본격적인 정보화시대를 맞아 정부에서는 정보화사회를 조기에 구현, 정착시키고자 행정,금융, 교육/연구, 국방, 복지등 5개 분야에 걸친 국가 기간망 구축사업을 위시하여 각종 정보화 정책 및 사업을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 국가정보화사회를 성공적으로 구현하기 위해서는 그의 인프라(Infra)인 지역별 정보화가 추진되어야 한다. 지역정보화는 이제 국가정보화사회를 구현하는데 필수적으로 거쳐야 할 중간단계로 인식되고 있다. 충북지역에서도 청주/청원 지역을 정보화의거점으로 삼아 지역데이타베이스를 구축하고 이를 공중통신망에 접속하여 주민들이 가정이나 직장에서 컴퓨터 단말기를 통하여 필요한 정보를 검색하고,주민간 상호정보교류는 물론 의견이나 제안을 해당 기관 및 단체에 알릴 수 있는 본격적인 지역정보통신 시대를 개막하고자 하는 계획을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 지역정보란 개념과 범위가 방대하고 이용집단에 따라 정보 수요가 다양한 차이를 보일 수 있기 때문에 단번에 지역의 모든 집단의 정보수요를 충족시킬 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축한다는 것은 불가능한 것이다. 따라서 지역 데이터베이스는 단계적이며 일관성을 유지한 추진 계획과 지속적인 구축노력이 필수적이다. 이러한 배경하에 본 소고에서는 정보항목별 데이터베이스 구축의 우선순위를 파악하고 데이비스의 기술수용모델을 중심으로 사용자에 대한 기술 수용태도를 알아보기 위해 검증을 시도하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to compare SWECOM and Information & Communication Engineering NCS to explore how to improve current NCS. First, it would be helpful to use NCS competency unit and competency unit element as categorization criteria and then to provide levels and roles into performance criteria and KSA. Second, developing common lower level competency unit would decrease the redundancy of KSA and make it clear for users. Third, providing other kinds of skills along with technical skills such as management skill would be useful for users.

Christianity has desperately opposed to embryonic stem cell research, regarding it homicide. It made the opinion public many times and has tried to lead Christian to recognize the situation and make an appropriate decision with no actual result. It means that many other factors than religion have an effect on the process of making decision. This article aims to summarize the attitude of Christian believer towards embryonic stem cell research and identify the factors interacting in the developing situation. Also, it try to show how the factors have an influence on the others and Christian believers interpret and accept the information, finally leading to make a conclusion that religious factor have only a narrow influence on the formation and development of the believers' attitude.

This study is a descriptive research carried out to investigate the knowledge, confidence and attitude on cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) of university students studying health care and figured out the factors affects their attitudes on CPR. 516 health-care university students were informed with the agreement of this study. The data were analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Multiple linear regression were used. There were significant positive correlations between the attitude and knowledge(r=.269, p<.001) and between the attitude and confidence (r=.620, p<.001) on CPR. It was found that the influential factors for the attitude on CPR include confidence, gender, knowledge, personality, perception, education experience in CPR, experiences in medical service and the reason for choosing the subject and their persuasive power was 49%. Programs and educations enhancing knowledge and positive attitude on CPR is needed, and there needs to be developing in a proactive manner.

This study was carried out to analyse the differences in the attitudes toward the elderly according to the characteristics of women immigrants, and identify the variables to predict the attitudes toward the elderly. The participants were 592 women immigrants sampled from six cities and one county. The major results of the study were as follows. Firstly, there were significant differences in the attitudes toward the elderly depending on age, residential area, spouse's educational level, family income, hope to support homeland's parents, and contact with homeland's family. Secondly, the characteristics related with Korean family explained the largest portion of the attitudes toward the elderly, and predictors of the attitudes were age, residential area, family income, and hope to support homeland's parents.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of robot play linked to environmental picture books on the Environmentally Friendly attitudes of 5-year-old children. For this purpose, 24 5-year-old children from Seoul Y Kindergarten and 20 5-year-old children from E Kindergarten were selected as comparison subjects. In order to examine the differences between the groups, the experimental group performed 'Robot Play Linked to Environmental Picture Books' and the comparative group performed 'Free Play After Appreciating Environmental Picture Books'. The collected data were analyzed through independent sample t-test, which compares the average between the two groups using SPSS 29.0 statistical program. As a result of the study, there was a significant difference in all sub-areas of children's environment-friendly attitude(nature-friendly attitude, environmental preservation attitude), and these findings are meaningful as a basis for the direction of new environmental education of play-centered early childhood environmental education based on the value of new play media support called robot.

The concept of the Slow City originates from the philosophy that seeks nature and a human-centric lifestyle. The objective of this study is to provide education for local residents in the socioeconomic traits of Slow City. For this study, 445 residents were surveyed about the concept of the Slow City. Using the survey results, t-test and regression analyses were conducted to find areas of improvement by considering the significance and effect level. The purpose of this study is to suggest a strategy of education for local residents based on the effect of socioeconomic traits on the residents' attitude and education satisfaction. The findings showed that local residence is more influential on the residents' attitude than age, income and education and that the number of participations in the education did not affect education satisfaction. This result suggests that more reinforced and improved local resident education should be offered for the Slow City education of residents. This study provides a convenient set of indicators for a strategic focus to develop education programming and policy for Slow City residents.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to identify factors influencing on nursing students' end-of-life care attitude. Methods: A sample of convenience of 147 nursing students, Instrument included death anxiety, death attitude, Self-esteem, Life satisfaction, end-of-life care attitude. Results: A significant negative correlation was found among end-of-life care attitude, death anxiety, death attitude. Death anxiety(${\beta}$=-.392), self-esteem(${\beta}$=.179) & experience of learning(${\beta}$=-.227) about death were significant predictive variables. This variables accounted for 18.7% of the variance in end-of-life care attitude. Conclusions: Based on the Findings of this study, it can be used to develop educational programs for end-of-life care.

The study was to investigate the multicultural attitude of nursing students and non-nursing major students. And it was explored influencing factors related with it. This study was used a descriptive comparative designed. Data were collected 3 universities in D city in from Nov. to Dec. in 2012. After receiving the agreement, 309 nursing students and 195 non-nursing major students were recruited. They were asked to fill in a self-reported questionnaire about multicultural attitude. The Korean version Munroe Multicultural Attitude Scale Questionnaire (MASQUE) was used. Cronbach's alpha were .85. Data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The mean score of multicultural attitude was 4.44 of 6 points(73%) in all participants. Nursing students' multicultural attitudes scores were equal to other college students'. The factors related to multicultural attitude were the experiences of having foreigner friends, going abroad, attending multicultural events, and contacting multicultural contents. The students who have cared foreign patients were not higher than others in nursing students group(t=.30, p=.76). For nursing students contacting foreigners in clinical practice, it doesn't make a differnce in multicultural attitude. The culturally empowering programs were needed for nursing students to improve multicultural attitudes.
