정보기술의 발전은 전통적인 개념의 은행산업 구조에도 변화를 주고 있다. 인터넷을 주요 영업채널로 하는 인터넷 전문은행의 출현도 그 중의 한 예이다. 오프라인 지점 없이 은행자체가 온라인에만 존재하는 인터넷 전문은행은 세계적으로 100개 가까이 영업 중에 있으며, 많은 은행들이 도입초기 적자에서 벗어나 최근 몇 년을 기준으로 흑자를 달성하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 여러 가지 이유로 인하여 도입이 유보되고 있지만 지난 2002년에는 SK텔레콤 컨소시엄을 중심으로 V뱅크라는 인터넷 전문은행의 추진이 있었고, 2007년 2월부터 HSBC에서 유사한 형태의 다이렉트뱅킹서비스를 선보이는 등 도입 움직임이 가시화 되고 있다. 지금까지 발표된 연구자료들은 해외사례와 함께 우리나라의 인터넷 전문은행 도입 필요성을 언급하면서 제도개선 측면을 많이 강조하였다. 인터넷 전문은행 도입에 장애가 되는 각종 법규제를 완화하고 활성화를 위한 환경을 조성해야 한다는 주장이나, 아직까지 관련 조치는 이루지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미국 EU와의 FTA, 자본시장통합법 등 급변하는 금융환경에서 외국의 인터넷 전업은행이 국내에 진출할 경우, 또는 비은행 기관들의 진출에 의한 시장영향 등을 고려하여 현행 제도하에서 국내 환경에 맞는 도입방안을 시장방어적인 측면에서 생각해 보고자 한다.

A plant factory is a facility that creates an artificial environment in a controlled space and produces plants systematically through automated facilities. However, automation in the cultivation process is insufficient compared to the internal environment control technology in plant factories. This causes the problem of an increase in operating costs due to the input of a large number of workers. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate economic feasibility by comparing before and after introducing automation in the cultivation process of plant factories. The target plant factory to be analyzed was selected, and the break-even point analysis method was used by comparing the cost required compared to the operating period. As a result, the break-even point was analyzed to be 3.4 years when automation was introduced into six processes for plant cultivation. Therefore, it can be judged that the introduction of automation is excellent in terms of economic feasibility when the target plant factory has been operated for more than 3.4 years. This study is expected to be used as basic data to analyze the economic feasibility of introducing automation in domestic and foreign plant factories.

올해 말부터 우리나라에도 유전자변형 농산물(GMO)에 대한 표시제도가 도입된다. 유전자도입(GM) 식품의 안전성을 둘러싼 소비자단체의 캠페인은 유럽 천지를 뒤흔든 뒤 GMO의 주요생산지인 미국에서도 일기 시작했다. 그런데 최근에는 안전성을 둘러싼 논쟁이 과학계로 번지기 시작했다.

본 고에서는 2007년에 개최되는 ITU(국제통신연합)의 WRC(세계무선총회)를 앞두고 IMO COMSAR 회의 및 ITU-R WP8B 회의에서 논의되고 있는 해상이동통신시스템 현대화와 관련된 기술 및 표준화에 대해 분석하고 기술하였다. IMO에서는 최근에 AIS, LRIT, SSAS 등 현대화된 통신 기술이 융합된 시스템을 도입하고 있으며 HF 및 VHF 대역에서 e-mail 등 현대화된 데이터 통신 기술을 도입하려고 한다. 이에 따라서 ITU-R 에서는 현대화된 해상이동통신시스템에서 사용되는 스펙트럼의 재조정 및 통신방식 권고안을 작성중에 있다. 이를 위하여 OFDM, SDR 등 새로운 기술을 해상통신에 접목시키기 위한 각국의 기고서가 IMO 및 ITU의 관련 회의에 제출되어 검토되고 있다. 본 고에서는 최근 IMO COMSAR회의 및 ITU-R 8B회의에 기고되어 논의 중인 해상이동통신시스템의 기술 동향을 분석하고 기술하였으며, 추후 도입되어 신속하고 효율적으로 운용될 수 있도록 관련 기술기준 및 표준을 분석하고 기술하였다.

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises are the backbones of the national economy in production and employment. Information technology can contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs. This study aims to organize the comprehensive review of existing literature on the information technology adoption and success determinants in SMEs by comparing Korean domestic and aborad studies. The results show that domestic studies tend to be more quantitative research than the research aborad. Technology-Organization-Environment framework has been the most frequently deployed framework, and CEO support and user satisfaction factors are most frequently used in the adoption and success factors. With these findings we hope the future study should adopt more various theories and qualitative research methodologies.

Container terminals in Gwangyang Port are facing in domestically and internationally a lot of changes including opening of Busan New Port and China ports. Compared to new ports, container terminals in Gwangyang Port possess old equipment and facilities. Therefore, in order for Gwangyang Port to maintain its service level and remain competitive, it needs to undergo remodeling to enhance productivity economically. Remodeling activities should be implemented on a continual basis by developing and applying new technologies such as those for gate system, yard system, berth system. In order to review the alternative, we performed questionnaire survey and expert interview. From the results of analysis, we suggested remodeling technology alternatives, priority of remodeling and improvement effect by remodeling introduction stage.

본 고에서는 디렉토리 기술이 도입된 세대별 지능망의 표준화 동향을 분석한다. 국제전기통신연합 전기통신표준화 분야(ITU-T)의 지능망 관련 표준화를 제 1세대, 제 1세대 보강, 제 2세대, 제 3세대, 최종적인 지능망 형태 등으로 구분하여 비교분석 하였으며, 지능망이 도입되면서 제공되는 종합 개인 통신 (UPT)을 설명하고, 종합 개인 통신을 위해 디렉토리 기술이 필요한 이유와 디렉토리의 표준화 동향을 분석하고, 지능망과 종합 개인 통신, 디렉토리 등과의 관계를 분석, 설명하였다.

CDMA 무선 이동전화 서비스가 대중화됨에 따라 사업자의 무선 망 환경도 보다 넓은 지역과 시스템 용량의 확대가 절실히 요구되기 시작했으며, 우리나라의 지형적 특성과 인구 밀집도의 특수성으로 인해 최적의 무선환경을 설계하는데 있어서 많은 음영지역에 대한 대책이 필요하게 됐다. 이러한 대책으로 중계기시스템이 도입되었고 이로 인해 이동전화 통화 품질 향상을 이루어 왔다. 중계기의 이동전화 서비스 장애 유무와 상태에 대한 모니터링은 이동 통신 사업자의 공통된 관심사가 되어왔다. 이를 위해 중계기 Network 관리 기술이 도입되었으며, 이 기술은 지금까지 이동 통신의 세대별 발전 과정에 발맞추어 발전해 왔다. 향후 도입될 제4세대 이동 통신 서비스의 환경에 맞게 발전할 것이다.

최근 시장개방, 경쟁요소 증가, 경쟁구조의 변화 등의 경영환경 변화에 따라 기업들에게 있어서 정보의 전략적인 활용은 기업생존의 필수 조건이 되었으며, 이에 따라 많은 기업들은 정보기술 부문에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 기업들은 전체적인 정보 인프라를 통합하여 정보를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서 ERP 시스템을 도입하고 있고, 고객정보를 전략적으로 활용하여 기업의 대고객 관계를 최적화하기 위해 CRM 시스템을 도입하고 있으며, 기업의 로지스틱스 프로세스를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 SCM 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이중 CRM의 기술동향에 대해서 살펴본다.
