Self-Supervised Document Representation Method

  • Recently, various methods of text embedding using deep learning algorithms have been proposed. Especially, the way of using pre-trained language model which uses tremendous amount of text data in training is mainly applied for embedding new text data. However, traditional pre-trained language model has some limitations that it is hard to understand unique context of new text data when the text has too many tokens. In this paper, we propose self-supervised learning-based fine tuning method for pre-trained language model to infer vectors of long-text. Also, we applied our method to news articles and classified them into categories and compared classification accuracy with traditional models. As a result, it was confirmed that the vector generated by the proposed model more accurately expresses the inherent characteristics of the document than the vectors generated by the traditional models.

  • Smart work has been gaining more popularity recently. Smart work means that employees perform their works anytime and anywhere as utilizing the information and communication technology. It can be divided into four categories; the mobile office, the home office, the work-at-center and the tele-cooperation. Among them, the mobile office based on tablet personal computers(PCs) or smart phones, employees can exchange information with tablet PCs or smart phones via mobile radio communication networks and portable terminals. Smart devices such as tablet PCs and smart phones help to access intranet system for requests, approvals, information search whenever employees need. This mobile office system for real-time HSE managing can contribute to improve the productivity and work efficiency in a shipyard. In this study, the main goal is to design the specialized mobile application for the HSE management system on the shipbuilding industry. The mobile application including 10 functions is designed based on ooCBD(object-oriented Component Based Development) methodology.

  • Due to the development of information and communication technology as health care service is popular variety utilizing bioinformatics patient information services are being provided to the patient. In particular, the healthcare utilizing bioinformatics information, and change in a variety of healthcare trends. However, healthcare services using bioinformatics information of the patient and the complexity of the disease, new diseases (SARS, AIDS, etc .) due to the emergence of increasing health care costs and health promotion services provided to patients may not be smooth. In this paper, we propose a model for low-cost health services and medical care of patients bioinformatics fast access to information. The proposed model can be so big a bioinformatics data formation by the patient's patient information anytime / anywhere providing medical services in the home or the nearest hospital for their own disease management. In particular, the proposed model of health care services is characterized improve work efficiency, reducing the burden on hospitals by passing a medical illness to easily analyze patient information.

  • This study aims to suggest practical ways to interact effectively with consumers based on current situation of 'media creative' and media use patterns. Cases of digital signage are reviewed in the perspective of cross media, and the strategic meanings of cross media are explored according to interactivity. Results are collected through 'Naver' search engine service, and can be possibly assorted into five media combined types: SNS-combined, QR codes or Augmented Reality(AR)-combined, Brand App(application)-combined, Online to Offline-combined, and Behavioral factors-combined ones. Some strategic suggestions on media creative are given for effective interaction with consumers.

  • With the change and development of modem architecture, architectural configurations are increasingly diversified and irregular. However, the building configurations without proper seismic considerations may cause severe damages under earthquake loads. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and implement more properly classified, specific and advanced conceptual seismic design strategies. This study explores the relationship between building configurations and seismic performance by adopting several horizontal building configurations with various re-entrant corners. For the clear comparison of five different horizontal configuration models, almost aspects of structural properties are equalized. The equivalent static analyses are conducted with the aim of understanding the characteristics of various re-entrant comers under standard earthquake loads. The seismic advantages of regular configuration model are clearly approved and the structural weak points at the re-entrant comers are investigated numerically and graphically.

