The Effect of Motivation of Preliminary Entrepreneur on Entrepreneurial Spirit in Service Industry -Focused on Participant of Cyber University- (예비 서비스 창업자의 동기요인이 기업가정신에 미치는 영향 -사이버대학교 수강자를 중심으로-)

  • The start-up program of service company is able to give the positive effect to the job creation and growth but actually the rate of success for start-up program in service industry low and thus the effective support program is required. Recently, it is required that entrepreneurial spirit for success of start-up program in service industry. We examined entrepreneurial spirit between participation motivation in service industry. The results are as follows. As a result of survey for education program participant, it was found that 4 causes of Entrepreneurial Spirit such as innovation thought, market-oriented thought and art-oriented thought, management thought are all significant and especially, the effect of management thought showed somewhat high level in entrepreneurial spirit. Hereafter, this study may help to guide the motivation of preliminary entrepreneurs as food & beverage, restaurant business, retailer, other service industry.

  • Generative AI, exemplified by models like ChatGPT, has revolutionized human-machine interactions in the 21st century. As these advancements permeate various sectors, their intersection with the arts is both promising and challenging. Despite the arts' historical resistance to AI replacement, recent developments have sparked active research in AI's role in artistry. This study delves into the potential of AI in visual arts education, highlighting the necessity of swift adaptation amidst the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This research, conducted at a 4-year global higher education institution located in Gyeongbuk, involved 70 participants who took part in a creative convergence module course project. The study aimed to examine the influence of AI collaboration in visual arts, analyzing distinctions across majors, grades, and genders. The results indicate that creative activities with AI positively influence students' creativity and digital media literacy. Based on these findings, there is a need to further develop effective educational strategies and directions that incorporate AI.

  • Managers in Business Incubator(BI) perform an important role to success of BI, but researches about what area of capability need to improve are limited. This study investigates the perceived gap between current capability and required capability of BI managers from BI managers' and CEOs' perspectives with a survey method. From the BI managers' perspective, improvement of most capabilities, such as financing support, R&D support and understanding of patents, and understanding of business of firms in BI, is needed. From CEOs' perspective, improvement of capability in financing and marketing support is needed.

기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택과 농업드론서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 농산업 종사자를 대상으로 통합기술수용이론 기반의 기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택과 농업드론서비스 사용의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 전국에 거주하는 농산업 종사자를 대상으로 수집된 324부를 자료분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22와 PROCESS macro v3.4를 사용하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 기술수용요인은 노력기대와 실용적 혜택 간의 관계를 제외하고 인지된 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 농업드론서비스 사용의도에는 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인지된 혜택은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경제적 혜택은 성과기대를 제외한 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하고, 편의적 혜택은 사회적 영향을 제외한 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 실용적 혜택은 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조절변수인 혁신저항은 편의적 혜택과 사용의도 간의 영향력만 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 농업드론서비스의 활용성을 높이기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 향후 농업이나 드론 관련 교육 이수자 또는 드론자격증 소지자를 대상으로 실증분석이 필요하며 조사대상도 지역별로 균등하게 조사할 필요가 있다. 또한 사용의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다른 변인들을 추가하는 후속연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

The new activation programs of industry academic cooperation are delivered, that is, The bonus payments system of technology development patent and free technology transfer for joint development, bonus points system and evaluation indicators for joint capacity building program which participate student, industry and academic sector, step-by-step training. system for total employment and entrepreneurship at the same time strengthening management training programs and education opportunity gives to the benefits for the community members. Finally, Intellectual property expert matching program which develops basis of technology trader and expert maps in the smallest unit by administrative area. practice the internet information search services in national wide network for this matching program and government office dedicated to staffing for technology transfer.

  • 국내외 주요 연구내용들을 정리해 보면 창업보육센터(BI: Business Incubator)의 실태조사를 통한 활성화 및 발전방안에 대한 연구와 BI의 성공요인으로서 매니저의 역량에 대한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있다. 이 중에서 BI 매니저의 역할과 자질에 대한 탐색적 그리고 학술적 논의가 이루어지고 있으나 BI 매니저에 대한 입주업체의 요구역량과 실제 보육역량을 비교 분석한 선행연구가 없었다. 본 논문은 BI 매니저의 보육역량과 입주기업이 요구하는 필요역량을 비교 분석하여 BI에서 근무하는 매니저의 역량을 강화하기 위한 운영정책 내지는 교육프로그램에 반영하고자 한다.

