The purpose of this study was to understand on management and problems in the instruction of the subject of Technology and Home Economics, and to suggest the effective implementation schemes under 7th national curriculum guideline. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the teachers perceived the first reason why the subject of Technology and Home economics is being more unpopular is because the subject becomes not to include in the subjects of the national examinations for the Universities. Second. the teachers regarded the main problem in the present instruction of the subject of Technology and Home economics under 7th curriculum as the incorporation of the subject between Technology and Home economics, namely, no relation and organization with two majors. Third, which the teachers regarded as important tasks for effective management of the subject of Technology and Home economics were to lesser the extra charges except instruction related work of the teachers, and to increase the supply of the teachers itself.

본 연구는 가정과 교사교육자(전국 국 사립 대학의 가정교육과에 재직하고 있는 교수)들의 교육과정 관점을 조사함으로써 실천적 비판 중심 가정과 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초자료와 교사교육자들을 위한 세미나 프로그램 개발을 위한 유용한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 가정과 교사교육자들은 하나의 두드러진 교육과정 관점을 선호하지는 않았지만 인지과정중심 교육과정에 가장 높은 선호도를 보였다. (2) 석사과정에서 가정학 세부영역을 전공한 교사교육자는 가정교육학을 전공한 교사교육자보다 학문중심 교육과정과 기술중심 교육과정을 가정과 교육을 위한 적절한 관점으로 인식하였다. (3) 박사과정에서 가정교육학을 전공한 교사교육자는 가정학 세부영역을 전공한 교사교육자보다 개인중심교육과정을 가정과 교육을 위한 적절한 관점으로 인식하였다. (4) 가정교육학 관련 교과목을 가르치는 교사교육자는 가정학 세부영역 관련 교과목을 가르치는 교사교육자보다 기술중심 교육과정을 가정과 교육을 위한 적절한 관점으로 인식하였다.

대한가정학회는 1947년 창립되어 초대회장 조기홍씨를 비롯해 현재 27대 회장까지 이어오면서 49년간 학술대회를 비롯한 왕성한 연구활동을 계속해오고 있다. 전체회원 1천2백여명으로 내년 창립 50돌을 맞는 가정학회는 제9회 아시아지역 가정학회 총회를 한국에서 개최할 예정이며 '대한가정학회 50년사'도 발간할 계획이다.

본 논문에서는 홈네트워크 기술을 통해 원격의료 원격진료 원격검침 원격제어 등 편리한 생활이 가능하고, 대화형 TV VOD(Video On Demand) 온라인 게임 등의 각종 오락을 가정에서 편리하게 즐길 수 있어 여가 시간을 효율적으로 활용 가능하게 하여 즐거운 가정을 이룰 수 있다. 방범 방재 안전한 개인 정보 관리 등을 통해 개인 및 가정의 프라이버시를 보장받고, 도난 재난 등을 24시간 방지하여 안전한 생활을 보장받을 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 양방향 홈쇼핑 홈뱅킹 에너지 관리 등 개인의 경제 활동을 가정에서 처리하고 전기 가스 등의 공공 자원을 외부에서 효율적으로 관리함으로써 윤택한 가정을 누릴 수 있는 국내외 홈네트워크 기술 동향 및 국내 기술개발 정책에 대해 연구하였다.