유체 플라즈마 적용을 통한 고분산 금 나노분말 제조에 관한 연구

  • 나노입자는 벌크 재료와는 다른 광학적, 전기적, 촉매적 특징 때문에 최근 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 나노유체의 성질은 나노입자의 크기와 형상, 분산성등과 같은 여러 요인에 의해서 결정되어진다. 이러한 나노입자의 특징 때문에 여러 응용분야에서 활용되어지고 있다. 예를 들면, 일반 유체에 나노입자를 분산시키면, 열전도도와 대류열전달효과가 증대되어 진다. 이러한 나노유체의 제조법으로는 크게 두 가지로 분류되어 있다. 투스텝법은 환원법 혹은 기계적으로 제작한 나노입자를 일반 유체에 혼합시킨 후 분산을 시켜 제조하는 제조법이다. 원스텝법은 투스텝법과는 달리 한번에 나노유체를 제조하는 제조법이다. 일반 유체에서 나노유체를 제조함과 동시에 분산을 시켜서 제조한다. 최근, 유체내에서 나노유체를 제조함과 동시에 분산을 시켜 나노유체를 제조하는 새로운 기술인 유체 플라즈마법이 개발되었다. 하지만, 유체 플라즈마의 일반적인 거동과 해석이 명확하게 규명되지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 유체 플라즈마의 발생 메카니즘 규명을 위한 방전 시간, 전압, 단극 직류 전력, 극간거리에 따른 유체 플라즈마의 특징을 OES와 오실로스코프를 이용하여 측정하였다. 또한, 제조된 나노유체의 특징을 UV-vis nir spectropgotometer, HR-TEM, zeta-potential, EDS, ICP-OES, KD2 pro and lambda로 측정하였다. 유체 플라즈마를 각 조건에 따라 발생시켰고, 나노유체를 성공적으로 제조하였다. 유체 플라즈마의 주요 발생 원소는 산소와 수소이온으로 측정되었다. 유체 플라즈마의 강도는 전기에너지가 증가함에 따라서 증가함으로 측정되었다. 제조된 나노입자의 크기는 유체 플라즈마의 강도가 증가함에 따라서 감소하였고, 대부분의 나노입자의 형상은 구형으로 제조되었다. 나노유체의 분산안정성 또한 유체 플라즈마의 강도가 증가함에 따라서 증가하였다. 직경이 $18.1{\pm}5.0$ nm인 나노유체의 열전도도는 3%로 측정되었다. 유체 플라즈마에 의한 나노유체의 제조 메카니즘을 다음과 같이 제안한다. 유체내에서 전기에너지 인가에 따른 이온과 전자의 흐름은 유체 플라즈마를 발생시킨다. 기본 유체는 물이므로 유체 플라즈마의 주요 발생 원소는 수소와 산소이며, 인가되는 전기에너지량이 증가함에 따라서 이온과 전자의 흐름이 증가됨으로서 유체 플라즈마의 강도가 증가함으로 추측한다. 유체 플라즈마 발생은 전자의 흐름과 관계되어진다. 따라서, 유체내에 존재하는 전구체에 전자가 제공되어짐에 따라서 금 입자를 환원시켜 입자가 형성된다. 또한, 유체 플라즈마는 나노입자를 음전하로 대전시켜 분산안정성의 확보가 되는 것으로 추측되어진다.

Wood-Rotting Fungi Collected in Suweon Campus of Seoul National University (1) (서울대학교(大學校) 수원(水原)캠퍼스에서 채집(採集)한 목재부후균(木材腐朽菌)(I))

  • Wood-rotting fungi were collected in Suweon campus of Seoul National University from September 1981 to October 1982. These fungi were classified into 2 orders, 8 families, 22 genera and 34 species. Of these, Gloeoporus adustus (Willd. ex Fr.) $Pil\acute{a}t$ and G. dichrous (Fr.) Bres. were found to be new species that belong to unrecorded genus in Korea. Korean common names of these two new species were designated by the authors. List of the wood-rotting fungi was given with the generic name of host trees on which the fungus was collected.

  • Molecular simulation is an exceptionally useful method for predicting self-assembled structures in various macromolecular systems, enlightening the origins of many interesting molecular events such as protein folding, polymer micellization, and ordering of molten block copolymer. The length scales of those events ranges widely from sub-nanometer scale to micron-scale or to even larger, which is the main obstacle to simulate all the events in an ab initio principle. In order to detour this major obstacle in the molecular simulation approach, a molecular model can be rebuilt by sacrificing some unimportant molecular details, based on two different perspectives with respect to the resolution of model. These two perspectives are generally referred to as 'atomistic' and 'mesoscopit'. This paper reviews various simulation methods for macromolecular self-assembly in both atomistic and mesoscopic perspectives.

  • The purpose of this study analyzes services and the markets creating the profit of the national home network industry and the promotion strategy will be proposed. First, the technologies and products of the home network industry are analyzed, and the value chain of this industry is grasped. Second, the home network industry is classified into the communication common carrier, the construction carrier, the content/solution carrier, and the electronic business carrier. Third, The business model of the home network industry reconstructed based on the researches of Morris et al.(2005) and Chesbrough and Rosenbloom(2002), and the strategies are analyzed. We performed the industrial analysis as the company environment analysis, factor analysis of the value creation, business strategy analysis and so on.

Shape Analysis for the Activation of a Traditional Zzaim (전통짜임의 활성화를 위한 조형적 분석)

  • This study aims to analyze the formativeness of zzaim (traditional craft techniques to combine two or more materials to make an angle or to weave them to make a slope side) and systematically classified these techniques to help furniture manufacturers effectively utilize them in the design of contemporary furniture. From this data, furniture manufacturers can have benefits to understand which type of zzaim techniques will be appropriate to their plan of building furniture, and practically use relevant techniques in the field. This study classified four different applications of zzaim techniques depending on sites, such as (1) the top, (2) middle body, (3) lower body, and (4) legs of furniture. In summary, zzaim techniques are differently applied depending on the application sites and formative types of furniture. This feature makes general furniture manufacturers who want to apply zzaim techniques for the first time have hard time to understand which kind of technique should be applied to which part. Recognizing this problem, this study expects general manufacturers as well as master artisans to more effectively utilize zzaim techniques by providing the systematic data on the formative analysis of types of furniture and application sites.
