  • This paper introduces domestic and international trends and researches related with U-Greenhouse systems. USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Networks), along with the development of networks as well as science and technology, is a new computing paradigm which is the convergence of user-oriented physical activity space and virtual space of electronics and computing and also provides services according to change in surrounding environment at anytime and anywhere. The U-Greenhouse system is to apply USN to agricultural production, logistics and distribution management which are relatively insufficient to utilize IT technology. Thus, applying u-IT technology to agriculture can reinforces international competitiveness of the agricultural sector through the effects such as cost cutting as a rise in output, logistics and distribution management.

A Study on the Individual Recognition with Skull Image Composition (두개골 영상합성에 의한 개인감정시스템 연구-II)

  • In this paper, a new superimposition scheme using a computer vision system was proposed with 7 pairs of skull and ante-mortem photographs, which were already identified through other tests and DNA fingerprints at the Korea National Institute of Scientific Investigation. At this computer vision system, an unidentified skull was caught by video-camcoder with the MPEG and a ante-mortem photograph was scanned by scanner. These two images were processed and superimposed using pixel processing. Recognition of the individual identification by anatomical references was performed on the two superimposed images. This image processing techniques for the superimposition of skull and ante-morterm photographs simplify used the previous approach taking skull photographs and developing it to the same size as the ante-mortem Photographs. This system using various image Processing techniques on computer screen, a more precise and time-saving superimposition technique could be able to be applied in the area of computer individual identification.

  • As satellite technology progresses, a growing number of satellites-like CubeSat and radar satellites-are available with a higher spectral and spatial resolutions than previous. National initiatives used to be the main force behind satellite development, but current trendsindicate that private enterprises are also actively exploring and developing new satellite technologies. This special issue examines the recent research results and advanced technology in remote sensing approaches for Earth environment analysis. These results provide important information for the development of satellite sensors in the future and are of great interest to researchers working with artificial intelligence in thisfield. The special issue introduces the latest advances in remote sensing technology and highlights studies that make use of data to monitor and forecast Earth's environment. The objective is to provide direction for the future of remote sensing research.

  • Recently, accumulation of technology, transfer, absorption, and commercialization is being significantly recognized as a key factor for sustainable growth of the 21st century global economy. The government established "Technology Transfer and Commercialization Promotion Act" In order that the technology developed at public research institutions can be transferred to the private sector and commercialized; the technology developed in the private sector can be traded and commercialized. Also, the Article 14 of "Technology Transfer and Commercialization Promotion Act" is concerning technology transfer agents' registration, promotion, and support: it introduced the special status system of technology transfer agents and the government registers, manages, and supervises it. In most developed countries, the technology transfer agency is transferred to the private sector and it is referred as a technology transfer agent or technology broker. In the domestic market, despite the introduction of the above special status system and the building a various organization and transfer medium system for boosting the market's revitalization, some problems occurred; because the registration system of a technology transfer agent and legal basis and system about its following-up control fall short. For example, recently technology transfer-related performance exemption has brought the activation of technology transfer agent's registration, but there was the limit of selecting the expert above a certain level. Therefore, some countermeasures for this are urgent, In addition, through a compulsory training completion system before the technology trade agent registration is prepared, a short period of curriculum was not sufficient to provide applicants various specialized knowledge. In this research, it is considered about the reform of technology transfer agent through its comparative study in China and Korea. Some improvements are suggested for expanding the market of technology transfer commercialization, assuring the agents' service and strengthening the competitiveness.

  • While smart learning have been introduced for more learning effect, this study is to understand instructor's smart learning acceptance using technology acceptance model(TAM). This study developed the extended TAM model, including external pressure for smart learning and smart self efficacy for smart devices as study variables and attempted to examine the research model through the empirical analysis. The research model has the 7 variables including smart self-efficacy and external pressure. For the empirical study, the survey was conducted for the one month, March, 2016, and the total 143 data among the collected 167 responses were used for the empirical analysis. As the result of the analysis through the structural equation model, the 9 paths among the total 10 paths show the significant relationships between the variables. Through using the result of this study, it is to provide suggestions for the improvement of smart learning environments.

