D subsidies turn out to be more helpful for the companies that already have the R&D personnel but have been unable to develop their own technology due to insufficient funds. This study has limitations in that it was conducted within the limited industry categories and samples, but has overcome those of the existing researches by identifying causal relationships through the use of longitudinal data.

South Korean Government confirmed the creation of competency-centered society as a key national issue and announced development and utilization plan of NCS(National Competency Standards) On May 21, 2013. As a part of the government's plans, they had been developed NCS about 833 jobs by 2014. But Big Data related job, as an emerging job, cannot be seen as a reliable form of job yet. As, at the major industrialized countries and the domestic, education and job competency models of knowledge and skills to take advantage of various types of Big Data have coming, it is a situation that is certainly not settled and more or less in confusion. In this study, for the purpose to present the Big Data Competency reference model for companies and organizations to effectively leverage Big Data, we have presented this reference model and summarized competency elements units such as 20 knowledges and 15 skills of Big Data competency.

All possible efforts have been done to adapt to the information-oriented society throughout the whole area of education. Especially, it is strongly demanded that teachers should effectively apply information communication and disposal to all the educational activities of instruction-learning, students management, school affairs, and administrative affairs. In this thesis, we chose as educational contents the information technology which is necessary in an educational site to increase the capability of applying information of teachers and developed remote training materials. In addition, we developed measurement instruments to evaluate the capability of applying information of teachers and gave grades to them. Grading System of the Capability of Applying Information of Teachers will be a standard of the capability of applying information.

현대사회는 지식정보화 사회로서 인간의 지식을 자원으로 하고 정보통신기술을 접목하여 지식을 체계적이고 유연성 있는 정보로 가공하는 것을 국가 경쟁력의 핵심요소로 사용하고 있다. 그리고 국어과 교육과정는 창의적인 국어사용능력을 배양하고 학습자의 의미 있는 학습을 중요시하며, 실생활과 관련된 교육과정이 되도록 요구하고 있다. 따라서 학습자 주변 및 사회적 현상을 다양한 국어 상황에 활용하여 비판적으로 이해하고, 창의적으로 표현하도록 하는 NIE를 학습에 활용하고자 하였다. 나아가 인터넷이 보편화 되어 있는 환경과 정보통신기술의 함양 및 활용을 통한 e-NIE(인터넷을 통한 신문활용학습)를 국어과에 적용하여 읽기 쓰기 능력에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다.

This study is aimed to evaluate the satisfaction level and effective value in acquiring the coffee-related private certificates for purpose of development and growth of the coffee industry in Korea. Analysis had being made to investigate on which parts of the vocational competencies designated by National Competency Standard are developed by the coffee-related private certificates implemented in Korea and the effect of such certificates on the job satisfaction and intent to utilize are further elaborated. While technical ability, self-development ability, problem-solving ability had a positive (+) effect on overall job satisfaction. Further, job satisfaction of vocational competencies had a positive (+) effect on the utilization intention. Through this study, it is found that the coffee barista private certificates have a considerable effect on the development of vocational competencies, improve the job satisfaction and are utilized as a material evaluating ability scales for recruitment and employment.

Recently, there are efforts to improve my learning ability by using various learning tools based on ICT technology. The application such as games is used in conjunction with lecture class to induce interest in the class and to enhance the learning effect by using smartphone app as learning tool. In addition, we are trying to improve creative thinking ability, problem solving ability and logical thinking ability through early coding education. In this paper, we describe the learning and quiz app using the app inventor and conducted the related questionnaire. We developed a learning philosophy for preliminary early childhood teachers using the developed apps and taught them how to utilize them in early childhood education by explaining the apps and using the app inventor. Through questionnaires, we confirmed the learning effect and the willingness to use in early childhood education. Through this study, I hope to improve the ability of early childhood teacher learning and to utilize the coding in early childhood education with the app developed as the app inventor.

This study assesses the structure relationships between resource, product and process innovation capability, technology commercialization competence and performance of firms in Daedeok Innopolis. In particular, this study attempts to analyze technology commercialization competence that may be influenced by product and process capabilities. The development of the research model is based on the literature of resource-based view and the empirical studies of technology commercialization competence. The survey of 109 firms was conducted from January 5, 2015 through February 4, 2015. We investigate the role of a firm's technology commercialization competence in determining its performance by performing Partial Least Squares analysis. The results indicate that a firm's human resources and intangible resources lead to a higher level of its product and process innovation capabilities. This study, however, finds that a firm's tangible resources do not have significant effects on its product and process innovation capabilities. And the study finds evidence that firm's product and process capabilities have positive effects on its technology commercialization competence. The study also finds that a firm's technology commercialization competence is a driving force behind its performance, showing that its technology commercialization competence positively involves its performance. In addition the study finds that technology commercialization competence mediates the relationship between a firm's innovation capability and performance, indicating that the technology commercialization used as mediating variable positively affects its innovation performance.
