A study on Digital New deal Strategy for Inclusive Innovative Growth and Job Creation (포용적 혁신성장과 일자리 창출을 위한 디지털 뉴딜 전략에 관한 연구)

  • This study discussed 'inclusive growth', which recently has gained attention as the 4th Industrial Revolution spreads, and considered innovative growth as a requirement for inclusive growth. Combining inclusiveness and innovativeness, a new concept of 'Digital New Deal' is suggested. Specifically, the new market creation strategy through digital transformation of existing industries and public sectors, and solving social problems were presented. It also analyzed problems of the past government-led top-down innovation drive and suggested the "Hybrid" approach as a new way of promoting digital New Deal. Finally, we looked at the 'job creation' effect, discussed the meaning of it in terms of inclusiveness and innovativeness, and proposed a policy alternatives to create lasting effects.

A Study on the Impact of Mobile Healthcare's Diffusion of Innovation Factors on Intention to Use: Focusing on Moderating Effects of Innovation Propensity (모바일 헬스케어의 혁신확산 요인이 이용의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 혁신성향의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The technology of mobile healthcare is steadily growing, but acceptance of consumers is sluggish. Various studies related to mobile healthcare have been conducted, but studies on the characteristics of prisoners are lacking. Therefore, in this study, we examined the effect of diffusion factors of mobile health care on the intention to use, and examined the moderating effect of innovation propensity. The results show that the relative advantage, compatibility, observability, and usefulness of mobile health care affect the intention to use. In addition, the innovation propensity has a moderating effect on the influence of complexity, trialability, and usafulness on intention to use. This study suggests that the use of the concept of innovation propensity has been confirmed as a major control variable in the relationship between innovation diffusion factors and utilization intention. In addition, it suggests that consumers' innovation tendency is a factor to be taken into consideration for suppliers of mobile healthcare.

통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)을 이용한 챗봇(chatbot)의 수용 결정요인에 대한 탐색적 연구

  • 최근 인공지능 기술이 발달하면서 챗봇이 글로벌 IT기업들에게 새로운 IoT플랫폼으로 주목받고 있다. 챗봇이란 대화형 인터페이스 상에서 규칙 또는 인공지능(AI)을 이용해 사용자와 상호작용(interaction)을 하는 서비스를 지칭한다. 챗봇은 현재 간단한 정보검색 및 가상비서 서비스를 제공하는 수준이지만, 향후 IoT와 O2O 영역의 핵심적인 인공지능 플랫폼으로 부상할 전망이다. 챗봇은 스마트폰 디바이스와 어플리케이션을 기반으로 빠르게 확산되어 핵심 플랫폼의 지위를 차지할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 챗봇 사용자의 수용행태에 관한 학술적 연구는 미비한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 기술수용이론(TAM)보다 수용의도에 대한 설명력이 높다고 검증된 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)을 적용하여 챗봇의 사용자 수용행동에 관한 모델을 구축하였다. 구체적으로, 수용의도의 결정요인인 성과기대, 예상노력, 사회적영향, 촉진조건이 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상하였다. 이 과정에서 수용의도 결정요인과 수용의도 간의 관계를 성별, 연령, 개인혁신성이 조절할 것으로 보았다. 본 연구는 챗봇의 수용에 영향을 미치는 결정요인과 조절변인의 효과를 검증하여 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

The Role of Patent Utilization for Technology Innovation and Legal Improvement (기술혁신에 있어서 특허활용의 역할 및 법제도적 개선방안)

  • Innovation is the development of new customers value through solutions that meet new needs, inarticulate needs, or old customer and market needs in value adding new ways. This is accomplished through more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or ideas that are readily available to markets, governments, and society. Innovation differs from invention in that innovation refers to the use of a better and, as a result, novel idea or method, whereas invention refers more directly to the creation of the idea or method itself. Therefore, the utilization of patents is the most important of the three aspects (creation, protection and utilization) in the patent system for getting to actual innovation. In order to increase the patent use, the rates of the applied patents to a real industrial process and the bargain and license of patent rights should be promoted. For promoting technological innovation substantially, there is necessary to escape from dichotomy of weakening or enhancing patent protection in the discussion on the changes of patent system for "Adequate patent guarantees". Furthermore, the legal and institutional improvements to enable the use of patent should be discussed together. Recently, open innovation is a new paradigm that assumes that firms can and should use external ideas as well as internal ideas, and internal and external paths to market, as the firms look to advance their technology" or "Innovating with partners by sharing risk and sharing reward." The boundaries between a firm and its environment have become more permeable; innovations can easily transfer inward and outward. The central idea behind open innovation is that in a world of widely distributed knowledge, companies cannot afford to rely entirely on their own research, but should instead buy or license processes or inventions (i.e. patents) from other companies. In addition, internal inventions not being used in a firm's business should be taken outside the company. In the era of open innovation, more flexible patent use strategy is essential. It is important that improvements for the legal system in order that patented technology can be applied for products and processes in a real industrial between outside and inside of the firms.

