In the highly developing industrial society, design has been playing the central role in the managerial strategy of a company and has been one of the central agendas in determining the economical competence of a country, and has also been regarded as a means to acquire sustainable superior competence. Thus, these trends suggest that the aesthetic value of a product has become more important than its technological function. In this study we reviewed theoretically esthetic factors influencing the preference and the evaluation of a product and made a list of eight esthetic factors based on various referential studies which include simplicity, balance, unity, rhythm, style, novelty, typicality, and proportion. We investigated the esthetic factors affecting consumers preferences and the basis for evaluating a product. Conclusively, this study aimed at providing materials for developing product design by presenting an esthetic guideline and to put these materials to practical use. The study also investigated other considered elements classified by manufactures and the importance of esthetic factors and its influence on consumer tastes.

우리나라는 최근 도시지역의 광역화로 인해 시가화 지역이 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인해 증가한 불투수면적은 이수 및 치수 측면에서 다양한 문제를 야기하여 유역의 물순환 체계를 왜곡하고 있다. 더불어 하천의 건천화에 따른 하천 유지유량의 감소 및 공공수역으로 방출되는 오염물질의 증가는 하천의 다양한 환경적, 생태학적 문제를 야기하고 있다. 따라서 최근에는 유역 물순환 관리가 국가 물관리 정책의 핵심 전략으로 부각되고 있으며, 적절한 물순환 관리를 위해서는 물순환 건전성이 취약한 우선관리 유역을 도출하고, 해당 유역을 중심으로 보다 체계적이고 통합적인 유역관리 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유역 물순환에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소들을 기후, 수문, 수질 및 사회·경제적 요인 측면으로 구분하고, Pressure-State-Response (PSR) framework를 적용하여 각 요소 별 주요 평가 지표들을 압력 (Pressure), 상태 (State) 및 반응(Reponse) 요인으로 분류하였다. 또한 전국 소권역 단위에 대하여 각 지표들을 분석하여 기후, 수문, 수질 및 사회·경제적요인 별 물순환 건강성 점수를 산정하였다. 한편, 지역 및 요인별 물순환 건강성 점수를 기반으로 핫스팟 분석 (Hot Spot Analysis)을 수행하여, 통계적으로 유의미한 패턴을 나타내는 지역을 중심으로 우선관리가 필요한 지역을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 물순환 건강성 평가 요소별 점수 및 핫스팟 분석 결과는 향후 물순환 우선관리 지역 선정에 있어 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study derives the city's declining area by the type, and evaluates urban regeneration projects to sustainable urban regeneration planning factors. And assess whether urban regeneration projects are suitable for declining aspect of area. Application of sustainable urban regeneration plan factors of 19 declining areas is found to be less than 'normal'. This showed that urban regeneration projects not being actively enforced. All areas except hoedeokdong have been estimated that urban regeneration projects did not enforce the corresponding type on the decline, it still showed that concentrated on the physical regeneration projects. Excavation of social, economic regeneration projects that can respond to the type of decline and integrated, ongoing urban regeneration efforts are needed.

We research esthetic factors affecting consumers' preferences and evaluation of a product and typical esthetic factors specific to the characteristics of each product. Therefore, in this study we tried to provide available materials in developing product design by present of esthetic guideline and to put this materials to practical use in product design by finding considered elements and importance of esthetic factors which had important effects on the tastes of the consumers classified by manufactures.

상수도 시스템은 물을 수용가에 깨끗하고 충분하게 공급하는 사회기반시설 중 하나이다. 최근 상수도관로 노후화로 인하여 발생하는 누수, 적수, 단수 등의 피해를 방지하기 위하여 상수도관로 점검 및 진단을 수행하고 관 상태를 평가하여 해당 요소에 대한 보수 및 보강을 시행하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 정비사업은 관 노후도를 고려한 보강계획을 수립하여 효과적인 상수도 시스템 정비를 위하여 상수도관로에 영향을 미치는 수리 및 수질 평가를 통합적으로 고려한 보강 우선순위 결정이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상수도 시스템의 구조적, 비구조적 평가 인자를 동시에 고려한 시스템 보강 우선순위 선정을 위한 통합평가 기술을 제안하였다. 보강 우선순위 선정을 위하여 실제 상수도관로가 설치된 지역을 대상으로 상수도관로의 수리. 수질, 관 상태 등의 구조적 인자와 중요시설, 단수 시 피해인구 등의 비구조적 인자를 고려한 통합평가를 수행하였다. 구조적 인자 중 수리 및 수질 인자는 수리해석기법을 이용하여 기준치 통과 여부에 따라 평가하였으며 상수도관로의 관 상태는 관로의 제원, 매설 깊이, 노후도 등의 기준으로 평가하였다. 이러한 평가를 바탕으로 우선순위 선정을 위해 다기준의사결정법을 이용하여 상수도관로의 보강 우선순위를 선정하였다. 본 통합평가는 상수도관로의 구조적, 비구조적 위험도를 정량적으로 인지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 비구조적 인자를 고려하여 기존의 평가방법보다 더 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 제공한다.

지역단위의 분권화에 따라 각 지역적 상황과 산업적 시장적 환경과 내생적인 역량을 바탕으로 혁신클러스터 성장전략을 수립하는 것이 국가 및 지역의 발전전략에 필요한 보편적인 혁신전략이 되었다. 본 연구는 부산지역 혁신시스템의 구성요소인 대기업 및 벤처기업 근무자를 대상으로 혁신클러스터의 평가요인에 대하여 정책적 지원 제도, 사회적 인프라, 혁신주체 간 네트워크 환경과 각 요인별 세부 항목에 대하여 중요성을 판단하고 정책적인 시사점을 획득하고자 하였다. 방법적으로는 부산지역 대기업 및 벤처기업 종사자 20명을 대상으로 한 설문 응답 결과를 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용하여 결과를 도출하였고, 그 결과 혁신주체 간 네트워크 환경이 가장 중요한 요소이며 그 중 공동연구 및 기술협력 부문이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 부산지역의 특성을 충분히 고려한 지역혁신시스템의 강점과 취약점을 분석하고 정책적으로 더 강화시켜나가야 할 부분을 확인할 수 있다.

