본 고는 국내외 데이터베이스 기술 표준화 동향에 관한 조사 논문이다. 개방시스템에서 데이터베이스 기술의 위치를 설명하고 현재 진행중인 데이터베이스 기술 표준화에 대해 설명한다. 국내 현황도 살펴본다.

폭발적인 기술의 변천을 거듭한 무선통신을 차세대의 개인 휴대통신 서비스(PCS)로 발전시키기 위한 두 가지 무선 접속 기술방식을 비교하고 기술개발 동향 및 정책 방향을 제시하였다. 분산된 국내 이동통신의 기술력을 바탕으로 대외 경쟁력을 증진시키기 위한 표준화의 필요성과 동향을 살펴보고 다가오는 세계시장 개방의 압력에 국내의 학, 연, 산, 정부가 공동으로 대처하기 위하여 바람직한 표준화 단계와 표준화 방향에 대하여 서술하였다.

국간망과 가입자망의 초고속화가 이루어지더라도 구내망이 이를 뒷받침하지 않으면 초고속망 서비스의 제공은 이루어질 수 없다. 따라서 구내망의 구내통신선로설비는 구내의 인프라 구축에 매우 중요한 시설물이다. 이를 위해 국내에서는 초고속정보통신의 활성화를 위하여 1999년부터 초고속정보통신건물인증제도를 시행하고 있으며, 2004년1월1일부터는 공동주택의 특등급을 신설하여 세대내 광케이블이 시설되도록 요구하고 있다. 또한 국내의 구내통신선로설비에 대한 표준화는 한국통신기술협회에서 추진하고 있으며 현재까지 25개의 표준이 개발되었다. 주거용 건축물에 대한 표준을 2003년 12월에 개정하였으며 현재는 업무용 건축물에 대한 표준화 개정 연구를 진행하고 있다. 미국의 경우는 TIA를 통하여 자국내의 표준화 연구를 활발히 하고 있으며 이에 대한 내용을 근거로 국제표준화 연구를 진행하는 ISO에 제안하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 구내통신에 대하여 국제표준화와 미국을 중심으로 최근 표준화 동향에 대하여 조사 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 국내에서 제정하려고 하는 기술표준에 기여하고, 초고속정보통신건물인증제도와 국내 기술기준을 비교 분석을 통한 기술기준 개정방향을 기술하고자 한다.

표준 코디네이터는 관련 분야 국제기술 동향을 분석하여 표준 프레임워크와 중장기 표준 로드맵을 개발하고, 우리 원천기술의 효율적 국제표준화 추진과 새로운 시장 발굴을 위하여 기술별 국가별로 차별화된 전략적 표준화 협력계획 등을 포함은 '국제표준화전략'을 수립하게 된다.

Disruptive technology is increasingly gaining attention by industries, standards development organizations (SDOs), academia, government and regulatory bodies due to its massive scope of impact on the incumbents and consumers. Companies that take a lead in new technologies intend to dominate the global market by making their technologies into an international standard. However, they tend to seek ways of by-passing the slow procedures of formal SDOs that often hinder prompt action in response to rapid changes in technology and market situations. In the area of disruptive technologies, there is a need to harmonize standardization efforts in formal SDOs for various companies and stakeholders to reap the benefits of technological development and diffusion of innovation. This paper examines the reasons why standardization is more active using market-based mechanisms than through formal SDOs for disruptive technologies. We conducted a Delphi study to investigate standardization strategies in the area of disruptive technologies. This research found that experts understood the core element of disruptive technologies as creating new markets and changing the competition basis in existing industries through the transformation of consumers' behavior. Based on these core characteristics, experts agreed that flexibility and speed are the most important factors for standardization. Results also show that the perception that standardization activities are not directly connected to companies' profit-making is the key barrier to links between research and companies' participation in standardization. This research provides implications for formal SDOs and policymakers.

TTA는 국제표준화 환경변화에 적극 대응하고 국내기술의 국제표준 반영을 통한 글로벌 표준화 경쟁력을 제고를 위해 매년 중점기술을 선정하여 국내외 표준화 추진전략을 제시하는 K-ICT 표준화 전략맵을 개발하였으며, 이를 토대로 전문가 설문과 인터뷰를 진행하여 '2017년 ICT 표준화 10대 이슈'를 선정하였다. 본 고에서는 제4차 산업혁명을 이끌 초연결사회 플랫폼과 지능형 융합서비스 분야에서 선제적 표준화가 필요한 전략분야의 국내외 표준화 전망에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

본 고는 차세대 초고속 가입자 접속기술인 VDSL의 개발현황과 표준화 진행을 분석하여 우리나라의 VDSL의 연구방향을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 제 외국의 표준화 단체를 중심으로 진행되고 있는 가입자 접속표준 및 기술규격 등을 검토 분석하고 그 변조 및 코딩체계의 개념으로 나타나는 수치자료에 대한 근거를 조사하여 궁극적으로 국내 기술 개발 방안을 마련하려는 것이다. 따라서 본 고의 초점은 현재 제안되고 있는 VDSL 시스템의 전체적인 윤곽과 구조에 관련된 기술, 표준화와 관련된 Unbundling 기술을 설명하고, ITU-T Group-15, ANSI T1E1.4, ETSI TM-6 등 표준화 단체에서 제안한 VDSL 변조 및 코딩기술을 제시하고자 한다.

정보보호기술은 인터넷 등의 컴퓨터 통신망을 통하여 전달되거나 정보시스템에 저장되어 있는 정보에 대한 위조, 변조, 유출, 무단침입 등을 비롯한 각종 불법 행위로부터 조직 혹은 개인의 컴퓨터와 정보를 안전하게 보호하는 기술을 지칭하며, 이들은 무결성, 기밀성, 가용성 서비스를 통하여 실현된다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 일반 기술중에서 암호 및 인증 기술, 네트워크 보안 기술, 응용 보안 기술, 고리고 평가 및 인증체계 기술 등에 대한 표준화 동향을 파악하고, 이를 근거로 표준화 항목을 정의하고 표준화 추진체계 등을 고찰해 본다.

새로운 정보 통신기술은 시스템 기술로부터 각 요소 기술에 이르는 복합 융합적인 기술로 발전하는 추세이며, 이에 따라 미래 유망 기술을 조기에 발굴하여 기술개발과 동시에 성공적인 표준화를 추진하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 따라서 최근 선진 각국은 정보통신 서비스 진화 비전 및 미래 기술 연구를 통하여 미래 정보통신 유망기술을 도출하여, 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 주도하기 위한 기술기획 및 IPR을 반영한 표준화 추진 전략을 수립하고 있다. 본 논문은 유럽 및 일본의 정보통신 미래기술연구동향을 분석하여 향후 우리나라의 정보통신 미래 기술 개발방향을 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 표준화 추진방향을 설정하고자 한다.

As international standards of ICT were recently recognized as a essential strategy to penetrate into global markets in advance, the competition for international standardization among advanced countries and companies has been intensified. Also, the convergence of ICT and other industry as well as that of ICT and broadcasting has caused the expansion of range and importance in standardization. It is necessary to set up the strategy of standardization on essential technology and implement it systematically in order to take leading position in global market of IC in smart information society of the 21th century. Therefore, in this paper, I'll suggest constructive strategies of standardization through analyzing the trend and environment of IC standardization.