국세전자신고제도의 현황과 활성화 방안 연구

  • 국세청에서 제공하는 홈택스서비스(Home Tax Service: HTS)는 최근의 정보기술(IT)발전과 인터넷 사용의 보편화에 따라 전자세정 기반 구축을 통해 납세자가 세무서를 방문하지 않고 집이나 사무실에서 모든 세금문제를 인터넷(www.hometax.go.kr)으로 편리하게 해결할 수 있는 종합세무행정 서비스이다. 홈택스가입자 현황을 보면 2002년 12월 60만명에서 2005년 12월말 현재 392만명으로 6.5배 증가하였으며, 2007년 2월 5일 500만명을 돌파하였다. 홈택스서비스는 전자신고 등 e-서비스 품질과 활성화 측면에서 세계적으로 앞서고 있고 최근 일본, 중국, 말레이시아, 베트남 등 다수 국가가 우리나라 홈택스에 대한 벤치마킹 의사를 표명한 바 있다. 국세전자신고제도의 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 납세서비스 패러다임의 선진화이다. 둘째, 다양한 서비스 제공으로 고객만족도를 제고하여야 한다. 셋째, 전자납부 이용자에 일정률의 세액감면 인센티브를 부여하여야 한다. 넷째, 납세자 지식정보화 교육을 강화하여야 한다. 전자신고는 납세자와 과세당국간 보다 편리하고 효율적인 세무환경을 마련하는 방향으로 전개되어야 한다. 기술적으로 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여는 web상에서 실체를 구별하는 식별(identification)력과 그 실체의 속성을 구별하는 인증(authentication)력을 확보하는 방향에서 접근되어야 할 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze KAIST students' perceptions of intellectual property and start-ups and educational needs. In this study, literature research, interviews, and surveys were conducted, and 5 students participated in the interview, and 202 students participated in the survey. Students had similar perceptions of intellectual property and start-up education. KAIST students had very little experience in intellectual property and start-up-related education in middle, high schools and universities. In particular, most students highly recognized the importance of intellectual property and start-up education, but recognized that the importance was low in their career path. Therefore, students were also less willing to participate in intellectual property and start-up-related education in the future. Students demanded the highest education on 'patent management' in intellectual property-related competencies, and the highest demand for 'start-up idea derivation ability' in start-up-related competencies.

The Effects of Desire for Independence, Possibility of Start-up Success and Employment Stability to Pull-entrepreneurship in the Middle Age: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Push-entrepreneurship (중장년층의 자립욕구, 창업성공가능성, 고용안정성이 Pull-창업의지에 미치는 영향 : Push-창업의지의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to research the effects of desire for independence, possibility of start-up success and employment stability to the push-entrepreneurship through the push-entrepreneurship by a survey of employees in the middle age. The purpose of the creating start-up environment was encouraged the qualitative expansion of opportunity-driven start-up rather than the quantitative expansion of necessity-driven start-up for the economic growth and expanding employment. In spit of the employees had their own careers, skills, opportunities and market-experiences, In reality it is necessity-driven start-up that the quantitative expansion. The purpose of this study was to reflect process change by desire for independence, push-entrepreneurship and pull-entrepreneurship based on the possibility of start-up success and employment stability perceived by individual founders, changed process factor rather than the fixed result factor. The results are as follows. First, it was found that desire for independence makes a positive (+) effect on the pull-entrepreneurship and the push-entrepreneurship. Second, it was found that the possibility of start-up success makes a positive (+) effect on the pull-entrepreneurship and not effect on push-entrepreneurship. third, it was found that the employment stability makes a positive (+) effect on the pull-entrepreneurship and not effect on the push-entrepreneurship. Forth, it was found that desire for independence makes a positive (+) effect on the pull-entrepreneurship and mediating negative (-) effect on the push-entrepreneurship. The implication of this study was that potential entrepreneurs with desire for independence, rather than necessity-driven start-up due to unemployment, could be developed as pull-entrepreneurship improved the situation of push-entrepreneurship. In addition, it seems that entrepreneurship education and activation of entrepreneurship programs for employee with desire for independence expand opportunity-driven start-up after retirement.

  • It was only 2010 when start-up education spread to undergraduate education in South Korea. Start-up education was conducted so late that there are insufficient studies of evaluation and feedback on the effectiveness of start-up education. Education is a complex concept of teaching people in a desirable direction and developing their inherent abilities. Based on this, start-up education can be defined as cultivating students' entrepreneurial spirit internally and making them exhibit start-up competence externally by teaching them the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for business start-up and developing abilities such as creativity, challenge spirit and problem-solving skills. This study conducted pre and post survey to check if the education camp for the technology start-up, which is a practice-oriented start-up education, has an effect on the change of the participating students' perceptions about the business start-up. This study would analyze various factors of college students' business start-up through a factorial analysis so that the quantitative accumulation of start-up education can lead to a qualitative change and propose measures for the management of the quality of the education.