A Study on the Influence of Innovative Structure to Corporate Entrepreneurship and Business Performance (혁신적 조직 구조 확립이 사내 기업가정신과 기업 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The 4th Industrial Revolution is rapidly changing the business environment and enterprises are required to accelerate various innovative activities for sustainable competitiveness. Recently corporate entrepreneurship is widely spread to organization for establishing innovative corporate culture and stimulating corporate ventures. However, many enterprises are not successful and productive due to lack of readiness of corporate entrepreneruship. Therefore, finding the factors influencing corporate entreprensurship, innovative activities and business performance is a very important research issues. A research model and hypothesis are developed by through literature review to analyze positive effects of corporate entrepreneurship to corporate performance and influential effects of factors such as innovation-based efforts at the organizational level, vision and organizational strategies and innovative operating system to corporate entrepreneurship and business performance. The result of Entrepreneurship Survey with Corporates conducted by Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation in 2017 is used for the research sample. Hypothesis test used 1,326 samples and the structural equation modeling is applied. The results show that corporate entrepreneurship improves innovative idea activity performance and business performance. And, establishing innovative vision and strategies and innovative organizational culture enhances corporate entrepreneurship. In addition, it was confirmed that the innovative operational system has a moderating effect that strengthens the positive influence relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and innovative idea performance. The results of this study have implications for previous research on corporate entrepreneurship in Korea by presenting the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and business performance and the multilateral relationships between innovative organizational structure and corporate entrepreneurship.

  • 우리나라 연구개발(R&D) 투자는 2014년 기준 세계 6위, GDP 대비 총 연구개발비 비중은 4.29%로 세계 최고 수준으로 조사되었다. 또한 정부 R&D 예산은 지속적으로 증가하는 추세를 유지하고 있으며, 연구개발비 투자 규모 증대에 따라 국가과학기술역량의 양적 증대뿐만 아니라 질적 수준 또한 향상되고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 연구성과의 활용 측면에서 기술사업화로 연계가 큰 폭으로 증가한 것으로 조사되었다. 반면 R&D 예산 및 성과 활용의 양적 질적 증대가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고 다수의 연구성과가 사업화로 연계되지 못하고 휴면 상태로 있다는 조사결과도 있다. 이에 본 연구는 막대한 예산, 특히 정부 R&D 예산 투입에 의하여 창출되는 연구성과가 기술이전뿐만 아니라 사업화까지로 연계될 수 있도록 영향을 미치는 요인을 선행연구 분석을 통해 도출하고, 각 요인 간 영향 및 기술사업화에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인에 대해 정량적 데이터 분석을 수행할 것이다. 본 연구는 기술의 이전 및 사업화에 관한 연구를수행함에 있어 결정주체, 정책/제도 등의 관점에서 분석한 정태적 접근과, 사업화 전체 프로세스의 관점에서 분석한 동태적 접근을 포괄하는 통합적인 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 본 연구결과는 산 학 연 및 정부의 기술이전 사업화 관련자들이 보다 종합적인 관점에서 효과적인 사업화 전략 수립을 통해 성과 확산에 기여하는데 정책 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The number of people who perform their banking business on Internet has been increasing drastically during the recent period and the trend still continues. Banks and other types of financial institutions are now competing intensely with each other in attracting customers to this new innovative banking service. The marketers in charge of formulating and implementing the strategies for this new banking business need to understand the behavioral factors as well as the technical factors in order to succeed in attracting more customers to this new service. products. A deep understanding as to why and how the customers are adopting the new service developed on information technology is a prerequisite for a successful marketing effort. The purpose of this dissertation is to find out what factors are playing important roles in the customers'decision related to the adoption of the Internet banking services. The focus of the research is threefold. First. by testing the hypotheses proposed by the Technology Adoption Model, a well-known theory in the IT-related behavioral science, an analysis was made as to which factors are more important in affecting the attitudes and adoption of the Internet banking on the part of customers. Secondly, an analysis was made as to whether the three criteria of the Technographics- -the attitude toward new technology, level of income, and the motivational factor- -are useful as the criteria for segmenting the Korean users of the online banking. Thirdly, an analysis was made as to whether each customer group segmented by the criteria of the Technographics reveal a differential decision process and thus requires a differential approach strategywise.

  • Al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups have tried to obtain the radioactive material which could be used to make a dirty bomb. Their documents relating to the dirty bomb were found in the January 2003. International communities especially, the United States has made efforts to improve regulation and security of radioactive material for protecting the public from radiological attacks. This study examines the possibility of radiological terrorism and the radiological dispersal devices which could be used by determined terrorists, and international status and prospects to respond radiological terror.

  • 오늘날 ICT는 타산업과의 융합을 통한 경제성장의 핵심수단 및 사회이슈를 해결할 도구로서 인식되고 있으나, 우리나라의 R&D 성과활용은 기술개발의 성공률에 비해 매우 낮은 수준이다. 이는 R&D의 공급자인 연구자 중심의 기획, 기술개발 추진이 주된 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 이에 따라, 수요자의 요구에 부합되는 시장성 있는 제품 서비스 구현이 R&D 추진의 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있으며, 기획에서부터 실사용자의 요구사항을 도출하고 기술개발과정에서 지속적으로 사용자의 피드백을 통해 수정해 나가는 리빙랩 방식의 적용이 절실히 필요한 상황이다. 그러나, 그동안 리빙랩 R&D는 사회문제해결형 또는 지역환경개선형에 집중해서 추진되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업 R&D사업에의 리빙랩 도입 방안에 대해 검토해보고 이를 통해 기술개발 결과물의 사업화 가능성을 향상시키기 위한 효율적인 R&D 추진방안에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

The effect of mutual cooperation between the Patent applicants on the Technological Innovation in ICT (특허 출원인 간 상호협력이 기술혁신에 미치는 영향)

  • In this paper, I study to determine the effect on patent applicants across the network characteristics of innovation in the ICT sector in Korea. For that, I use the Social Network Analysis(SNA) and the Negative Binomial Regression(NBR). The results about the innovation network in Korea ICT is very dense type. And the degree centrality and the closeness centrality had such a positive effect on innovation performance. Also, the efficiency had not reached a significant effect and the constraint was found to have a negative effect on innovation performance. In the future, based on these results, we need to plan a proper policy of the Korea Technology Innovation Policy.