산업 제어 시스템 네트워크 분석 저지를 위한 트래픽 난분석화 기법

  • 산업 제어 시스템 대상 원격 관제 기술은 관리자의 즉각적 대응을 통해 산업 재해 발생 확률 저하를 위한 핵심기술로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 산업 제어 시스템 원격 관제 기술은 원격의 관리자와 통신하기 위해 외부 네트워크 연결이 필수적이며, 따라서 공격자들에게 기존 산업 제어 시스템에 존재하지 않던 새로운 네트워크 취약점을 노출하게 된다. 산업 제어시스템은 네트워크 취약점을 해결하기 위해 터널링 프로토콜 또는 패킷 암호화 솔루션을 사용하고 있지만, 이러한 솔루션은 패킷 메타데이터를 분석하는 네트워크 트래픽 분석 공격을 방어하지 못한다. 공격자는 네트워크 트래픽 분석을 통해 패킷의 송수신 대상, 통신 빈도, 활성화 상태 등을 알 수 있으며 획득한 정보를 다음 공격을 위한 초석으로 사용할 수 있다. 따라서 기존의 솔루션들이 해결하지 못하는 산업 제어 시스템 네트워크 환경에서 발생하는 잠재적인 문제들을 해결하기 위해 네트워크 트래픽 분석 난이도를 향상시켜 분석을 방어하는 솔루션이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 패킷 메타데이터를 분석하는 네트워크 트래픽 분석 공격을 어렵게 하고자 패킷 분할 및 병합 기반 네트워크 트래픽 난분석화 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법의 참여자인 관리자와 산업 기기는 각각 일정한 크기의 그룹으로 묶인다. 그리고 원격 관제를 위해 관리자와 산업 기기 간 송수신되는 모든 패킷을 대상으로 분할 노드를 경유하도록 한다. 분할노드는 패킷의 난분석화를 위한 핵심 요소로써, 관리자와 산업 기기 사이에 송수신되는 모든 패킷을 상호 목적 대상 그룹의 개수로 분할한다. 그리고 분할한 패킷 조각에 패킷 식별자와 번호를 부여하여 패킷 조각을 모두 수신한 목적대상이 올바르게 패킷을 병합할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 분할노드는 목적 대상이 속한 그룹의 모든 참여자에게 서로 다른 패킷 조각들을 전달함으로써 공격자가 패킷의 흐름을 알 수 없도록 하여 산업 제어 시스템 정보를 수집하는 것을 방어한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 패킷 분할 및 병합 기반 트래픽 난분석화 기법을 통해 산업 제어 시스템을 대상으로 한 트래픽 분석 공격을 방어함으로써 네트워크 공격의 피해를 줄이고 추가적인 네트워크 공격을 차단할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The business of companies has become more fierce due to the age of limitless competition. In addition, to improve the service satisfaction of their customers, they have continued their efforts. The researches about making their efforts get profits have done. As a result, CRM(customer relationship management) which is appropriate to analysis, evaluate and draw one of solutions to satisfy customers is received attention. Therefore, in this material we consider a architecture for keyword extraction system which is a kind of necessary technology for e-business model to provide a differentiated service. And then we could get the know-how of customer acquisition and maintenance.

Deformation Analysis of Carrier Pipe for Cold Shrinkable Joint (CSJ 개발을 위한 캐리어 파이프의 변형해석)

  • This paper represents the results of study on Extra High Voltage Power Cable Connection System Development. The purpose is to evaluate structural safety by numerical analysis for the relaxation of electric field concentration and by structural analysis of Carrier Pipe for easy installation of High Insulating Rubber Sleeve in the field, which is core technique of connection system. According to the results, the thickness of Carrier Pipe needs at least 9mm by optimization analysis of deformation behavior and insulating design & relaxation of electric field concentration. The result of contraction behavior of the connection part can be demonstrated with the same result of electric field relaxation analysis at the boundary of the electrode inserted into the insulating rubber sleeve.

  • 본 논문은 초고압 전력케이블의 접속재 개발을 위한 연구결과로써, 접속시스템의 핵심기술인 고절연 고무슬리브 및 현장에서 접속 작업의 용이성을 위한 Carrier Pipe의 구조해석과 전기적 절연설계에 의한 주요부의 전기적 특성과 전계의 집중을 완화하기 위해 Simulation Tool을 이용한 수치해석 등을 실시하여 최적화된 제품을 제작하였다. 절연설계 및 전계완화 해석에서는 고절연 고무슬리브 구조에서 전계가 집중될 수 있는 중요 포인트를 벡터로 선정하였고 이를 기초로 전계해석을 진행하여 선정된 포인트들에서 전계가 집중됨을 검증하였다. 접속재의 수축거동 해석에 의하면, Carrier Pipe의 구조적 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 고절연 고무슬리브로부터의 압력을 구하여 계산한 결과 최소한 9mm이상의 Carrier Pipe 두께가 필요한 것으로 파악 되었다. 이것은 충분한 강도뿐만 아니라 Carrier Pipe의 변형발생으로 인한 현장에서의 설치문제까지 고려하게 된 값이다. 고절연 고무슬리브 제품설계 에서는 고절연 고무슬리브의 특성조건을 설정하였고 고절연 고무슬리브 제품 및 Carrier Pipe의 Interface 설계 기준을 파악하기 위하여 기존의 고절연 고무슬리브를 활용하여 Carrier Pipe와의 장착 Test를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 확장비율 110%로 적용하였을 경우는 30시간 후에는 완전 붕괴가 되었고, 붕괴가 시작되는 지점이 고절연 고무슬리브의 중앙매립전극 경계면으로써, Simulation Tool을 활용한 접속재 수축 거동 해석 결과와도 일치함을 검증 할 수 있었다.

  • Full system of turnkey deliberation committee in 2010 was abolished and permanent Deliberation committee was introduced. So far, ordering organization selected the best method suitable for the design and comprehensive evaluation method in the turnkey bid construction. Comprehensive evaluation method have bid price design score coordination, weighted basis, the best design approach fixed amount, five successful bidder decision method in addition. Design deliberation branch committee in the successful bidder decision way configured and operated branch members of special design consultation committee, But main agent changed from committee deliberation pull system to permanent committee deliberation, as well as and The lobby burden was not improved. This similar to the past at the portion of the design deliberation and the way of the design deliberation in the turnkey bid construction. Therefore it is necessary to improve the design deliberation system. In other words, design score and technology competition should be adapted to determine a successful bid. This study suggested the operating system of the design deliberation, the decision method problems of the successful bidder and ways to improve the design deliberation.
