생산설비의 메인티넌스(Maintenance) 활동을 통해서 철저하게 손실과낭비를 배제하는 것으로서 생산성의 향상을 꾀하는 것을 목표로 한 TPM활동 즉, 전원참가의 생산성 보전활동이 제창되어지고 있는데 최근 어려운 경제환경의 저하로 많은 화학공장이 그것에 관심을 가지고 도입하고 있다. TPM의 기본적인 이념과 구체적인 추진방법에 대해서 설명한다. TPM활동에 의해 생산성 향상의 측면에서 커다란 성과를 올릴 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 설비면과 운전면에서의 안전관리에도 효과가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

작년 12월의 일본 우정성(MPT) 정보통신표준과장에 이어 금년 2월의 일본 ttc 국제협력부장의 우리협회 방문시에는 양국가에서의 정보통신표준화 활동현황에 대한 소개가 있었으며 아$\cdot$태 지역에서의 정보통신표준화 활동 유대강화 및 협력증진에 대한 활발한 의견 교환이 이루어졌다. 본 고는 일본 우정성에서 작성하여 방한시 배포한 자료의 내용을 번역$\cdot$게재한 것이며 영문 약어중에서 동일한 조직명의 혼돈을 피하기 위해 정보통신기술심의회는 TTC로, 전기통신기술위원회는 ttc로 구분하였음에 유의하기를 바란다.

한국과학기술계를 총망라한 한국과학기술단체 총연합회(회장김윤기)는 과학기술계의 여망을 안고 급성장되어 가고있다 100개의 학회와 38개의 단체회원을 옹하고 있는 과기총련은 메머드 단체로 과학기술계의 공동과제해결을 위해 총력을 경주하고 있다. 회관건립사업 및 학회육성보조사업 용어제정사업과 새마을 기술봉사 활동사업등은 본궤도에 올라 이제 많은 성과를 걷우고 있다. 특히 국제적인 종합학술활동과 국내활동은 점차 강화되어 질량면에서 높은 수준을 보여주고 있다고 하겠다 지난 75년도의 과기총의 일년 결산을 더듬어본다.

산업구조변화의 일반적인 추세는 나라마다 비슷한 모습을 보인다. 그러나 국가별, 산업별로 관찰해 보면 구조변화의 방향과 경로가 상당히 다양할 뿐 아니라 구조조정의 성과도 다르게 나타나고 있다. 본고(本稿)에서는 한국의 산업구조변화가 산업특성별로 어떻게 다른 모습을 보이고 있으며, 선진국들과 비교할 때 어떤 다른 특징이 관찰되는지를 검토함으로써 구조조정의 내용과 성과를 평가하고 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 구조조정의 성과에 대한 평가의 근간은 "경제발전의 원동력은 혁신능력에 있다"는 "슘페터"의 명제에 두고 있다. 혁신집약적 산업활동의 비중변화를 기준으로 산업구조조정의 성과를 분석함에 있어 다음의 두가지 문제에 봉착하게 된다. 첫째, 혁신집약적 산업활동을 측정하기 위해 어떤 지표를 사용할 것인가, 둘째 혁신집약적 산업활동을 어떤 수준으로 분류할 것인가이다. 본고(本稿)에서는 산업별 연구개발 집약도를 혁신집약적 산업활동의 대용변수로 사용하여 혁신집약도의 정도에 따라 산업을 첨단기술산업, 중간기술산업, 재래기술산업의 세가지로 나눈 다음 수출구조변화, 생산 고용 부가가치 구조변화, 생산성 변화를 분석하였다. 제조업 수출에서 차지하는 첨단기술산업의 비중을 기준으로 한다면 구조고도화는 매우 빠르게 진전되었다. 첨단기술산업은 수출비중도 높지만 수입침투율도 가장 높다. 특히 수출주도의 고성장이 이루어졌던 1986~88년, 1994~95년 기간에 수출구조의 고도화도 급격히 이루어졌다는 사실은 해외경쟁에 노출되어 있는 수출부문이 제조업 구조고도화를 선도하고 있음을 시사하고 있다. 이에 비해 국내수요를 포함한 한국 제조업 전체의 생산, 고용, 부가가치 구조를 분석해 보면 수출부문에 비해 구조조정 성과가 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 평가된다.

To date, the literature has focused on formal R&D activities, such as internal, joint or external R&D, but informal R&D activities, such as job training or design, can also have a positive impact on technological innovation. To address this research gap, this paper examined 1) the influence of informal R&D activities on innovation adoption, and 2) the differences between formal R&D-oriented and informal R&D-oriented firms in process and product innovation. For this, statistical analysis was conducted using the data set from 2012 Korea Innovation Survey. The results suggest that 1) informal R&D activities can influence process innovation, and 2) firms engaging in both informal and formal R&D actively adopt product innovation. Findings suggest that 1) firms should recognize the importance of informal R&D and 2) national R&D policy should reflect the positive role of informal R&D in technological innovation.