This study is purposed to examine the interests of students and usefulness of TechnologyㆍHome Economics, which is a requirement for both male and female high school students. The targeted subject of this study were 533 high school sophomores and seniors in Kyungsangnamdo region and in consideration of regional differences, three high schools were selected in urban Jinju and three other schools were selected in countryside of Hapchun. The collected data was processed by SAS program, a social, scientific and statistical processing program. and analyzed the date using the statistical methods of frequency, percentage and average along with t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results and conclusions of this study are summarized as follow: 1. The interests of students' Technology. Home Economics. the respondents gave 3.10 points of the perfect 5.0. The influential variables to the interests of high school students to TechnologyㆍHome Economics were sex, type of school, location of inhabitation. grades, favor to textbook, and self-esteem. 2. The practical usefulness of students' TechnologyㆍHome Economics, the respondents gave 3.17 points of the perfect 5.0. The influential variables to the usefulness of TechnologyㆍHome Economics were sex, type of school, location of inhabitation, age of father, occupation of mother, domestic financial status, grades, favor to textbook and self-esteem.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of the lesson using Multiple Intelligence on self-esteem in the unit of Resources management and environment in Technology${\cdot}$Home Economics of middle school. In this study, the lesson using Multiple Intelligence theory for six hours was developed and applied to a class of 37 students of middle school as an experimental group. Lecture-style lesson was applied to the other class of 37 students as a control group. Significant differences between pre-test and post-test scores of self-esteem were found in the experimental group. Post-test scores of self-esteem were higher than pre-test scores of self-esteem in the experimental group. There were no significant differences between pre-test and post-test scores of self-esteem in the control group. It was found that the lesson using Multiple Intelligence theory was effective in improving self-esteem of middle school students.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contents of middle school technology and home economics textbooks(family life area) that reflect the school career education goals and achievement standards in the 2015 revision of the Technology and Home Economics curriculum. Five different textbooks on middle school technology and home economics written based on the 2015 curriculum were selected and the school career education goals and achievement standards developed by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (2021) were used as a framework for textbook analysis. The results are as follows. First, the units that cover career education contents the most were 'life design and career choice(n=87)', 'developmental characteristics of adolescents(n=36)', and 'low birth rate, aging society, and work and family balance(n=31)'. The major contents of career education covered in technology and home economics textbooks(family life area) were 'search for various professionals(24.30%)', 'exploration of the changes in the future society(22.74%)', and 'exploration of the changes in the job world(18.66%)'. Thus it was found that the goals and achievement standards of school career education are evenly reflected in the middle school technology and home economics textbooks(family life area) based on the 2015 curriculum.

가정학은 현대 생활에서 떼어놓을 수 없는 한 부분이며, 사회 복지를 위해서 필수적인 요소이다. 사회, 경제, 기술, 문화적인 면에서의 여러 가지 변화는 가정학의 초점과 내용, 가정학이 여러 계층의 사람들과 가지는 관계에 영향을 미쳐왔다. 가족 생활형태의 변화는 가정학의 일반적인 원리나 가정학 교과과정의 내용 등과 같은 여러 차원에 영향을 준다. 가정학의 image를 우리 사회의 중요한 학문으로서 개선시키는 방법들이 연구되어져야 한다. 가정학은 변화하는 학문이며, 따라서 변이기중에 개선되기 쉽다. 가정학의 미래는 우리의 실천 정도와 현재 가정학에 종사하는 사람들의 생산성과 노력에 달려 있다. 지금까지의 가정학의 업적, 힘에 기반을 단단히 세움으로써 가정학은 사회의 급속히 변해가는 욕구에 보다 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 것이다. 가정학이 지니는 특이성은, 사회.경제의 주요 단위로서의 가족의 reinforcement, 산업사회로부터 정보 사회로의 급속한 이동, 새로운 기술들의 이용에 대한 도덕적.윤리적 문제, 경제적인 변호, 힘의 분산등과 같은 현 사회가 당면한 많은 도전에 대처해 나가는데 도움이 된다. 사회가 더욱 복잡해질수록 가정학은 새로운 차원을 추가하면서 적응해 나갈 것이다. 그러나 가정학의 특이성은 변하지 않고 그대로 남아 있을 것이다.

유비쿼터스 환경을 위한 핵심 기술인 상황인식 기술은 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 시스템은 응용 환경에 다가가고 있다. 유비쿼터스 시스템의 가장 빠른 적용이 이루어질 것으로 예상되는 곳은 가정이다. 본 논문에서는 상황인식 기술을 이용한 가정 내의 안전관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이 안전관리 시스템은 현재 가정 내에 있는 사용자를 인지하고 상황에 맞는 서비스를 제공한다. 다수의 사용자에 의해 발생할 수 있는 상황 해석의 문제점을 해결하고 시스템의 독립 화를 위해 온톨로지 기술을 이용하였다.
