This paper aims to examine the evolutionary dynamics of the Korea's footwear industry by adopting evolutionary perspectives. To explain the evolutionary dynamics of an industry, evolutionary perspectives have paid a particular attention to exploring a variety of factors for influencing the evolution of the industry, such as the selection and imitation of the firm, the mechanism of firm's entry and exit, technological characteristics and innovation processes. The majority of existing research tend to explain that the decline of the Korea's footwear industry since 1990 was mostly due to the rapid rising of wage and the structural changes in labor-intensive industries. On the contrary, this paper attempts to explain the decline of the Korea's footwear industry, in terms of the path of selection and imitation, the dominant technological paradigm, regulatory frameworks and the meso trajectory of industry evolution. This paper concludes that the decline of the Korea's footwear industry since 1990 was appeared as a result of the evolutionary selection processes of the firms in order to adapt to changes in the environment of competition and the regime of market selection in the global footwear industry.

홈네트워크 구성요소는 크게 액세스망과 댁내망 그리고 이를 상호 접속하기 위한 홈게이트웨이로 구성된다. 이 중에서 홈게이트웨이는 홈네트워크를 구성하는 기본이 되는 장비로서 외부 네트워크를 액세스하고, 댁내의 네트워크로 신호를 분배하는 일을 수행한다. 동시에 LAN 인터페이스를 가지는 홈 라우터의 역할도 수행하여야 하며, 서비스 제공자가 전화, 인터넷 액세스, 보안 및 에너지 관리, 전자 상거래 등과 같은 서비스들을 댁내로 제공하는 기능을 수행한다. 본 논문은 한국통신의 학술용역 과제로서 연구가 진행중인 홈게이트웨이의 기술동향과 진화방안에 대해 소개한다. 본 논문에서는 홈게이트웨이의 표준화 동향과 유무선 기술을 조사하고, 장단점을 비교 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 하여 홈게에트웨이의 진화방안과 Advanced Model을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 Web 2.0과 UCC의 개념적 논리와 기술적 진화과정을 분석하고 이를 통하여 획득할 수 있는 경제적 효과와 경영정보측면에서의 전략적 활용방안에 대하여 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 웹서비스나 텔레코즘의 법칙, 네트워크 효과 등과 같은 기술적 개념은 물론 최근 자주 언급되고 있는 롱테일의 경제나 네트워크의 경제와 같은 경제적 원리까지를 상호 연관시켜 고루 검토하였다. 특히, 최근 UCC의 형태로 실현되고 있는 Web 2.0의 원리가 이른바 분산된 다수의 결집을 통하여 경제적 효과를 끌어낸다는 '결집의 경제'와는 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 여러 가지 사례를 통하여 다각도로 분석하였다. 아울러 이를 통하여 향후 발전추세를 예측하고 기업측면에서의 시사점을 도출함으로써 Web 2.0과 UCC의 구체적 적용방안을 제안하였다.

Recently in order to extinguish the large scale of forest fire efficiently and rapidly the forest fire extinguishment equipment such as helicopters and vehicles has been mobilized. In this situation, the most consideration for the effective extinguishment is to understand the forest fire surrounding area and situation very well and arrange and manage the extinguishment equipment timely. In this paper, the client/serve-based forest fire extinguishment helicopter management system was constructed by integrating GPS(global positioning system) and GIS(geographic information system) technologies. This system manages and considers not only extinguishment equipment information such as helicopters and vehicles including manpower arrangement but also extinguishment environment information such as storing reservoir status and road situation and so on. For this, the real time tracking of helicopter location was first acquired through GPS technology then all the information about forest fire surrounding area was offered through the user-friendly interface of GIS concept. The result of constructing this system helps to extinguish a large scale of forest fire rapidly and effectively within shorter time then reduces physical damage and much manpower mobilization.

Development of 5th generation mobile telecommunication technology is visualizing ideal hyper-connected social information and communication technology (ICT). In particular, virtual reality (VR) technology is at the starting point for new expansion and leaps. This work defines virtual reality as media in this context and collects and analyzes discourse on its scalability around space and communication theory. We first elaborated the concept, starting with the early discussions of the virtual reality concept in 1990, and discussed the relationship between the physical world and digital information, expression and interaction immersion as a medium, simulation, art creation theory, and finally evolutionary development. In conclusion, beyond the discourse on the technology of virtual reality, academic subjects were required to have theoretical frameworks on cognitive science, neuroscience, social science, and humanities issues (ethics, personality, etc.) for the development and evolution of virtual reality. In other words, it is time for the evolution of virtual reality to be discussed, which can be moved beyond.

6Bone(IPv6 Backbone)은 IPv6 환경의 개발 촉진 및 진화를 위해 만든 전세계적인 실험망이다. 본 논문은 국내 6Bone인 6Bone KR의 구축을 위해 주소 할당 및 라우팅 규칙을 정의한 내용을 기술한다. 기존의 6Bone 주소 구조를 알아보고, 6Bone KR의 주소 체계가 어떻게 기존의 6Bon을 따르면서, 6Bone KR의 계층적 전개를 위한 연결 규칙을 가지는 가를 살펴본다. 그리고 현재 6Bone KR이 구성된 상황과 개발한 연결 테스트의 프로그램을 소개한다. 이밖에 6Bone KR진화를 위한 몇 가지 고려사항들을 분석하고, 이것을 기반으로 Renumbering을 이용한 새로운 이동 IPv6 환경을 제안한다.