The study has compared the effects in SNS-utilized instruction that each of self centric activities and social interaction added social activities affected self initiative, attitudes and self efficacy to information technology respectively. The research methods utilized the pre experimental design as nonequivalent experimental group. The data was analyzed by paired t-test and content analysis. The results showed that the SNS class utilized self-centric activities were effective in self-initiative and attitudes toward information technology, while social interaction added social activities were effective in not only self-initiative and the attitudes of information technology but also self efficacy of information technology. And content analysis of the effects of the education showed that information sharing, instancy and accessibility were advantageous but information security and privacy issues were problematic. That is, it was confirmed that when self-centric activities and social interaction activities were practised simultaneously in SNS-utilized instruction, the self initiative which learners planed and executed by themselves, the attitudes and self efficacy of information technology which were able to enhance learning ability and to show satisfaction to individual learning were improved.

신제품 개발에 있어서 제품의 잠재적 고장모드를 줄이기 위한 설계 노력은 매우 중요하며 이를 위해서는 체계적이고 혁신적인 신뢰성프로그램을 적용하는 것이 반드시 필요하다. 기업에서 동시공학을 기초로 한 건전한 신뢰성프로그램에 포함된 주요활동으로는 DFR(Design for Reliability), 신뢰성검증 및 물리적 해석활동 등이 있으며, 이 중 DFR은 제품 개발을 지원하는 첫 번째 과학적 신뢰성활동이다. 본 연구는 브레이크패드의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위하여 회사조직전체에서 여러 부서의 팀 구성원이 유기적으로 참여하는 DFR 프로세스를 조직하고 실행하는 전략과 기술에 대한 연구이다. 본 사례연구의 동기는 해당기업에서 DFR에 적용된 모든 도구와 기술을 통해 제품의 신뢰성을 향상시키고 동시에 글로벌시장의 잠재고객에 대하여 품질과 신뢰성에 대한 확신을 주는데 유용하게 활용하기 위함이다. 본 논문에서는 제품개발주기의 개념설계단계 부터 제품의 폐기까지의 DFR 개념 전개에 대하여 설명하고, 기술적 도구를 적용한 설계초기 단계에서의 분석사례를 제시하였다.

Although the technological innovation activities have depended on corporate, organizational and personal capabilities and activities, innovation resistance to practice was not actively considered in previous studies. This study is intended to the effects of corporate technology innovation capabilities and activities on intra-organizational innovation resistance and performance by compensating the limit of previous studies. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 293 domestic IT and BT companies. First, technological innovation competencies had a positive effect on technological innovation resistance, adopting hypothesis 1. Second, technological innovation activities had no positive effect on technological innovation resistance, rejecting hypothesis 2. Third, technological innovation resistance had a positive effect on technological innovation performance, adopting hypothesis 3. Fourth, technological innovation resistance was positively mediated in the relationship between technological innovation competencies and technological innovation performance, adopting hypothesis 4. Fifth, technological innovation resistance was not positively mediated in the relationship between technological innovation activities and technological innovation performance, rejecting hypothesis 5. Overall, the higher technological innovation competencies had a significant effect on technological innovation resistance. Consequently, technological innovation resistance can improve or reduce technological innovation competencies and performance depending on the level of resistance.

This research explores the role of personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy as antecedents which affect knowledge sharing activity as a consequence and investigates relationships among variables considering characteristics. The results show that members' perceived personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy has a positive effect perspectively on knowledge sharing in a organization. Especially, the fact that perceived members' task-technology fit, perceived rewards, usefulness of knowledge sharing is more important than other variables was confirmed. The results of this study, knowledge-sharing activities of the enterprise, members of the organization's business strategy for the activation process is expected to help.

정보화사회로의 진행과정에서 공중통신망을 통합 가입자 상호간의 정보유통은 사회경제 활동의 고도화에 따라 더욱 다양하고 다량화될 전망이다. 이들 가입자 상호간에 유통정보를 안전하고 신뢰성있게 전달하기 위하여 안전 서비스 요구는 필연적이 될 것이다. 이러한 안전 서비스의 제공을 위해서 사업자 측면에서는 관련 장비의 상호운용성 확보와 년구개발 또는 도입 제품 평가의 용이성을 위하여 표준화가 요구되며 제품생산자 측면에서는 생산 원가의 저렴화를 위하여 반드시 표준화가 필요하다. 본고에서는 안전 기술의 표준화 연구를 수행하는 주요 국제기구인 IOS/IEC, CCITT등의 활동 중 특히 ISO/IEC JTC1의 SC27(정보기술-안전기술)에서의 브뤼셀 회의 결과('91. 10)와 CCITT SG VLL(데이터 통신)의 4차 회의결과('91.9) 를 ㄹ중심으로 안전기술 분야의 최근 표준화활동을 소개함으로써 통신사업자가 정보통신사업에 필요한 안전 기술 및 이의 표준화 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