현대 사회에서 개발되는 제품이나 시스템, 소프트웨어는 개발자 중심을 벗어나 사용자 중심으로 변화하고 있으며 개발 단계에서 사용자의 사용성이 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 교육용 소프트웨어에 대한 평가는 교수전략, 내용, 기술적 특성 둥을 중심으로 이루어지고 있는데 이는 개발자나 평가주체의 관점으로 실시되고 있으며, 실제 교육용 소프트웨어를 최종 사용하게 될 학생 중심의 사용성 평가는 미비한 실정이다. 교육용 소프트웨어를 사용할 학습자에게 가장 편리하고 쉬운 사용성을 확보해 준다는 것은 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어의 사용성 평가 기준, 웹 사이트의 평가 기준, 교육용 소프트웨어의 평가 기준을 분석하고 사용성의 평가요소를 추출하여 웹 기반 교육용 소프트웨어의 사용성 평가 기준을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the control of an agent according to a driver's social status affects user experience factors in a multi-user environment of self-driving vehicles. We conducted a user study where participants viewed four scenarios (route changing/parking x accepting/declining a fellow passenger's command) and answered a survey, followed by a post-hoc interview. Results showed that either the routing scenario or accepting a passenger's command scenario had higher usefulness (convenience, effectiveness, efficiency) than their counterparts. Regardless of the car owner's social status, participants rated AI agents more positively when they met their goals effectively. They also stressed that vehicle owners should always be in control of their agents. This study can provide guidelines for designing future autonomous driving scenarios where an agent interacts with a driver, and passengers.

Recently, lots of the research aspects of space, materials, structure, construction method relation to improving the flexibility going on throughout the construction industry, moreover the development of construction key technology has been accelerating by reason of deterioration in the apartment housing. Therefore, this study should firstly suggests assessment list of construction key technology through investigation of questionnaire and consultation of the expert on the basis of case studies, and should select it about the flexibility which making social issues lastly in the apartment housing. Secondly, this study should classify, reestablish core technology through inspection procedure of feasibility study among lists of deduced key technology. Finally, this study will suggest the manual & guideline for improving the flexibility for a long-life apartment housing at the next generation by selecting, analyzing and estimating higher score items of all key technology.

출연기관 감사업무 효율화 방안은 네가지 측면에서 정리하여 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 법률적 측면에서 보면 감사원법에서 출연금은 감사대상에 포함되어 있어 출연기관은 감사제도를 운영하게 되어있다. 둘째, 정책적 측면에서 국회에 의한 국정감사는 연 1 회 총 20일간에 걸쳐 수행되므로 시간적 제약과 함께 지속성, 일관성 있는 적절한 감사가 이루어지기 어려운 측면이 있다. 셋째, 행정적 측면에서의 필요성은 일반적으로 이공계 연구개발 업무를 수행하고 있는 과학기술부 산하의 출연연구소는 정부기관이나 지방자치단체 또는 보조금 지원 기관과는 그 성격이 완연히 다른 연구기관임으로 연구생산성 제고에 적합한, 기관 특설에 맞는 자체 규정의 보완이 필요하다. 마지막으로 사회문화적으로 감사업무는 능률우선주의보다는 서류체계 및 규제중심으로 편향되기 쉬운 특성이 있어 이에 대한 개선방안 노력이 매우 중요하다. 출연기관의 감사기능은 내부.외부감사에 의하여 수행되고 있으나, 감사(監査)의 핵심적 기능은 역시 출연기관 자체의 감사(監事)에 의하여 수행되며 성격상 공정성(Fairness), 객관성(Objectivity), 신뢰성(Reliability)의 확보가 필수적이다. 출연기관 감사제도의 개선방향은 합법성, 합목적성을 근거로 기관운영의 효율성을 제고시키는데 초점을 맞춘 감사제도로 개선되어야한다. 감사조직체계의 개선, 전문 교육의 실시, 동일업무의 기준 마련, 상급기관과의 역할분담 정립 등으로 감사업무의 질적수준 및 효율성을 제고해야 한다. 감사평가제도는 그동안 실시된 사항이 없으므로 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면이 공존하므로 평가제도의 도입 및 적용에 대해서는 보다 심층적인 검토가 필요하다. $[$감사조직의 평가요소$]$ ■ 투입요소측면 - 감사인력 - 장비 및 고정자산 - 예산(년도별) - 정보수집관리 - 조직운영방식 -전통 및 관습 - 관계법령, 규정, 감사업무지침 ■ 산출요소측면 - 감사운영 실적 - 감사보고 실적 - 감사제도 개선 및 자체개혁 실적 - 기관운영 효율화 기여도 - 기관의 연구성과 및 업적 향상 기여도 - 경영관리 고도화 기여도 등의 항목설정이 가능 출연기관 감사업무의 효율화 방안으로 감사제도 개선의 기본방향, 감사조직 및 인력운영의 개선, 감사업무 운영체계의 개선 등을 중심으로 발전방향을 제시하였다. 그러나 여기에서 제시된 개선방안들을 추진하기 위해서는 전문인력을 보강하고 상부체계에서의 수용이 요구되므로 출연기관 권역에서만으로의 힘으로는 한계가 있을 것이며 무엇보다도 감사제도 변화의 필요성과 미래지향적인 환경이 조성되어야 할 것이다.
