이 보고서는 기술표준원에서 추진하는 친환경 물류표준화 로드맵 계획에서 친환경수송 하역부문을 중심으로 엄재균 교수의 책임 하에 철도기술연구원 이석 박사와 한국건설기계산업헙회 김태우 차장이 함께 작성하였다. 본 건은 기술표준원 에너지물류팀에서 추진하는 표준화 로드맵의 일부분으로 채택될 예정이어서 친환경 국가물류표준화의 장기적인 발전방향을 살펴보는데 도움이 될 것이다.

It is necessary to develop systematic mine reclamation technology according to mid- and long-term road maps to effectively promote mine reclamation projects. Evaluating the main achievements of the mine reclamation technology according to the first and second-stage roadmaps revealed the necessity of sharing the R&D achievements. In this study, by reviewing the key issues of the third-stage roadmap and considering the major technical needs of in-and-out customers, the strategic development direction of sustainable mine reclamation technology through expanded sharing of R&D achievement was examined.

This paper investigates key factors on the utilization and improvement directions of national-level technology roadmaps for technology strategies. There are increasing interest in technology roadmaps to respond to uncertain environment and explore some possible directions of future technology development. To challenge the catching-up status in innovation, technology roadmap have been widely developed both in private and public sectors. In spite of recent increasing adoption of technology roadmap, there are few empirical studies on the level of utilization and improvement directions of technology roadmap with the viewpoints from science and technology experts in national innovation system. Most of studies on technology roadmaps have argued normative recommendations and made suggestions based on case studies. This paper examines the key factors on the utilization and future direction of national-level technology roadmaps. Based on survey from 320 experts in science and technology area, this paper analyzes the level of utilitation and future improvements of national level technology roadmap. The level of technological capabilities and participation experience on the roadmap development process have significant impact on the utilization of national-level technology roadmaps. Also there are three future directions to increase the usage of national-level technology roadmaps. The national-level technology roadmap should be improved as a more systematic processes including planning, progress, and outputs. Finally, this paper suggests some implications and future guidelines for national-level technology roadmaps.

IPTV란 Internet Protocol TeleVision의 머릿글자의 조합이며, IP 네트워크상의 서버들이 제공하는 콘텐츠(contents)를 시청할 모니터이다. 먼저, 미국의 홈 쇼핑 네트워크, 일본의 액트빌라, MS Mediaroom 솔류션, MS Mediaroom 적용 사례 U-verse를 통한 IPTV 활용 사례를 살펴보고 이어, IPTV 양방향 서비스 기술로 PC나 핸드폰에 이어 새로운 콘텐츠 채널로서 기대되는 TV용 위젯에 대한 동향을 살펴본 후 관련 기술의 로드맵을 정리하고자 한다. 한편, 적기(time to market)에 시장이 요구하는 제품이나 차세대 기술을 파악하는 데 필요한 기술 로드맵이 관련 분야의 전문 종사자들을 통하여 확인, 검증, 개선 및 수정을 거치면서 공론화되는 구조가 형성되기를 제안하기 위하여 일상적 기술 사례 조사 기술동향 파악 상세 기술 분석을 통한 로드맵 도출의 한 사례 혹은 템플릿으로 본 고를 작성하였다.

최근 문화기술(CT) 기반으로 다양한 산업의 콘텐츠화가 급속히 진행되고 있는 가운데, 융합형 콘텐츠가 새로운 성장동력으로서 주목받고 있다. 또한 상상력과 창의력 기반의 문화적 요소가 가미된 융합형 콘텐츠 산업은 '경쟁없는 시장'으로서 국가 비즈니스 혁신의 돌파구가 될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이런 상황에서 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 분야의 유망 전략 산업에 대한 산업-기술 연계 로드맵 작성 및 기술기획 프레임워크(framework) 구축은 미래 기술기획 및 기술개발, 관련 산업의 활성화, R&D 투자 배분 등을 위한 사전 작업 및 방향지표로서의 의의를 가진다. 이에 본 고에서는 유망 융합형 콘텐츠 분야에 대한 산업-기술 연계 로드맵을 3가지 기술발전 경로, 즉 단위 소요기술의 향상(upgrade road), 기존 소요기술의 진화(evolution road), 단위 소요기술의 혁신(innovation road)을 반영하여 작성하는 입체로드맵으로 기술기획 프레임워크 내에서 제시 적용하도록 한다.

국가나 기업이 보유한 기술을 국제 표준에 반영하기 위한 표준화 활동은 국가의 산업 발전은 물론 기업의 생존이 걸린 중요한 문제라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 21세기 지식정보사회에서 우리나라가 정보화를 조기에 실현하여 지식정보강국으로 도약하고, 세계 정보통신 시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 정보통신시장을 주도할 핵심기술에 대한 국제 표준화를 추진하는 정보통신 표준화 전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 기술로드맵 체계 및 표준화 로드맵 수립 사례를 분석하여 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 로드맵을 수립하기 위한 체계적인 접근방법과 체계(framework)를 제시하여 국내 개발기술의 국제 표준화를 촉진하고 표준화 활동의 초석을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

정보통신기술의 급속한 발전과 함께 나타난 다양한 응용 기술로 인해 인간의 생활은 커다란 변화를 겪고 있으며, 비즈니스 전반에 걸쳐서도 많은 변화를 초래하였다. 특히 ‘유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅’이라는 용어가 일상화되면서 새로운 이익의 창출이나 비즈니스의 혁신을 가능하게 하는 유비쿼터스 비즈니스가 등장하게 되었다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 비즈니스의 특성을 제시하고 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술과 관련된 로드맵에 그 특성을 적용함으로써 유비쿼터스 비즈니스의 발전방향을 분석해보고자 한다.
